      The worst company to try and cancel your service ,have to sit on phone for 1/2 an hour to talk to someone about canceling my service , should be able todo it online like everything else ,way to expensive anyway

      Terrible customer service. Raise prices, despite locked in contract prices. Get the run around when trying to cancel service.

      We have had dish for under a year and when it when our I immediately called... Their response was call back in 24 hours!! When I called back for an appointment, they said it would be 7days!! When the wonderful repairman finally came today his first question was " why didn't they remove the old satellite dish ( rather than adding another one to the front of our house) our response was dish told us they couldn't do that for fear of roof leaks.... The repairman disspelled that myth ( it was just laziness on their part)He told us they couldn't believe dish told us 7 days ( it should be no more than 48 hours) he also told us they were NOT BUSY at all!Dish has messed up my billing and now repairs, I think this company is morally corrupt and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!

      Dish Network customer service is absolutely horrible. They are way too expensive, the quality and reliability of their service is terrible and these people are thieves.

      I think Dish Network is trying to rip me off by overcharging me. They are accusing me of watching a Spanish boxing movie. I do not speak Spanish nor do I like boxing. They are suppose to send me paper bills because of my cateract surgery and I need to see a paper bill. Then they charged me late fees. I try to cancel my membership which I have had for 15 years. They want to charge me $200. To leave the company. They gave me a new dish box which I don’t understand. I WANT MY OLD BOX BACK. I am not interested in on demand. I already own a smart tv. They gave me free movies every month which I do not need. My daughters bought me a smart tv.
      After 15 years I do not want to have dish anymore because of all these recent over charges.

      ****************** non-existant. They look for ways to take every ***** they can with little or nothing in return. They tried to charge me to pick up the equipment they installed. I made a huge mistake not returning to ********* when I moved and I've told everyone I know to RUN from DISH. The absolute WORST service I've ever had!

      I watch 16 channels and dish is changing me $165.00 a month for this. I have to find a better option and drop dish.
