      I FIND IT IMMENSELY UN-AMERICAN AND HIGHLY OFFENSIVE THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOW OUT SERVICED TO A ASIAN COUNTY WHEN THE USA IS IN SUCH GREAT NEEDS OF HELP, RECOVERY AND COMPASSION OF YOUR FELLOW AMERICANS!!! AFTER MORE THAN 15 YEARS, I AM THINKING OF LEAVING DISH, I WILL NOT SUPPORT A COMPANY THAT WILL NOT SUPPORT THEIR OWN COUNTRYMEN! GOD BLESS AMERICA, MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN...

      WOW LET ME TELL YOU about DISH . WE HAVE HAD " THE PLEASURE" TO DEAL WITH DISH. WE HAD A DISHNETWORK PLAN IN 2 DIFFERENT STATES AND ALWAYS FAITHFULLY PAID OUR BILL. I AM MOVING PERMANENTLY TO ******* AND CANT TAKE THEM WITH ME. I HAVE PAUSED MY SERVICE FOR THE BETTER PART OF 12 MONTHS DUE TO THE ***** I DIDNT GET TO WATCH MY COLORADO SPORTSTEAMS BECAUSE OF A CONSTANT BLACKOUT. I AM NOW BEING TOLD AFTER A 25 YEAR RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM THAT I OWE AN EARLY CANCELLATION FEE OF ALMOST $ ******. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?? YOU DONT HONOR A LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP AND DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! I WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH ********************** AGAAIN. THANK YOU!!!!****** **** PRIOR 25 YEAR CUSTOMER

      ************** unacceptable. We have been a dish customer for over 16 years. We have reported an outage with our service today 2/20/2025 and we're informed that a tech cannot be here to fix until 2/27/2025. We pay extra monthly for no cost repairs. I was not informed if there happens to be a cancelation of someone we could advance to a sooner repair, very poor customer service.

      terrible customer service, constantly trying to sell more. will not answer direct questiions regarding billing.Monthly cost is increasing, why? for a service which does no physical work.

      I have been current and paying my bill for six months, and me and my wife had to move to and apartment in ******** la. We just moved and found out the apartment does not accept dish or **** net, only ******** So I called them and explained that to them and they said we still had to pay early termination fees for the tv and the internet. We did not tell the apartment complex what we had but we had to do whatever they said if we wanted to stay there.. we can not drill any holes or affix any wires in the apartment. Therefore we cannot have dish network or **** net in the apartment.

      Receiver wouldnt update. Tried to sell us ****** 3. Worked on tv for 45 minutes and still dont know if its going to work. For a ****** a month, this is bad service. They dont seem to care.

      DISH is a horrible company to work for. Snakes in the grass. I repeat SNAKES IN THE GRASS. Discrimination is wild there. Not paying fair wages to the people who make their company run. This little boys club needs to be stopped. Don’t work for Dish. If you see the slimy little snake probs should just spit at it and run.

      Customer for *****. Had many issues with weather related TV signal Loss & other interruptions. Some lasting a day. However, recently I've been getting my Monthly Bill sent Late; And being charged $12.00 Late Fee's. I received this months bill on 02/04/25 & Due 02/06/25! I called to inform & complain about this happening & not be Charged Late fees; Since, in the past I received my Dish bill 2wks ahead of due date. What ****** me off is; That DISH Customer's are paying 1 month ahead for Services Not Yet Received! That is, customers are paying for TV services Not Transmitted nor Viewed! Now, that's clearly Paying for AIR, then having to pay Late charges for services not used!
