      Canceled my subscription and 2 months later still getting charged they said I didn't cancel and had no record of the cancelation. Told them I wanted to speak to a supervisor and then they said they would refund my money.

      I have been with Dish 13+ years. I called to get better pricing like they offer New Customers. I was offered Preferred Customer pricing. It helped. I then received the paperwork for pricing. There was a $10.00 price difference. I called to discuss this fraud. I talked with 3 agents and a "Resolution Specialist" that assured me they will correct the mistake on the paperwork! He completely disregarded my point! He refused to honor their own paperwork and prices. He told me the legal department won't accept my call. Can I charge Dish with Fraud? Someone should! I am not the only customer complaining about this very issue!

      The Dish Network customer service is awful. Dish uses folks that do not understand and cannot speak cogent English. For over 40 minutes I tried with two customer service agents from a foreign country (I assume the *********** ) to address a billing issue. I could not effectively communicate with either one. Finally out of frustration I asked to speak to an agent on mainland **. I was transferred and the gentleman who was from *****, had the issue resolved in less than 5 minutes.

      Dish Net work is not only the worst Network to have as far as what you get for your money, but after 20+ years of being with them they charged me $200 for early cancellation. Then they tell you , you are responsible for getting rid of their equipment on your property that they made you rent. That should be illegal. It's their property, they installed it on my property, I told them to come remove the dish and they said it was my responsibility. This company should go out of business, and they should be blackballed.

      "!0 to 11 minute. Press 1 and we'll save your place in line and return your call" When? That was 3 days ago, still waiting!! Never NEVER resolve my issue the first time I call about anything! I really really wish someone would listen to my last FOUR calls to you (but I know no one will). First call was given false and inaccurate information. Second call the associate, though he did try, was not able to resolve the issue and again was give inaccurate information even though we were on the call over half an hour. . Requested to be transferred to a manager and that associate was immediately able to resolve. Third call call different issue and was UNDELIVERABLE!! The incompetence of the associate was off the charts.Never really even understood issue had no clue how to resolve. Went round and round for half and hour or better and then HUNG UP ON ME!!! No WE did NOT get disconnected HE disconnected me. Called back got a different associate who helped to resolve in minutes.Unfortunately I an stuck with you for two more years and then you will see my dust. Your customer service is the worst. Wait times are ridiculously long to speak to inadequacy trained incompetent associates.

      I was a satisfied DISH customer for 4 years however at my recent contract renewal period, I was quoted a price increase which I agreed to, however the bill reflected a $7.00/month difference. I filed a complaint 3 times with DISH but never could get the agreed price. I asked to cancel the service, however was told I would pay a penalty. I questioned how a penalty could be assessed when I was not provided the agreed contract price. I was surprised to have such a bad experience with DISH that was never resolved.

Ive been a customer for at 15+ years, and despite numerous attempts to resolve this directly with Dish Network, the problems continue.Heres a summary of the issues Ive faced:1. Inconsistent Billing Amounts: Over the past few months, I've noticed that my monthly bill has fluctuated significantly, without any notification or explanation from Dish Network. This inconsistency is frustrating and has left me uncertain about what to expect each month.2. Failure to Honor Set Pricing: I was quoted a set amount of $175.77, which is completely outrageous considering the streaming options available on other platforms.3. ******************************** has been unsatisfactory and unsettled. Agents either don't listen or just reiterate the problem without offering a solution.I have contacted Dish Networks customer service several times to address these issues, but I have not received any satisfactory resolution.       Ive been dealing with this services for a few months and everything about it screams not worth the money. Literally over a hundred channels that I can't access or remove from my guide. The price isn't worth it and the energy you spend trying to communicate with anyone is way to time consuming. Will be canceling my services and switch to streaming

      I have never dealt with any company so useless as Dish. It goes in and out and notices keep flashing on screen or it changes channels by itself or fades to black regularly for about 30 seconds.I believe their equipment is bad. They won't even check it. They come out and their connections are good and as soon as they leave nothing was fixed.Contract up in June, thank God! Even their service people stream rather than use them.99% of their reviews sound like mine, duh don't they pay attention?

      Terrible customer service i was a customer for over 2.5 yrs . I was told I rented movies for over ****** I was told I never rented any movies in 2.5 yrs . I was told they would take ***** a month off my bill to take care of that and that never happened. I'm now being told I owe them ****** which they have turned to collection. I canceled my subscription and told them I would never recommend them to anyone. No wonder their in financial straights I will be reporting them to the ***
