      Boost has terrible service. They hold your number hostage when try porting out. They try to wait until your bill is delinquent so they can have another excuse to not release your number. They just lie with no regards. And wonder why no one want their service. The most immoral business Ive ever deal with in my life

      I tried to cancel service I had 4 lines they cancelled 3 but not the 4th. They keep taking money from my account it wouldn't let me remove my card. I called they refused to deactivate my acct, give me a refund, and when I asked for a supervisor they refused to let me speak with one. Told me they were busy with regular calls. I said I'm a regular customer who wants a supervisor. They said nothing would change all their info is the same. They refused to get me a supervisor. Told me I could just keep calling back and maybe I'd get one. I changed to card to an empty ******* debit so they can't steal more money from my card. Phone still active despite me asking for deactivation. They are stealing and trying to keep it going

      Worst customer service possible. And when you request to speak with a supervisor. When the representative can't help you. Because they don't know what they are doing. They refuse to transfer you to a supervisor. Because they don't want to get in trouble. So how do you speak with a supervisor to get the help you need when the representative refuses to by saying there's no supervisor available. So even if you say your willing to hold on and wait till when a supervisor becomes available. They say ok. And then they hang up on you. Making you have to start the **************** again. There customer service center ***** big time. They are undertrained. And you can't get the help you need.

      Boost Mobile under Dish Network is transitioning to a new system where they manage accounts. It took them 1 week to tell me they could not activate my new IPhone 14 phone because my account was old and was not on the new system. However, every time I called they said the system was down. I spoke to a manager and they said they couldnt do anything for me and did not offer any solutions. They just said that they had no ETA of when I could do activate the phone. Unacceptable.

      Honestly the worse phone company ever! On the day my bill was due they just gave my number away to another person. I didnt cancel my account and there was no notice. Apparently they were having an update but have NO BACKUP! they charged me a month after they did this and could not refund me or help me with my account. They told me to login my account but I was not in their system as I have told them before. I had no account because they messed up. They **** and should go out of business!

      Since the cyber attack they are not able to cancel my phone insurance. I've been waiting for almost a month. They added phone insurance without my knowledge when I bought my phone over a year ago. I knew nothing about it and thought that I was just paying taxes or fees. I went to get a phone replacement and they had a $50 deductible. Now they are going to charge me on my end because they are having issues on their end. I don't think that's fair. The only reason that I'm not leaving is that they offer free service if you watch so many videos daily and I don't want to buy a new phone yet.

      If I had read this page 6 years ago I would have saved myself a lot of wasted effort. I finally decided to change carriers and Boost Mobile will not unlock my phone despite my meeting the legal requirements. I've called multiple times and each time they are polite but lie straight through their teeth. They suddenly can't find my account. Or my account is so old it is handled in another department...but that number is in a foreign country that I can't reach on my plan and isn't a real number anyway...or I get transferred to the legacy **** but it really is just the main automated customer service. When I use the chatbot it can find my account but it simply says my phone is already unlockedwhich it isnt. Then the bot tells me to call the customer service number. Its a total death spiral with no end. This is all deliberate and designed to be this way. Why on earth is this a good way to run a businesstaking customers hostage. Ive removed all my financial information and turned off autopaybut according to their web site my account will just lapse and in 60 days I will lose my phone number. And there will be a fee to get re-activated if I ever am so foolish as to do that!

      Was charged like 5o bucks extra on stuff I didn't order.There systems were down so when I saw it orders two or three sim cards on its on charged me took the money out my account.So when I contacted them finally, they say sorry are systems are down we can't refund your money if we are at fault cause our system only steals money from you and don't return money.how can a system be able to take money from a account and not be able to return go figure.it had been a month and still nothing solved.Go elsewhere people this place is no good.

      The customer service is non existing and if you do get a rep the accent is so difficult to understand it's like a language barrier. They lied about my continuous phone credit. They make you go through hoops to give your account number.

      Do not use boost mobile. They refuse to allow you to port your number from boost to a new provider. With any other company porting takes ***** minutes. Its going on 5 days and they are still refusing to port my number. I even went to a local store acting like a new customer and they said they could port my number on to boost in less than 10 minutes. They are crooks and I hope the government agency in charge of communications gets involved and puts them out of business.
