Boost mobile is awful. I was with them for several years and when their system shut down there was no way to get customer service help. I end up going to another company because the new app didn't even work on my phone. I had a two line plan, and we needed to upgrade to 5G, they didn't even try to help us with a reasonable upgrade, which is why we went somewhere else and got a reasonable upgrade. We could not port our numbers to the new phones because boost system was down. They should have offered everyone that was affected a free month or something, since it was their fault. Glad I'm not with them anymore and will not recommend them to anyone period. I will get me a government phone before I turn to them again.

Horrible company, My sim card was lost and i tried to get a replacement. What i was told is they cant get me a new sim card because of internal problems with them system and they couldnt order new sim cards. Was told to order a new line and i declined and said to cancel my account. I than asked what if i was to order a new line how they were going to send me a new sim kit. The answer was we can order sim kit for a new line. I asked to speak to a manager and was declined and was told no supervisor was available. I than immediatly asked to cancel the account refund my money. She than told me i would be charged for the next month as well, this really vexed me.Than she hung up the phone.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Horribel practice and customer service. I wish i could give them a negetive instead of 1 star.

Terrible customer service. Called multiple times. Talked to different people each time so that means I got to listen to multiple, different lies. Tried switching my phone # to a different carrier and they held my number hostage. Said I had to pay my bill before they could unlock my account, even though I had tried to switch over before my account was delinquent. Boost *****.

I have been with boost for 13+years. I am so dissatisfied with their service and how they treat people. They have this policy that states that a fully paid off phone can't be unlocked to work on another network until the phone has been on a boost account and active for a year!!! Now I can understand if the phone wasn't paid off but this phone was paid in full. The supervisor refused to unlock it and basically blew me off while physically at the new carriers building to switch service. Now this reason is added to the list of reasons I'm switching. The customer service is ****, my service is c*** I lose signal often, I'm not getting my text messages and or they're not going through till hours sometimes days later, can't get a hold of anyone over the phone due to a complex phone system and when you do get a hold of anyone their accent is so thick you can't understand what they're saying then they talk down to you or give attitude because you can't understand them. I WOULD NOT recommend boost to ANYONE who wants any remotely decent service.. God forbid it's an emergency. "Sorry can you stop robbing me till I get back into service range" "can this car accident wait till I can call for help since I can't get any signal" I took a road trip recent and my phone lost service SEVERAL times. I'm so disappointed with my service. I feel trapped. So much for no contact bs. Can't use my perfectly good paid off phone because they refuse to release it. DON'T GO WITH THIS COMPANY. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS

Boost is a horrible company. I have had nothing but trouble with them. I refused to allow them to put my account on autopay. Today when I cancelled my phone through a conference call with my new carrier, Patriotmobile, they refused to refund my next month payment by phone. Told me I had to go online to request the refund. Tried to access their website and they blocked me. I had a horrible time with trying to cancel my account for over a week. They gave me the wrong account number so ***************************** did a conference call with them and FINALLY I am free. I had to contact my bank to file a disputed claim to get my money back.

Do NOT buy a relay phone. You cant get anyone to stop the charges no matter how many times you reach out to them. We bought my son a relay when he was 7 years old. He is now 12 years old and they have charged us for service for well over 3 years now. We have tried to reach out numerous times to cancel the subscription but they kept saying that we needed to have the password to the account. Both my husband and I gave them as many passwords as we could remember tied to that account and they wouldnt ever cancel the subcription. They are a huge scam. Dont buy a relay. There are so many better options out there for kids phones dont make the mistakes of getting trapped into years of paying for subscriptions you dont want.

Every time I make a payment on my Boost Mobile account, I am put on autopay unwillingly. There is no way to remove myself on either the website or app. I have to call every month to have my account removed from autopay. Every time I do, I am told that I can remove myself, which is not true. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, I am told that supervisors are not taking phone calls. I have been told that this is a known issue that Boost Mobile is working on, for 4 months now. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. **** Stars !!

I am not one of their customers, but one of their customers used my email address when signing up. I contacted customer service to ask them to remove my email address. They refused because I couldn't prove I was the account owner, which was the reason for my complaint.

Boost is an absolute nightmare. I tried activating my new account and porting my number in from mint on 3/14. I've never had an activation take more than a few minutes. This one, however, stalled. It is now 3/17 and it still isn't activated. On 3/15, I tried calling customer service, but just got an automated message that their systems were down before being hung up on. I was able to chat with customer service, but they were unable to help. on 3/16, i was finally able to call (after being on hold for 15 minutes, getting dead air, calling again, another 15 minute hold) but all they could tell me was that their systems were down and wouldn't be back up until some time next week. They couldn't tell me when the activation would go through, they couldn't cancel the activation or my number port. I was basically told to call back next week. They couldn't guarantee that my number wouldn't get ported over if I paid for another 3+ months of mint mobile. I ended up activating a new line with mint with a new phone number. Boost has caused me to lose my phone number I've had for 10 years. Paypal refunded me for the first month of service I am obviously not receiving. Stay away from boost.

Just trying to get my account number which should be on my bill, but its not.?? Need my account number to switch my cell phone number to a different carrier. And I brought my cell phone over from another. So thats my number! But when I call they keep switching me to speak to this and that guy, giving the run around! A lot of people complain they cant get their own account number from them. Its not right, been a customer for five years now! Just wanna keep my number and move on and do business with another company.
