      cannot delete my credit card, they did not inform customers they had been hacked, the phone lines are down, and the chat customer service can't/wont help. They say oh sorry we cannot access accounts and keep trying. Shouldn't a business have an alternative in place in case something like this happens? Count your. Days boost I've had them for 8 years Im Done I'm telling everyone not to go to them this is awful what are we even paying for

      They overcharged me $485.00 for a phone that was supposed to be on sale for ******, I have photo proof of it and they refuse to refund my money or provide me with somewhere I can email the proof to, it's absolutely unacceptable that the can just steal money from their customers and not get in trouble for it. Already talked to a lawyer and am considering suing them for theft of funds if this isn't resolved.

      I believe that Boost mobile is trying to force people into signing up for auto pay so they can keep your card numbers and withdraw monies when they want to. Every month I have been used to paying via automated service. However, this month I was disconnected around 12 noon on the day my bill was due. I could not pay through an automated computer, instead I had to go online to get a number to reach them. When a customer service agent answered he told me my bill was due the day before even though I had texts from them with my correct due date. That made me weary and I wondered if these are scammers because my husband can still access auto pay on his line. I was told there are now two boost service providers and mine was on legacy and the only options given were to pay online with your debit/credit card or pay at a local store which charges $4 to take a payment. Im not comfortable putting my card numbers online no matter how secure they claim to be. I and my family dont like the hassle and will be switching services to a new provider.

      I was charged $35 for a month of service that I never received. I called customer service and they told me I never paid the $35 and I needed to pay my bill to continue getting service. My bank is still attempting to get the money back and Boost customer service is of no help. Its a complete joke. $35 was stolen from me and I ended up leaving Boost.

      I think we need to file a Lawsuit. No one contacted us about the service disruption or nothing. Now they have the audacity to tell people to go in store and pay their bill! REALLY!I need my phone for MY ******* ******** AND WORK!

      I recently switched to a new service provider , I still have a boostmobile phone that I paid out of pocket for and they wont unblock my new phone that I paid for out of pocket with . I dont have any old bills from boostmobile that I owe or anything . Its frustrating that I cant use a phone that Ive paid out of pocket for . I demand boostmobile unlock my phone . And not to mention they cancel my services with them so they need to unblock my phone permanently. And not to mention boostmobile services has been down for two weeks . And when I went to log in to my account . My account wasnt found at all . Please tell me theres something you can do . They would provide me with a transfer out pin to unlock my phone or anything . Ive experienced nothing but disrespect with boostmobile and it truly left a bad taste in my mouth .

      Terrible customer service, Forgot to pay my bill and line got suspended. Wont let me pay online and tried calling 611 for customer care and they just say I cant get through to anybody because their systems have been down since 2/23/23 and it is 3/14/23.
