      If I could do negative stars I would. Boost mobile is literally the WORST phone service Ive ever had. I cant access my account , nor speak to anyone over the phone, and the app is down!! How am I supposed to pay my bill if I cant access my account!!!! This is completely unacceptable! Its completely absurd for a phone company to be so inconsiderate and unprofessional! I will be switching phone services because I refuse to pay my hard earned money to such a terrible business!!!

      The boost online and brick and mortar stores act as if they are different companies refused to refund my online purchase while simotaniously charging me for the same service and denying there in store add a line stating the line ********** didn't exist did not qualify so if the line was never ppd how could she deter.min I wasn't illigable and upon show of payment the authorized boost retailer said oh well sorry you will need to call boost about your refund but I hooked you up cost me 140 in store still no refund sorry a** cons worst business I got e used ever

      When paying your bill online, if you are not careful, they will trick you into signing up for autopay. Right before you submit your payment, the system automatically has the box CHECKED that state that you want to sign up for autopay. Normally, I just uncheck the box and my account is not affected. On 03/10/23, while paying my bill, I noticed that there wasn't a check box, submitted and now my account is linked to their autopay service. I tried to remove it but there isn't an option online, unable to remove my card from the account, or reach customer service, (this is when I realized that there was a system wide issue), and the chat feature is a joke. I will have to close the card until this issue is resolved.

      Called **************** to get my account number so I could switch providers. I was told they dont have access. The system has been down since 2/23/2023. Its 3/10. This is beyond ridiculous. I believe this is a prank so youll have to stay with them. I should be able to access my acct# online. No excuses.

      Worst **************** ever. They have been down since 02/23/2023. I cannot cancel my account, got charged for a month of service I did not want, cannot delete my credit card, they did not inform customers they had been hacked, the phone lines are down, and the chat customer service can't/wont help. They say oh sorry we cannot access accounts and keep trying. Shouldn't a business have an alternative in place in case something like this happens?

      I have never received such horrible customer service. Their website and app were not working, and they would not allow payment over the phone for me to keep my daughters service activated. No supervisor to talk to after waiting 30 minutes on hold multiple times. Disrespectful phone agents who would not listen and showed no compassion for the fact that my teen daughter was traveling in bad weather with deactivated service. I would not recommend Boost to anyone.

      They are selling phones that aren't lasting 30 days. I spent 3 days talking to customer service before being sent back to the store for them to help with the manufacturer warranty exchange. The girl dismissed what customer service said and called her ***** at the store down the street from her, who starts talking trash not knowing I was standing right there. She also has nothing to do with the sell or store, let alone me. She only made a terrible experience worse. I would advise people to stop going to boost mobile stores for phones and shop online for a phone you can use with boosts services if you choose to use their services. Their stores are ripping customers off and causing many to want to seek services elsewhere. This is the second phone in 2 months from a boost store that I purchased that I've had issues with. The latest phone cost me almost $400, only to start partially working after 10 days and the charger completely quitting. Great representation of Boost mobile services. Not spending anymore money inside a boost store again.

      I have been trying to transfer my service to another service provider since 27 Feb 2023 with no success. All I need is the port "transfer out" pin and I would have a working phone but they are unable to provide that. For two weeks now this is the response I get when asking for assistance: "Currently, We're sorry for the inconvenience. We are unable to bring up your account information while our systems are down, nor would we be able to provide your sensitive information over social media. Once our systems are restored, we ask that you give us a call to obtain this information. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this issue." This has gone on so long now that I will have to pay another months bill to keep my phone number (which I've had for over 15 years) active on a phone that has no service in the area I am in the process of moving to. Additionally, I cannot pay it online or by phone so will have to drive to a store somewhere to make a payment. Just another way to rip people off.

      WORST Plan EVER!!!!!!!! They have been down for almost 2 weeks now! I bought a new card to add time a week ago and have not been able to activate it. The boost store is not helpful. They just keep telling me we can take a payment! YOU ALREADY TOOK MY MONEY WHEN I PURCHASED THE *********** I AM NOT PAYING THEM ANOTHER DIME!! I will be getting a new phone and a new service! This has been the absolute worst service I have ever had. My phone has not worked in a week now and no solution in sight. Boost deserves the WORST RATING they can get!!!!!!! TOTALLY UNACEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Boost Mobile is the very worst mobile carrier I have ever dealt with. No one answers the phone; ever. I have spent more than 3 hours on hold today only to be hung up on 3 times. They also have a chat feature. I've been trying to deal with the issue through that for more than 6 weeks. NOTHING! If I could rate it zero I would do so.
