      This is hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with. Hours and hours on the phone, talking to people who are ill trained. I was without phone service for over two weeks just trying to get activated. They never provided one minute of phone service and I'm unable to get my money back.

      I used to swear by Boost Mobile, til they added the new Boost one app & want to blame their errors on technical difficulties.I purchased a new phone from ******* thinking I'd be able to swap devices, like normal- nope. They should not even be able to sell to new customers or even existing for that matter. The system has been down for weeks, I'm unable to access my email accounts due to 2-step verification, can't use my debit card or file taxes, nothing on ******* losing out on money & so much more. All to be told there's nothing that they can do at this time. So I've been paying for service I can't access let alone transfer to a different carrier for almost a month now (cuz they aren't able to port anything either right now, how convenient). I can't begin to explain how frustrated I am, especially seeing as how I have referred so many people to them in the past. I can promise it won't happen again though.

      I am completely upset with this service for weeks. Ive been without a phone that I pay monthly on. This is unacceptable. I am unable to access my accounts. They are saying my number is an active. I am not able to obtain a pants or retrieve anything from the accounts I have not spoken with the representative even though I have been calling for days one of the store for weeks. I am unable to get any answers. If you guys are hacked you need to speak up, but this is threaten peoples livelihood. unable to call in or out unable to speak with loved ones unable to speak with new job opportunities because of your system. This is a major problem. I am scared to walk out of my house without having security of my phone. How am I supposed to feel secure when I cant even call out if need be

      I cannot reach the costumer service to get the port out info. This ***** I don't need a a free month I just want to have my number transfer to a different carrier. It's not about money. I don't want a new number how uncomfortable is to give all your contacts a new number.

      Thieves and liars I could say worse but I'm a lady. Take advantage of people and are rude. I will be getting a lawyer and the report on how your company ripped me and the fcc off for close to 2 yrs

      Cant access account cant switch providers because the boost system is down. I am stuck without a phone and at the mecry of boost mobile. Service has been getting worse lately and now nothing at all.

      Boost calling center has been down for two weeks can't cancel service. Cause I get new phone cause cricket couldn't get intouch with boost to transform my number. And now there still taking money out my account.so now I'm paying for a phone I don't use and my real cell phone

      I was informed by Boost Mobile that theywould not be servicing my present phone because they were going to 5g network. Their offer was a free phone and to take it into a boost store. When I called a few stores I finally found one that had that phone. I asked the boost representative at the store....would there be an additional charge he said no. After arriving at the store the representative told me there would be a charge for a new sim card for the phone. Usually a sim card isn't that much and new phones comes with a new sim card. After all it was their phone, but the man activated the phone and told me, I had to pay $125.00 for service fee and new sim card.I've always had problems with this phone since day one. Now my service isn't working and there's no way for me to pay my bill and or speak with anyone. I'm seeing corporate office is closed and the customer service number isn't accessable due to internal issues. They're saying your service won't be effected, but I have no service!!! I do not want to loose my phone number because if their issues. Please help me!

      It's pretty disappointing that my partner JUST paid his bill and 2 days later his phone has become inaccessible and he can't even replace it at a local shop or online due to this absolute dumpster fire. We can't even have his phone number ported to a new provider because they need his boost account number which apparently we can only access through the website or thru calling customer service. The website won't accept his credentials for whatever reason and customer service can't or WON'T accept any customer calls. It has been over a week and we still get the same response on their ******** page "sorry for the inconvenience, we will be able to help when our servers are back up". This customer service experience is horrible and he will be switching providers.

      Absolute worst customer service I've had my same phone number for 7 years every since the merger with dish Network I'm unable to access my account I've lost my phone number I'm not even allowed to log in to pay my bill so I can transfer out
