      IMO, giving this company 1 star is too high of a rating for them! I'm furiously fed up with their inferior service esp since their migration with XXXX! My *********** set out to run errands yesterday. As is my custom, as soon as I got into the car, I checked my phone before we pulled off and I noticed that I'd received a text from Boost a few minutes prior saying, "BOOST: Action needed! Make a payment to restore service--allow at least 1 hr after payment for service to restore." I was bewildered! I was like, "restore service?" I'd just finished a call on my phone about 5 minutes before I got into the car, so what does this text mean by "restore service?" Was my service disconnected? I then commenced to try to make a call and sure enough, I couldn't make a call. I was flabbergasted! Why was my service not working? I just paid them two weeks ago to renew my monthly minutes so WHY is my service interrupted? I then called 611 from my phone. I spoke to Boost Rep. I explained my issue regarding my service being abruptly cut off w/o me knowing. She commenced to tell me that my number had been restricted due to excessive "high-cost calls." I told her that I'D NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING in all of the 2.5 years I'd been with them! I told her that I just paid them 2 weeks ago for my monthly minutes to be renewed. She again tells me that I'd violated their policies and that my account was now restricted by their Network Team. She stated that she could send me a link that I could click on and contact their Network Team for more info. I told her I want my services restored immediately. She then stated that she would submit a Ticket to the Network Team to review my account and upon reviewal, if they found out that I was innocent, they'd restore my services in **** working days! I told her that I wasn't going **** days without service when I'd just paid my bill 2 weeks ago. I requested a refund. She submitted a ticket for a refund. Ended the call with no viable resolution.

      Terrible customer service via phone. In store folks are very nice but can't resolve problems either. Can't cancel service until you have your phone for a year! Under any circumstances.

      Unlimited is a joke how do you figure 35 gb is unlimited that's so fake.U people need to be more clear on terms upfront. Especially if u want more ppl on ****** work. Lol boost mobile is a joke. They must know my ex.

      This business is sketchy at best. The owner(sketchy **** guy)requires payment upfront via cash app or **** before repair but gives you the run around. We've been waiting for a week for a repair on a cracked screen with no results. The guy is never at the business and the phone lines dont work. So you can't call in for a status update. We're at the point of cutting our losses and taking the phone back regardless of repaired or not. All we want is our phone back. I've come to his business every day since day one and he hasn't shown up.

      Horrible company. I had one of my phone lines suspended for excessive data usage (it's suppose to be unlimited and then called when your limit has been reached). I called and complained and was told that it started in their terms and agreements that excessive calls, texts or data usage that they can suspended your service at any time. I would not recommend!

      Do not get a phone or service period from Boost Mobile .98% of the time I can't call or text many people say when they call my phone it goes to VM. Everything about them is trash don't even bother to call customer service the idiots barely can speak English and have the nerves to want to argue about device you paid for and not getting no service period I'll be glad when there is a lawsuit against boost mobile

      I have been a customer for nearly a decade. ******************** ran a promotion featuring a substantial discount on their phones a few weeks ago. The phone was very difficult to order online. I kept getting an error regardless of which browser I used. I even tried to use different cards. My bank told me that the error was on Boost's side and there were no restrictions on my account that would prevent the transaction. This was over the span of multiple days. The website provided a number to call if I experienced difficulty. I called and spoke with different customer service representatives and none of them were able to help. Most of them seemed too eager to transfer to other departments. I was hung up on several times. When I did get someone that would listen, they claimed they couldn't provide the discount and I would have to buy the phone at regular price despite the phone being on sale. This was one of the most disappointing and frustrating shopping experiences that I can remember. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

      Terrible customer service. Ordered phone and sim card online. Spent 6 hours on phone trying to activate and getting new phone to work. Even took it in to the Apple Genius Bar and they could not get phone to make or receive calls. Sim card worked fine in old phone. I was transferred and disconnected 6 different times by Boost mobile support. After last call lasting 1 hour , I was told that because I waited to activate the phone 12 days( during Thanksgiving holidays and health issues) , they couldn't accept a return! Total b.s. since on no place on website did it say instant activation required. Online chat with myboostmobile.com said he couldnt help because order was placed with boostmobile.com and I would have to wait until their chat option or support option was working ( I know it has beeninoperable for at least 18 days when I first ordered phone). 6 straight hours I will never get back and a useless new phone.

      I ordered a phone and decided that I didn't need the phone and had every expectation of sending the phone back. Once I received the phone, I called to return it and it said it was passed their 7 day return policy. I didn't even receive the phone within the 7 days to be able to return it with the holidays and weekend included. The phone is still in the box and never opened. No stores around me accept any kind of returns. Now they are refusing to refund me for a phone that I don't need. I even asked to speak with a manager and was denied speaking to a manager several times. I'm completely disgusted with the scam of a company. Steer clear of the company.

      Worst customer service experience ever with a cell phone provider. They aren't opened. Don't answer the phones, hang up on you, say they can't hear me because I'm porting out. Wouldn't help me with my act benefits. Don't even give any descent phones out. 35 gigs run out within less than 2 weeks into a month. For 60$ a month they absolutely ****.
