      ZERO Stars for Boost Mobile!!! SIM Card Problems from ************************ Inadequate. There is a ********************* but Good Luck Getting Agent to Put You Through. I'm Disgusted at the Money this Company Makes yet One Hand Doesn't know What the Other is Doing. Seek Other Mobile Carrier Save Yourself the Hassle!!*******************- Actual Dissatisfied Customer!!

      I am personally not with boost but my husband has been with boost for at least the last 3 years. I am telling everyone they have got to be the worst cell phone company in the world!!! How in the h*** are you gonna charge people ur customers money to help the set up their phones? Are you serious? Wtf are u there for? Other than coloring receipts blue (thats what my sales guy was doing). They always say call customer care, why dont they? Cuz they know it takes forever to get a real person, and then when u do, they cant tell you anything you wanna know they have to again transfer you to someone else who again puts you on hold, they can answer your simple question but first they have to tell you all about some promotion that they are offering. What was this big question that left you on hold for **** near an hour.whats my account number? Thats it!!!! If they wanna job they need to do a job to begin with!!! This is the worst company!!!!

      Mobile internet used to work fine but it the past 6 months has become literally unusable between 6pm and 2am. I believe they do this intentionally, they call it "depriortisation". They downgrade Boost data signal so actual TMobile users data works. Text and talk works fine but internet will not work whatsoever. Buyer beware.

      Boost mobile stole 50 dollars today in an unauthorized charge and i am filing fraud against them today they charged 100 on a 50 dollar plan when i changed from 35 very shady people do not deal with them switching companies

      Its the worst company ever. I never have a hard time getting my number back I hold for hours and they keep transferring you to no where. Time is money they are waste of money and they do not have any customer service. If I can give the a minus 1 I will. Please do not ever switch your number to them. Its a fraud.

      I have been with boost for years and have had the same issues. All the phones I have purchased have had storage issues resulting in buying a new phone every year. The service is ridiculous. Calls drop. You cant call out, send or receive messages in many areas. God forbid you have an emergency. You are screwed. I have been traveling using the gps feature and all of a sudden no **** signal or the phone freezes. **************** aint worth calling. All they say is everything is fine on their end. Thats BS. If I could afford another carrier I would have been switched my services.

      The worst customer service ever. I purchased a phone that stop working within 4 days and a watch that did not work at all. I went to return it and was told that because that store was an head quarters store there was nothing they could do and that I am just out of $177.00. I will never return to another BOOST MOBILE store after being treated so rudely. *************************************************** DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE DO NOT RECOMMEND . I understand why they are not BBB Accredited with such poor service.

      Where is the option to put ZERO stars for the rating?! These guys couldn't be any more incompetent. Republic wireless BEFORE Dish was great. Dish bought 'em and took the Republic plane straight into the ground! Bought a phone, immediately returned it immediately (didnt open the box) -been trying to get my money back from their clutches for 2 months! Calling their crappy support is like a part time job for me now. Every time I call, its like Groundhog Day, I start over from the beginning each time. Once I get my money back I'm OUT!

      **************** is horrible was hung up on 3 times because they dont want to do their jobs and keep telling me to call back in 4 hours. I was called names by employees and supervisors. I just want to leave this phone service that I have had for 10 years. I cant pay my phone bill online at all and the last time I paid over the phone one of their employees took my card number and spent $126.56 at Walmart.com. So I refuse to give out my card number on the phone and will not let me process my payment any other way. This company needs to be shut down completely and I have already contacted a lawyer to *** this company for all the thousands of dollars I have spent in the last 10 years. Do not use this phone Service use anything but them.
