    Advertised that the Blue package would come with Fox Sports - only after subscribing did I find out that not all regions will have access to Fox Sports and that channel is quite literally the only reason I subscribed. Attempted to cancel within 5 minutes of subscription and they repeatedly refused a refund even though I havent used it, acting like it was obvious I may not have access to Fox. Saw multiple similar stories of their deceptive advertising and felt the need to leave this review.

    They are crooks! Same comments as many of the other reviews, too bad I didn't read this before I signed up. I cancelled in November ***************************************** June 2023. They said maybe someone clicked on the app by mistake but refused to refund my money. STAY AWAY, SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES, they don't deserve 1 star except this review forces you to choose a star rating

    I have complained to sling about all the ******* speaking commercials with no resolve. At first it was only one channel now it's up to seven channels. There are up to four commercials in a row in Spanish. This is bs, I pay with us dollars and English speaking shows and commercials. If I subscribed for the Spanish speaking channels, not an issue but I did not. If I want to hear Spanish ******* I'd move to ****** and pay with pesos. I have talked to 75 sling customers and a lot have cancelled or are getting ready to cancel. We feel like we live in ******, I guess sling supports illegals instead of hard working Americans that when they get a chance to relax would like to hear English. I have been with sling since 2017 but no longer, thank goodness there are so many other wireless free or $5.00 subscriptions. Slings customer service is pretty much non-existent, no one ever answers, no return voicemails, poor connections. This is a warning to someone who is considering signing up with sling, don't do it.

    Signed up for this service at a cheaper price. Canceled a couple of channels before billing (Was charged for them anyway). I cancelled as soon as the new month renewed. They said I would have another month. I explained that I didn't ever watch it and asked if I could get a refund and immediate cancelation. I was told it was a prepaid service (which doesn't make sense because they can cancel and refund-Not impossible) I was then ignored regarding any other communication. I definitely do not recommend this company and will let everyone I come across know. They will never ever get my business again.

    Contacted sling to cancel an account that a family member had accidentally started( a small child click on the app).We had never watched sling on this account, and canceled it as soon as we were charged. Sling told us that we needed to keep the entire full month, and cannot get a refund. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, The person I was speaking to online stop responding to me. I can see if we had use the app for the full month, and then asked for a refund, but it was an accident and they refused to give me my $40 back. Awful company.

    Sling does not offer enough information there is no contact number, the business does'nt tell you if equipment is involved they only say add more with a cost, I don't understand its antenna with added programs which is Listed

    Get you in with free trial. Even if you cancel right away they charge you for the first month. Scam artists!

    I had Sling for a couple of years with no issues, it was cheaper than cable by far. Then last year I was diagnosed with cancer in August and let go from my job. Needed to eliminate some bills. Canceled the SlingTV account. I hadnt checked my credit card statements in awhile, my fault. Dealing with chemo, appointments and generally not feeling well it happens. Then I was checking my statement and found that I had indeed been charged all along for this account. Called and found out that they couldnt refund me anything, except for this month even though it showed NO ACTIVITY on my account since last August. Please tell me who pays for a service and doesnt use it? And the woman (who could hardly speak English) continued to tell me the same thing over and over from the script they are given and she made it sound like she was doing ME a favor for canceling my account and card. Shame on you SlingTV, you seem no better than the scammers out there. BUYER BEWARE!

    On June 15 around 11 PM EST time I made an online add-on purchase for OWN network. When I spoke to a customer service representative on June 16, I was informed that the add-on of the OWN service was only on-demand and I wanted real-time streaming of the OWN. OWN on-demand only shows you older seasons and not current seasons. The representative was not even aware that the OWN channel listed as an add on of Discovery + was On Demand. The customer service representative told me that they would not be able to refund me my money and that even though I canceled the service within 24hours I would not be refunded. I was informed that even though I was able to successfully cancel the add-on service, the cancellation wouldnt be processed until next month. This is unacceptable and is highly deceptive practice of SLING LLC. I would like a refund.
