    I canceled my subscription using their website. I noticed 2 months later that I was still being charged. For some reason the cancellation didn't register on their website and they refused to issue a refund. In reading through reviews on other websites, many customers have had the same experience. This seems to be a common issue and consumers are not being protected.

    Sling has absolutely LIED about there promotional deals and will not honor what they have advertised. Do not be tricked by these people. I even requested to speak to a supervisor and was told NO, you cannot speak with a supervisor, this company will steal from you !!! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

    Sling charged me $59 on March 17th when I tried to edit my subscription to something cheaper they charged me $49 again on March 18th. I canceled my subscription and they said I would have service until April 17th. I haven't had any service since I canceled and they won't give me a refund. **************** is nonexistent I've been on a chat for 3 days for them to tell me that I can't have the service that I paid for and I can't have a refund. This company is a joke.

    Sling tv is a scam I signed up for a 7 day free trail and cancel 2 days after I set it up because they didn't have the show I wanted so I cancel the account and find out today they have charged me for the past 2 month and wont refund anything told them I don't want the service and refund guy was rude disrespectful going to have friends and family post bad reviews until something is done going to have everyone that I work with over ***** people asking them to post bad review they wont let me talk to a supervisor to get this problem worked out they took $110 out of my account and I have never once used the service doesn't even deserve one star only gave that because i had too

    I have used Sling TV before, but cancelled my subscription. On the first day of the **** basketball tournament, I Googled "sling tv" and immediately saw an offer for 50% off the typical monthly price for the first month. The button to click and take advantage of the promotion said, "Resubscribe." I was on the fence about restarting a cable service for the **** tournament. However, solely due to the promotion, I determined to resubscribe, and clicked the "Resubscribe" button.Today, when viewing my credit card statement, I saw that Sling had charged me full price for the first month, notwithstanding the marketing page that induced me to resubscribe. I called customer service and, after waiting on line for several minutes, was informed that the promotion was for new customers only. Even after explaining that new customers cannot "resubscribe" and, therefore, the promotion must have been aimed at former customers, I was told there was nothing Sling could do. When I asked for a credit for next month or a refund (even a pro-rated refund), I was informed that the "system" wouldn't allow it. I made this call within 24 hours of resubscribing.I would welcome the opportunity to speak with someone from Sling TV. Sling TV's unwillingness to honor their own promotion is unconscionable, fraud in the inducement, and a deceptive trade practice. I can only suppose that there are many other people who were similarly affected and treated by Sling TV.

    Long term sling customer. I originally had the package with *** and fox until it was removed after few years and then got notified it came back with an increase!!! Why do you eliminate channels from a package and then add it back on the plan with an increase on top of the plan increase itself???!!! That is thievery!! Notices and links is all ******* replies with and no remorse on crediting just ends the chat when I asked for a supervisor. Thats how they reply to their long term customers by ending the conversation when you ask for a supervisor. ALSO the channels that came with the increase do not work on the dvr!!!! And still no reply after it was troubleshooted but still want to charge more $$$. I recommend everyone to look somewhere else and stay away from sling tv. The worst business to deal with.

    Extremely deceptive business practices and worst customer support. I signed up and was unable to use the service, the app on my devices and TV all were frozen. I was unable to get an agent on chat or phone. Nothing worked so I canceled. I finally got someone on chat the next day, saying her name was *****, and she refused a refund, kept saying there is no one above me and that we have no managers as she refused a refund, even though the service I was charged for never worked. They charge people, and know they have technical issues, and then refuse a refund, so basically scamming you out of your money. I was charged $22 to spend hours, and days trying to cancel and get tech support, nothing worked and never got a refund. They need to be investigated for a class action lawsuit for these deceptive unethical practices.

    This streaming service company has a subscription-based service that automatically renews the user's subscription monthly. While attempting to cancel the subscription within the trial period, the company's site did function correctly, preventing me to cancel the subscription. After being charged for the subsequent month and chatting with an agent, they refused to refund stating company policy. Sharing this experience for awareness.

    Sling switched me from Orange to Blue with ****** Mini+ Globo without my knowledge. This raised my rate plus it took away my sports channel ESPN. This theft and computer fraud and ***** is responding to my complaint. This company is fraudulent and needs to be held accountable for this type of practice

    Couldn't get through on phone for 2 days recording said experiencing technical difficulties go to sling help internet, went there and cancelled service but was charged day before for full month and won't be using service, talked to two different representatives on two different calls and got no refund answers and not able to talk to supervisors cause We're having technical difficulty, so was my service that's why I cancelled!
