    Unscrupulous business practices. I had a tech issue preventing me from using the service. I chatted 3 times over a week to resolve, but was not able to.The real issue is they were unwilling to credit my account for services not provided, citing their terms and agreements, which clearly provide a case-by-case clause.That said, I attempted to cancel, and was assured service was cancelled. I called back 2 days later after a bit of research pointed to their mo of charging one last time, only to find that ther service was in fact, not cancelled. I was assured a second time that I would receive no more charges. We will see. I put a block on the card on file and saved both text conversations.They are definitely unscrupulous and dont care about cuatomer service. There is no way to remove a payment method under my account. They dont have a cuatomer service number, which makes it difficult to elevate issues to more competent individuals, etc. Just a bad business all around. The service was good when it was working, but I refuse to put up with c*** like this, and there are ten other streaming services to chooae from.

    The app crashes constantly so when I canceled my service on 12/6 after an auto renewal went through they refused to give me a refund. I have to go through my credit card to obtain a refund

    BEWARE of Sling TV!!!!! I added the Sling TV app to watch a particular channel they said would be available. It wasn't available. I tried contacting them with the customer service phone number listed but it is a non working number. I chatted with something online and was told the channel I wanted wasn't available in my area code. I cancelled the service 20 minutes after adding it and Sling still charged my card even though they admitted the error. Do not EVER add this service they are owned by **** and even they wont give out any contact info.. I filed a fraud case with my bank and the charges are getting reversed. The phone number they listed with my bank was also a non-working number. Sketchy and dishonest!

    SLING TV IN *************, ** Very dissatisfied with this channel. I signed up for one month and cancel within ************************************************************************************************ arrears. However aftert i got written confirmation that service was cancelled I still got charge for another month and when I called to have the money refund back to the account they stated that I had watched 75 mins of this channel and their policy would not aloud them to refund back. I asked to speak to a supervisor and got the round and round and never got anywhere with this. I am letting all my ******** friends now about this and all social media that i can so the public knows what a crappy policies they have. I am very disapointed with customer service. Don't reconment anyone using them.

    I purchased the Orange Package and the Sports Extra on Sling to ************* football games. I went to record the ******** @********** Football game and it says YOU have to have the ************* Package in order to watch this game. Orange package is $40 and both are $70. Making people pay more to watch a certain college football game is illegal & corrupt. I sent Sling a scathing rebuke telling them You are going to be terminated. I looking for another TV provider.

    I signed up on Nov 23 for their $20 first month/$40 thereafter promo. On Nov 24, only 1 day later, I received an email about a $5.99 per month price increase. When I called, they advised their price increases on Dec 20, less than a month from when I signed up yet nowhere on their site does the promo mention this. I immediately cancelled and called them and of course, nothing they could do. Today, Nov 27 their site is still promoting $40 per month without mention of the price hike. If they would have been up front with this, I wouldn't be upset, however this tells me much about their business practices.

    I cancelled my account in accordance to their terms and conditions and they are still charging me 5 months later. No one in their customer service seems to know what to do.

    Unable to access shows, DVR play back, or on demand...it has been two weeks since submitted compliant, no body knows when I can access the programming Sling has collected money...rep informed me no body knows, cant refund money...you can cancel your service no refund...Stay away

    I canceled my account online (the only way you can) and they restarted it and charged me anyway. Good luck trying to call customer service. They dont have any. With much searching, I was finally directed to a chat **** who said sling doesnt give refunds. If I could give them a zero rating, I would. They are shady, and I will never have service with them again. Let this be a warning to those who are considering sling. I wont ever trust them again.
