  DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO SLING TV. I am dissatisfied with Sling TV's false advertising and unequal pricing. Their website stated that you could watch *** games, local or national, on Sling TV. I live in ********* and signed up to watch the Packer game. I spent over an hour searching through channels and finally contacted their chat helpdesk to find the game. They said it wasn't available in my zip code. I asked for a refund. They would not give me a refund, stating that I had watched more than 2 hours of TV. I enrolled at 10:43am (I have the enrollment email) and contacted them *****pm (I downloaded the chat transcript). The game started at noon. I did not watch 2 hours of TV, and all of the time that I did spend was trying to find the game, so I did not watch any programming. The next day, I called their customer support desk and they still would not refund my payment. It also states that first time subscribers get the first month for half off, half of $40, so I should have been charged $20. Instead I was charged $30. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO SLING TV. It is a bait and switch scheme to take your money. You cannot watch *** games on Fox through Sling unless you live in a big city.

  They offer monthly price and then charge for a year. Cancelled same day when I saw the nearly $600 charge but they refused to refund. Cancellation effective after a year of service with no recourse! Avoid at all costs!

  The *********** is a scam. I only purchased SLING so I can record *** television and although the dvr states its recording it is not in fact recording .SLING customer service does not care .

  I saw an advertisement to watch the World series on 10/25/24. I signed up for an advertised free trial and actually didn't get the game. I therefore immediately cancelled and did not use sling. A week later I see a charge for a month. I called customer service, explained the situation, they said they couldn't refund because ****** actually paid it. I just signed up on their website and logged in through my *********. After reviewing the reviews here I believe this happened to a lot of people and may fall under false advertisement.

  I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with SlingTVs service. Without my consent, my account was activated in early October 2024. The account activation came without options to cancel, as it was tied to my ****** account. The contact information provided on ******, both email and phone number, was inadequate for communication. For example, the listed email was 'noreply', which left me with no avenue to seek immediate action.Upon logging into my SlingTV account and engaging in a chat with customer service, I was informed that their policy does not allow for refunds, even for services activated without use or by mistake. Consequently, I had to manually disconnect my ****** account to prevent further unauthorized ********.This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I find SlingTVs policies and customer service approach highly unsatisfactory. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider using ************************.

  I was a customer who has ********************** orange and blue. Sling advertises to watch the World Series on their network but I wasnt able to get it. When I called them up they they said the World Series will a not available in my zip code. I felt this would a dishonest to advertise products you know you cant deliver Be careful

  They refused to refund my money for a package they trick me into buying. With there pop up special on the check out page. All I want was the 30$ package. Not a $193.00 prepaid package. I never see the total the was charging me for until it came out of my back account, there confirmation email. They refused to ****** the subscription and issue me a refund.

  I signed up to watch more *** games and they advertised more games than I could actually access and watch. I called to get a refund and I was told that they couldnt issue a refund. Very poor customer service, and I feel like it was falsely advertised by this sports package. 1/10 would never recommend service from sling. Id rather just use pluto tv if Im going to just have basic streaming channels.

  I purchased a membership after checking what channels were available on Sling. Once I paid for the membership, I found out that I cannot view the channel that I specifically checked on before buying. It has to be done by AirPlay, which is unacceptable. The reason is my bill billing zip code is different from my viewing zip code. Still unacceptable. I literally tried to cancel the subscription within one hour of purchasing it and the response is that I will have to pay for the first month. No refunds and they do not have a customer service number that works. It hangs up on you after about 20 seconds and their online help chat does not let you tell them what the problem is. It only gives you options to look up information, no help.

  i have the blue / orange package with sports extras some of the penn state football games are black out. i feel that if you advertise we would get the games we shoud get all the games. its not a bad service just beware you may not get all the college football games. cutomer service was poor. was planning on keeping sling tv after the football seasone but after this a will be canceling sling after football seasone.
