    This company hijacks the actual Hotel's website- making you think you are on the official hotel's site. Then they offer a nice rate and then add $130 in tax and service fee's- at the end. If you are in a hurry or on a cell phone- it's easily missed. AND No Cancelation's. Why are they allowed to continue conducting this scam of a business?

    Total scam. Mistakenly clicked on the first search result which unknowingly sent me to guest reservations.com. Again unknowingly, attempted to make reservation, website took forever to download which made me reload the reservation. Eventually reservation was completed. But received two confirmation emails because reservation double booked. Called to cancel which then made me realize that I was calling an overseas third party booking agency. After being on hold for 15 minutes I was able to speak with an agent who was able to cancel one of the double booked rooms without charge. When questioned about the “extra fees” I was charged for room agent said well you booked thru us a third party company. Was informed that I could not cancel the other reservation without full penalty. Told agent that I would be filing a complaint. Didn’t really care. This company is the worse. Just goes to show that you can pay enough money to get the top search - then doesn’t matter what happens after that.

    We were stuck in Tampa after Hurricane Helene. Every room in the area was booked so I got online. I clicked on a Fairfield about 30 miles away. Same as one of the other reviews. The person that answered said that was booked and then "looked" for about 5 minutes. Finally found the 4 rooms we needed about 45 min away. We were desperate so we booked. Took an Uber ($$) and discovered that the whole area had been destroyed, and the hotel was closed. Had to turn around with the same Uber driver (very kind but he did get a little irritated) and ended up back at the starting point. We ended up finding one suite with 2 beds for 4 people. We had 8 people plus a baby. Not the best but we were thankful! When we alerted our credit card, we discovered they'd tried to charge us for 5 rooms. The credit card denied that one. I am horrified that people would take advantage of the hurting people of Tampa. Then we got an email the next day that said "We hope you enjoyed your stay" and offered 25% off our next booking. Ha ha!

    Do not use these people. Cannot change reservation without cancelling it completely,
    if hotel is booked, you loose the whole reservation!

    I made a reservation at what I believed was the local Holiday Inn Express. I reserved in particular a king suite with a roll in shower due to a Mobility impaired guest. When my guest arrived to my horror they were put into a communication impaired room completely unsuitable and not what I reserved. Holiday Inn Express was completely uncooperative stating they did not have another room. I was forced to go out and buy adaptive shower equipment so that my guest could shower safely without fear of bodily harm. Holiday Inn says that guest reservations change the reservation code and have done absolutely nothing I have already filed a complaint with guest reservations and they have done absolutely nothing it is absolutely atrocious that a company would jeopardize a guest safety and well-being. This is completely unacceptable and they have been completely unresponsive.

    Zero star crooks booked unfortunately through this terrible website which is very miss leading booking said I could cancel up to a day before stay! Cancelled two weeks before and policy on booking changed to non refundable and they stole $551.00 from me! And basically told me to pound sand we r keeping your money and providing no service. No do use this company for anything they steal

    Totally deceptive company. Booked a room thinking it was the hotel site only to find out I was charge extremely high fees and they will not budge. Searched Google and seeing that this is a common scam this site/company is pulling. Check your URLs before booking! don't make the same mistake I did.

    Went to book a hotel in Buenos Aires… the website was made to look like it was affiliated with the hotel… I booked it and thought nothing of it… it wasn’t until I had to make a change on my reservation that I realized it was a third party and was not helpful at all!!! And not to mention the hidden fees!!!! I can’t believe I got tricked…
    It’s must be a pretty shameful way to make a living if you work for these people

    This site charges a lot more than you will actually pay at the hotel's official site. My advise don't use them. Book from the official website and save money and time.
