Was tricked into booking on this site , thought it was the hotel site. It's very deceptive. Fees were hidden at the bottom of the page. Funny thing is I filled out the information but never actually submitted. But because I didn't close our the page it went through somehow. Anyways went online and canceled which was a big mistake. I called them and they told me just out 376.00 dollars. It's a scam

ZERO STARS!! SCAMMERS - BAIT AND SWITCH!! Screen said refundable by 1:59AM called 10 minutes after we booked after seeing the FAKE CHARGES APPLIED and they all of a sudden said it was a non refundable rate. I will contact every agency to report these SCAMMERS. They are affiliated with Price line by the way. Bye Bye Priceline

My daughter booked a room on line listed for $97.00 through Guest Reservations by mistake . Who can blame her / it’s the first booking site that comes up on Google with beautiful pictures of the hotel ! She clicked confirm reservation and it jumped to $143.00. Cancelled the reservation ASAP! Was charged a $ 143.00 cancellation fee/ same as the reservation fee! Called back immediately! Had to fuddle around different phone numbers , but did get a live person . She gave me a claim number and said my case would be looked at and decided in 24 to 48 hours - also post dated the money to a Monday- very scammy. I called the hotel and the reservation is still there.
Praying it gets stopped by this 3rd party site . If not I will contact my bank !

I tried to purchase a hotel reservation directly via the Holiday Inn Website for Austin Tx Airport Hotel. I was re-routed without realizing it to their website where I completed the purchase for a 2 night stay. It was advertised as $159 per night; subtotal of $318. When I clicked purchase I was charged $500.44. It was only at that point that I could see the subtotal and they had layered on two additional fees $16.36 (resort fee - for an airport 3 star hotel) and $166.08 for Tax Recovery Charges & Service fees. I immediately called them to cancel; they refused (no refunds); asked for a supervisor; - finally got to a supervisor they said they would price match the actual hotel fees. Adjusted it and refunded me $80. However, when I arrived at the hotel - I confirmed all in with taxes the total per night rate should have been no more than $170 ($340 total). They only refunded me $80 - but should have refunded me $160. I am currently on hold with them again. This business needs to be shut down. I am going to be contacting Holiday Inn IHG international next to see if there is anything they can do to remove them as a partner.

This company is very deceptive. It led me to believe I was booking directly with the hotel. They charged me over $2500 in fees. Then when I tried to get a refund they would only refund me $1000 of the $8000 I was charged

guestreservations.com are a thieves and scammers. They miss lead you to paying a low fee and that it is refundable and then switch it at the last. I booked a hotel for 189.00 then they jacked the price to 272.33. and then all of a sudden its not refundable.

LEGALLY SCAMMING PEOPLE INTENTIONALLY! This company pretends to be the actual hotel and offers an enticing discount code for making reservations but when you go to make a reservation it charges you the total immediately without warning and also adds in some ridiculous $129. Service fee that this ctual hotel doesn’t even charge people. They are a scam they manipulate in small print, pretending to be the actual hotel. They have no actual customer service they pretend to be the hotel and direct you to call the hotel for resolution and they take advantage of you and legally manipulate into accepting their terms to make a “reservation” but actually don’t reserve it, they charge you EVERYTHING upfront and charge your bank without warning. I wouldn’t give them ANY stars. Awful company with no customer service that they claim is ‘excellent’. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Unethical marketing tactics lead you to believe you are booking directly with the hotel. I cancelled within 5 minutes but I don’t trust them to actually refund me, so I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Rip off. Over $136 in charged fees? Our hotel reservation went up over $165 after we agreed! Never never use!!! I’d leave a negative star rating if possible!

I can't even give them 1 star. This company totally scammed me. The website appeared to be the section of guest services for the hotel. I called the number believing I was calling the reservation department of the hotel itself. Was never told this was a third party booking site. I paid the reservation. I called to adjust my rooms as this is part of a large group that is coming into town for a conference. I was told then that they were a third party site and they cannot switch my reservation nor could I cancel and get a refund. I told them I never book through a third party. I called back days later to again try and get this sorted out after learning that the rate at the hotel was way below the rate they charged me. After going round and round the only option I had was to cancel my reservation and NOT get my money back nor be guaranteed that I had a room, or they would offer me a merely 15% refund since the hotel rate was below theirs and I am stating I will contact the BBB!! What a joke. We will see if I even remotely get my refund. I feel like these sites should be illegal.
