Please refund the full amount of USD311 ($155*2) to my credit card account. The transaction was made on 25/8. Just like all of you I’ve been scammed by guestreservations.com.

They sure paid a lot of money to be on top of the google ads. Contact me as soon as possible, or else.

Just like everybody else I got scammed by these folks. Ended up in 3 way game between hotel, Wyndham and GuestReservations about no refund when I attempted to cancel the reservation. I'll work with the bank to protest the billing.

    Stay clear of these folks.

Absolutely awful ! I had a fraudulent charge posted on my account and they refused to rectify. They told me to cancel the non-refundable reservation that i never made! and take a chance of possibly being refunded after a fraud investigation. The rep ended up hanging up on me.

As stated by previous reviewers, this is a total scam. I thought I had reached “guest reservations” for the hotel I was booking. Cost was the same as it would have been on booking.com until the very end when I did the checkout and an additional $37 in additional fees and taxes appeared. I had no idea they were not affiliated with the hotel until it was too late. I’ll be disputing this with my credit card company and using all of these reviews as evidence of others being scammed as well. Hindsight, 20/20.

DO NOT use Guest Reservations. It is a SCAM. I thought I was booking directly through guest reservations for the Hyatt. Not so. In addition to misrepresentation, they added a $105. service charge to their advertised rate. The reservation page clearly states that I would be able to call and cancel my reservation. When a family situation occurred that made it necessary for me to change or refund my reservation, I was informed that the cancellation fee was equal to my reservation rate, taxes and "service fee." (Nearly $400.) I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they were busy with other calls and unable to speak to me. I cannot believe that this is a legal and legitimate business. I am forced to give a star rating, and there is nooption in the negative range, so one star it is.

I googled the Grand Galvez hotel in Galveston, Texas. A photo of the hotel came up and I clicked on Reserve a room. I selected two rooms with two double beds for rooms at $188.00 each. I filled out all the required info and when I clicked on “make reservation” the total came to $2,057.!
I immediately called the number listed and discovered I had made reservations with HuestReservations.com, rather than the hotel directly. I told them I wanted to cancel because the rate was twice as much as shown.
I know it says the fees are no refundable, but the person at the call center said I could cancel and request a refund.
I have gone back and forth with Guest Teservations and the hotel. Guest Tesrrvations says the hotel must approve the refund and the hotel says they have no authority to do so, it must be the third party. At one point, one person and the call center told me that my refund had been approved, then three hours later I get an email saying my refund was denied.
I believe that GuestReservations.com is operating under deceptive trade practices by showing a room rate, then showing you the greatly inflated total ONLY after you book the room.

I was trying to make reservations and actually thought I was on the hotel’s website. The rates are correct but once you purchase the rooms they add a giant fee on. I’m my case the total for the room was 512.00 well guest reservations added $285 for handling fee on top of the bill and you don’t find out until you click purchase. That’s when they add the fee and say no refund. Call your bank and reported as fraud because it is.

This people should be in jail.
