  Like everyone said. The price on checkout was one thing and then when it processed it added a 50% fee I never approved. SCAM.

  They copy the home page of the hotel that I was booking leading me to believe that I was on the hotel’s website. I didn’t receive a breakdown of the price until I hit continue at which point there was no going back. They added almost 30 dollars for a fee. Stay away from this company. It’s called guest reservation to make you think you’re dealing with the actual hotel. And forget about talking to anyone in service.

  A total Scam! This is not a business. It it a theft-overcharge scam. They quote you one price, take your credit card info and then increase the charge by 50+% and then refuse to give your money back. They should not be allowed to exist.

  These are thieves. They charged me $397 for a room that was supposed to be $298. I saw the confirmation on the app and they said there are no refunds. This company is a scam. They steal your money. I called and cancelled and the recording said cancellations are handled by the hotel. But they are not. The hotel even said they hate this 3rd party site.

  They are a pure scam i click on a free cancellation room (its was advertise like that). Then i canceled it. They charge me anyway. I call them to say i would then take the room if there is cancellation fee. They would not give me a room and said i had to pay again and that there policy about cancellationwas clear. They should be shut down immediately they are changing they're advertised stuff.. WORST BOOKING site ever

  Overcharged for room despite appearing to look like legitimate site. Customer service sounded like somebody working from home and was completely fake.

  Just like the others… fake hotel site looking like the real hotel’s site. Charge a $40 “fee” “ caveat emptor” I guess lesson learned

  This website showed up at the top of the Google search and looked like The James New York Hotel. The photos and entire site was created to defraud. Thankfully I got an alert from
  My CC company, I called the James to follow up and yup, it was all a scam. The FBI should get involved. The people behind this company should go to prison.

  This company needs to be put out of business, it misleads customers booking online. You think you are booking directly with the hotel. The link I clicked was daysinnorlando.guestservices. It brings up the same rate the hotel is offering and immediately requests your payment information. After you confirm payment, you get the confirmation page that includes the charge breakdown.
  I called the hotel directly to get their rate information which was $78.97 including all taxes and fees and guestservices.com charged me $97.08. ($36.41 in tax recovery and service fees) a service fee for what??? I immediately called to cancel the reservation and was put on hold for 22 minutes!! only to be told the reservation was non-refundable. What a bunch of scammers. I will spread the word to beware of this company. After this unpleasant experience I had to check their website which only shows 5 star reviews. Clearly these are purchased fake reviews.
