This is definitely a scam. Charged my card $102 more than original price. Did not show this extra charge until credit card information was entered. So misleading!!! I actually thought I was on the hotel’s official site.
The company paid the hotel with totally different card and address showed up as Bangkok. Not sure why hotel didn’t see this as a red flag. This company needs to be shut down. It’s sad that it’s so easy for people to steal from hard working people. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!! COMPLETE SCAM !!

Complete scam. Thought I was booking on the hotel website. Made the reservation on March 23, for April 15, and something unexpected came up on March 30. Tried to change the reservation to April 22, did not ask for or expect a refund. After 5 phone calls and them hanging up on me twice, I was informed I couldn't change it. Also tried calling the hotel directly and they said they could do nothing, that it had to be done through guestreservations.com. So I am eating $410.70 for a one night stay minus the 82.14 discount they offered me. Guess I will dispute it through my credit card company. Just reinforces the saying "buyer beware!"

Complete scam. Made it seem like I was booking on the hotels website. I hit the cancel button after I figured out that it wasn't and it charged me anyways. Fees were much higher than initially stated. Cancelled the room immediately and was charged full price. Customer service would not help at all. Awful.

A total scam. They refused to refund my money when I wanted to cancel. Then they tried to make a deal but I threatened to report them to bbb. I was told I’d get the refund but it would be through my PayPal account and NOT my credit card.
I called my bank. They will be able to cancel the transaction when the charge goes through; as of now it is pending.

It appears to be a scam. Through every step in the process, I thought I was booking on the Hilton website directly. It was not until after I hit submit for my credit card to process that it showed me that there were $100 of extra fees (almost 50% of the room cost) and that I had was dealing with guest reservations.com. I called immediately to cancel the charge. They wouldn't cancel the charge and claimed it would take 30 days to request the hotel to cancel the charge and refund my money. When I told them I was going to cancel the charge through my bank by disputing it as a scam, then they offered me 30% back which was only $10 more than what I would have paid on the Hilton website, so I accepted it. I don't feel good about it, but I also felt like I didn't have another option.

We were on our way to home on a long drive and decided to stay at a hotel near by. Googled the hotel location/name and the results came with a link to reserve the hotel at 140/night. Clicking on the web-site led me believe that it is being hosted by IHG (Holiday Inn Express). All throughout the advertised rate was 140 and finally after check-out is where the price of 204 comes up. I went to the hotel and checked at their front desk, and the nightly rate was 110 including taxes (almost double of what they charged me). Calling the number, they provided me a 20 dollars return. These kind of business's just are predatory and fraud consumers. They should be held liable for the mal practices.

Experts in misrepresentation. Will claim to be the hotel of interest, take your money on the pretext of a deal, add a huge fee to your credit card, and then claim that the booking is neither changeable or reimbursible to you when actually it is completely reimbursible to them as they make it via Booking.com which you could have done in the first place. Carefully crafted and complex legal framework/small print makes it strictly legal, but immoral. Do not be conned in to using this company for anything.

We were charged hidden fees that only appear after you enter credit card information, adding around 60% to the advertised cost of the reservation. They advertised rates lower than any other booking site, then jacked it up far higher in the end than we would have paid by booking with the hotel. Worse, there appears to be no way to cancel a credit card payment (no cancel button), only an approve button. We were told the card was denied the first time pending a security code from the bank, which screen also revealed the high hidden charges... and even though the code was never entered and we then used the back button on the browser to exit the payment screen without approving they still managed to charge the card and the booking could not be cancelled. This "business" seems to rely on unsuspecting first time visitors, to act as a middleman between you and the hotel or other booking website, clipping you badly in the process. All they do is fill your information into available hotel rooms advertised at a higher price elsewhere, and make the purchase for you; they don't appear to have a relationship with the hotel. In order to pay the actual reservation cost, they charge you, not only a fee for themselves, but the posted price on the other site as well, but they call it a lower price plus fees. All they are really doing is purchasing the other site's product and charging you more to fill in the blanks. It's a very dishonest approach and the fees are well hidden.
