  Another scam. and Yes they do disguise themselves as the hotel website. and Yes they committing internet fraud. They took $104.95 off my credit card to book a room at Wyndham Hotel in Williamsburg Va and they set my check in on the same day of the booking at which I did not elect or want. I booked for a future date. They refused to correct it. According to BBB here they operate out of Wilmington DE. I will be contacting the Wilmington Police Department and filling a complaint today. Also I will file a complaint with the FBI internet crime unit.

  Really horrible company. I wish I'd noticed the third party name and looked them up prior to booking. Would have saved myself $900! yes - NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS.
  
  I attempted to change from one room type to another (all other details of the trip the same) and they charged me a cancellation fee of one night stay plus SO many fees totaling $900. I've called and emailed - they're refusing to budget.
  
  Stay as far away as possible. Our family will be sure to never use them again.

  This business website is a scammer. Do not book through Guest Reservations. If you do read through the policies very carefully. I do not like to book through 3rd parties. I thought I was booking directly through Hilton, the “guest reservations” website did a great job posing as Hilton. When I received the email confirmation, the email was from Guest Reservation, not Hilton. I realized it was a 3rd party and canceled. They fully charged my card and refused to refund and still booked my room. When you call them they are rude, and say they will not refund, and will not reactivate the room charge. Very deceiving.

  La prenotazione ha un costo maggiorato del 40% in piu', e per annullare il costo equivale a quanto pagato. Spero che le autorita' competenti provvedano alla chiusura di questi siti ingannevoli .

  How is this company still in business? Very deceiving. Makes it look like you are on the hotel website and then charges you non refundable charge. Way more expensive than going direct.

  Awful. Just awful. This company has practices that should be illegal. When you search for a specific hotel they come up first and mimic the actual hotels website. There is nothing obvious about their website as you are booking to alert you that you are indeed booking through a third party website. Then they tack on ridiculously high fees, way above the cost you would pay if booking on the actual hotel website. Even the confirmation email you get doesn’t make it apparent that you are booking outside the hotels website. I feel taken advantage of by this company and will be paying close attention that I NEVER end up unknowingly booking with them again!!!!!!

  I want the difference of what I paid and what I was told the rate should have been when I got to the hotel, it's supposed to be a discount site? how could I end up paying more than the hotel was charging? In fact I didn't find out until I checked in and the agent at the hotel front desk told me I overpaid.

  I booked a room, I thought through Springhill Suites, where I had stayed many times before, and made my reservations. Then I received news the weather had changed our plans, so I immediately canceled the room. I got a confirmation the room booking had been canceled. Then I got my bill. Charged for the original stay. No refund. Never asked for more information such as reservation number, reason for cancellation, etc. I cannot get anyone to answer a phone call to fix the problem. I contacted Springhill Suites, and they show no record of a reservation or cancellation. They had not received any payment for a room under my name. Total SCAM. They are going to give online bookings and reservations a lousy name. Who are these people? Where are they located? How do they continue to do business like this? STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.

  This company likes a scamer. I couldn't check in at the hotel at 2am even I told them to schedule for me. I finally find out that this site is not the hotel site I want and it is totally different from the advertising in google. I made the cancellation and they did not refund anything eventhough it was their mistake.
