Thank goodness we didn't fall for this! The word "timeshare" was never used. American Airlines lured me into this "vacation" club so now know not to trust them!! I was interested until they refused to give me or let me see a copy of the contract first. They claimed they had a 3rd party that would take them back with no problem! I've had a love/hate relationship with Bluegreen for the past 20 years. The pressure techniques of the past do not reflect the practices of all resort locations under the current management. We recently had a very delightful experience in *********, **. No pressure at all! What I can say about Bluegreen is it has given us some truly delightful vacations that we otherwise would not have been able to afford. It gives my husband and I time to get away on our own, and we are still able to take family vacations with our kids and grandkids. I was sold a resort vacation package in the ********* ** Mall. I have two kids, a boy (16) and 5 year old girl. The sales person lied!!! Even when they called to confirm, they told me my kids will love it. again I drove eight hours from South ******** to Fl.. First the hotel rooms are super small, the bathroom was the size of a closet, we couldn't move around in the room.. Last the ** was so loud we couldn't watch the tv... I contacted Bluegreen **************** and I got ******, she was the worst customer service rep, I have ever had to deal with. I told her all my concerns, she basically told me it was the package that I purchased. I told her what the representative told me in the mall and if I would've knew it was gonna be like this we could've did something totally different for our vacation. She was extremely argumentative her listening skills are not there she was no way empathetic or had any type of resolutions for me. I asked to speak to a supervisor several different times and she told me she was the highest person in powered at her company. I asked ****** was she the *** of the company and she said for the weekend again she's the highest person. I asked her to understand that a 16-year-old and a five-year-old could not be in the room together and take a shower and we could not stay here. The ** was given me a headache. She asked me to contact the front desk. I got so mad and told her that's her job. She placed me on hold and called .. After all my concerns the only thing she cared about was the **... This was a scam! I can't believe I did this to my kids.. First the lie, second the company showed already they didn't care about me or my kids. Why would I buy from this company. They only thing I asked was for the rooms to be switched or could you find us a room at the resort.. I didn't ask for much..Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

I feel we were taken advantage of. No matter how many times we told them this just really wasnt something we could afford they pushed and pushed until we agreed. We are paying for something we cant even and havent used since we purchased it. We dont even know what to do. Its putting us in debt and this company doesnt really care like they present themselves when selling these money traps. Dont ever go to one of these presentations we are regretting this more than I can even express.Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

We were intrigued with the things Bluegreen was telling us about their timeshare. They made it seem like it would be the best decision we had ever made. It is the opposite. We wish we turned around and didnt attend their timeshare presentation. They told us the presentation would last an hour but ended up lasting around 4 hours. They kept us there and pressured us, giving us a sense of false urgency to purchase. They gave us these false promises and told us things we wanted to hear like how it would be an investment, our kids can inherit it, discounted rates, etc. ALL FALSE. It is not an investment, our kids would be stuck with the timeshare and financially responsible, no discounted rates just increasing fees, no availability, and many more disappointing things that were never disclosed to us. At the end of the day, Bluegreen is a company that will target innocent people and take their money through deceptive sales practices.Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

Somos los llamados “owners” de un tiempo compartido con Bluegreen Vacations y todo lo que podemos decir es que es una pesadilla y no vale la pena en absoluto. Nos sobornaron para que asistiéramos a una reunión de ventas en Orlando y fue allí donde tuvimos que soportar una presentación muy estresante y de mucha presión que nos hizo creer que lo que estábamos comprando valía la pena. La verdad es que los empleados de Bluegreen Vacations nos mintieron e inventaron mucha información falsa para convencernos de convertirnos en miembros. Nunca hay reservaciones disponible para vacacionar. Mintieron cuando les preguntamos si recuperarían el tiempo compartido si alguna vez no lo queríamos. Nos dijeron que con la compra de un tiempo compartido estaríamos haciendo una inversión que daría frutos en el futuro. No tiene ningún valor ser dueño de un tiempo compartido, no hay forma de obtener ganancias como dicen. No te vas de vacaciones más; Cuesta mucho dinero. Nunca nos dijeron que había un período de recesión para cancelar el contrato. Estos ladrones se están saliendo con la suya arruinando las finanzas de las personas. Necesitan que me cierren por su esquema de multipropiedad ***********. Tarifas de mantenimiento de más de $1000 gratis! Ir a esa reunión fue un gran error.
Translations:We are the so-called “owners” of a Bluegreen Vacations timeshare and all we can say is that it is a nightmare and absolutely not worth it. We were bribed to attend a sales meeting in Orlando and it was there that we had to endure a very stressful and high-pressure presentation that made us believe that what we were buying was worth it. The truth is that Bluegreen Vacations employees lied to us and made up a lot of false information to convince us to become members. There are never reservations available for vacationing. They lied when we asked if they would get the timeshare back if we ever didn't want it. They told us that with the purchase of a timeshare we would be making an investment that would bear fruit in the future. There is no value in owning a timeshare, there is no way to make a profit as they say. You don't go on vacation anymore; Costs a lot of money. They never told us that there was a recession period to cancel the contract. These crooks are getting away with ruining people's finances. They need me shut down for their ********** timeshare scheme. Maintenance Fees Over $1000 Free! Going to that meeting was a big mistake.

Please please I cannot stressed this enough do not purchase any package deal from them. They should be ashamed of themselves taking people money. It all is a **** I work hard for my money and for them to treat me the way they did is not right. I pray to God they company get shutdown. Because they are totally misleading. They took my rent money out my account and would not give it bk. Please do not book a vacation with them. I do NOT recommend that anyone even attend a Bluegreen Timeshare presentation. They will tell you it is no obligation but pressure you relentlessly until you give in. They had me in tears on my honeymoon! You cannot get help from their representatives and once they have your signature you are stuck. Dont make this mistake!! Nothing is ever free no matter what they use to entice you to come to their meetings. You will pay in the long run and trust me the free stuff is not worth the time to be bombarded with salesman back to back until you say yes..Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.

If I can give a negative star I would. I knew what I was getting into and I was actually interested in purchasing a timeshare for my family. The first room I was placed in smelled like mold and cigarettes. We asked to change rooms they did the next room smelled a bit moldy but I took it on the chin since I had my 4 kids with me and my wife and we were all exhausted. As we started to unpack I heard my 15-month-old gagging I ran over and she is blue in the face I picked her up and started smacking her back. My wife ran over in a panic and managed to get the object out of her mouth. It was a piece of floor that she picked up from the cracked floors. We washed her face and looked her over to see her feet were black from the dirty floor. We had to cover the floor with towers and chairs so she won't pick at the pieces. We tried to book another place we wanted to get out of there but everything at the last minute was out of our budget, unfortunately. We asked the front desk to send someone to mop no one showed up. The beds all had brown stains absolutely disgusting, hair on the walls of the showers stains on the floors the place just needs a make-over. When we got to the presentation I showed the pictures and expressed my anger they told me they can not do anything I need to call the 800 number. I told the salesperson " I don't want to waste your time taking another client because after what I just experienced you couldn't pay me enough to come back". She agreed and asked the manager if he can reimburse me he said to call 800 they will help her. I called the 800 number and told them what happened and zero care about what happened to my daughter he kept saying you didn't go to the presentation you are liable for the full amount, not the promotion rate. I told him my daughter choked on your broken floor she could have God forbid choked to death. He replied I understand but you did not do the presentation. Avoid this place especially if you have kids.Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc.
