      This company never billed me for a cpap machine and then all of the sudden I get 4 bills all the same day dated 8/18, 8/20, 8/21, and 8/22. All saying final notice. After never receiving any other notices to start with. I call figuring I can pay it or get it worked out with them only for them to say they already turned it over to collections. And that I would just need to deal with the collection agency. I get a big runaround and cannot even pay my bills online through them either. Its a big scam in my opinion. This is just awful customer service. I seriously hope Karma gets them for this terrible billing practice.

      8/31/22 the day I found my brother dead in his room due to this careless company , it took them a week to get him a new compressor machine and when he passed away they were harassing me to pick up immediately the equipment or if not it will be charged to me . Which by law they couldn’t , I never I wish they try but the landlord of the building was kind enough to give them the equipment that they couldn’t replace when my brother needed it , I should’ve sue them but that won’t bring my brother back , His last word to me was sis no worries l finally got the machine but it was to late this company the one that service Hartford area with those rude customer service employees should be closed , A business that is supplying life sustaining oxygen, should not be treating their customers the way this company treated me and my brother ..

      If i was able to give this business Zero stars..i would. The relationship with Lincare started out fine. They were providing me with my c-pap supplies every 3 months. I never spoke to Lincare (in any fashion) other then the 3 month supply order and that they initiated. I moved out of state and informed the post office and my medicare and medicaid. When I got to the new state I got a call from Lincare (because my number never changed..and is still the same) asking for my supply order. All went the same as it went the the year before. They have to ask a question for Medicare about hthe reason for the new supplys. 5 years I lived in this new state and every 3 months i got my call and my supplies. I was never able to get on medicaid in my new state I only got Medicare. I never got a bill or an invoice or a phone call...just my call to order supplies every 3 months. I had to move back to my home state. I got my phone call like always and got my supplies. The next month I got a bill for 750.00 for an order in july 2022. I call them to ask about this bill. They tell me "We didnt have my address. We have been sending invoices". How can I get my supplies every 3 months for 5 yrs but you cant send me an invoice or a phone call or ANYTHING. They blamed me for not calling them to change my address. You were able to find my address when I got my last supply order at my new address and again I didnt call you. They cant explain why but they expect me to pay. I will fight this even if I have to start a new class action suit so more people can get justice. This is a dirty company and from what I have read online its going to keep happening. BEWARE

      I have spent way too much time and energy with a company that sent me supplies without requesting them, then billed me. I tired to return the supplies and they refused telling me they didn't send them. They had 2 different accounts open in my name, apparently and then said it had been too long they couldn't accept them back. I have spent months trying to get this straightened out. Now their person in the "patient experience team" informed me that I waited too long to contact them to straighten it out. He even had the nerve to tell me the name of the person from his notes, I had initially spoke to about this months ago., and then turn around and said I hadn't contacted them before. This company should have criminal charges for fraud. They don't deserve any stars!!!

      I would like to formally raise a concern regarding this company. Their billing to my insurance provider, Aetna, consistently fails to include my account number, opting only to report the claim number. Additionally, I have found it difficult to obtain this information from their website, as they do not provide an email address, and reaching a representative by phone has proven quite challenging. Due to these ongoing issues, I regret to inform you that I must discontinue any business dealings with them, and I cannot recommend LinCare to others.I will also discuss with ***** the legitimacy of the Lincare claims, as none of them reference my account number.

      mdINR ** *** **** CLEARWATER, FLORIDA 33758-4779 My name is Carla R*******. I am writing concerning my husband, John D R*******, he passed away May 28, 2023. I called the people who tracked my husband's reading for his INR to inform them if his passing and to inquire ass to what i was supposed to do with his machine and I was told that they did not want me to return it to them and would send me the directions to return or dispose of the machine. That was at the first part of June 2023. I have not received any further information from anyone concerning this machine. I received a bill last week telling me if I did not return the machine I would be charged $1323.00 for it. I received another bill from mdINR with no phone number to contact them and the numbers online did not connect to customer service. I am unable to pay for this apperatis and truly do not know what it even looks like. Thank you for any help you can offer with this matter. Sincerely. Carla R*******

      Worst company to order your kids incontinence supply. This is the second time they messed my order up and I have to keep the wrong size of diapers I call to let them know and I was told theres nothing they can do to correct there mistakes. Is time for me to move away from this company.

      I would give ZERO STARS if I could. This is the worst company I have ever interacted with. The phone system is a joke. It is a circle of propaganda. Oh yes, they have a new patient portal; again does not work. No one ever answers the phone. I use J&L Medical which is under the umbrella of Lincare and Lincare will not help me since I am not "their' patient. Ridiculous How many BAD reviews does it take before they improve or just go away???

      The operation in ********** is an embarrassment, customer service is non existent . ****** should be fired!! try to return products that was never ordered but billed should be a criminal offense, then when you return the rental CPAP and you are still charged . Try and call the 800 and no one can help .

      ******* has not serviced my oxygen concentrator since 10/2020!!! On 8-11-24 at 4AM my concentrator alarm went off and white dust was on the machine. I called LinCare and ***** from the ***************** came over later and gave me a "used" machine to replace the broken one.Since I had little sleep I took a nap. My concentrator is in a spare room with a line to my bedroom. When I opened the spare room it smelled horrific, like 100 people had smoked in there and left the stale smell. Had my husband smell the room and said it reeked.Opened the filter door and found it dirty and tar residue from cigarette smoking, compartment was dirty too. ***** BROUGHT ME A MACHINE WITHOUT CLEANING IT, WHO KNOWS IF THE PERSON HAD COVID! SMELLED THE WHOLE HOUSE UP. I AM FURIOUS AND WILL BE TALKING TO AN ATTORNEY IN THE MORNING AND ALSO CALLING ********* TOOK PICTURES OF MACHINE.THIS IS WILLFUL NEGLIGENCE ON LINCARES BEHALF. ***** SHOULD NOT BE IN CHARGE OF ANYTHING LET ALONE A HEALTHCARE COMPANY.Called Lincare and employee was very nice trying to get ahold of ********** office to help me. My beef is with ***************** and *****. To say I am furious is putting it mildly. Employee not at ********** said that usually they don't send anyone out at night. I told her she had better send someone out tonight with a NEW machine. I'm exhausted and need my sleep, it was your companies representative that willfully neglected to bring me a clean machine so FIX IT.**************** should be fired immediately. To put a senior citizen with health issues in danger from cross contamination is inexcusable!***** brought out a second replacement oxygen concentrator at 10PM, saying he had gone over it thoroughly. After I set it up I decided I didn't trust ***** so I took off the filter cover and found it was again dirty, no cigarette smoke/tar but not clean. Unsure if filter is new, sort of looks dirty. Took pictures of replacement 1 and replacement 2. Filed a complaint with *********
