      This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with and they service supplemental oxygen. I have been on hold for hours, hung up on, have lost a credit. I would recommend not permitting an autopay to your credit card. I wouldn't even give them one star if that was possible.

      They waited almost a full year to bill me, 9 months after they knew I owed them money but I did not. If they had billed me 9 months ago I would have realized this wasn’t the solution for me, paid a very small bill & been done. Instead they made sure they could get as much money from me as possible. I have spent 4 non-consecutive hours this week- on hold alone, just waiting to get information about my bill, and getting them to pick up their equipment. One out of 10 employees at Lincare have any compassion. Most have no respect for their customers medical needs or financial situations. Many have very classist and ableist attitudes toward customers.

      Can't get ahold of anyone at customer service to pick up. Tried the "live chat" feature on the portal as well, just to try and speak to someone = nothing. I wasn't made aware of the billing rate until I receive a $900 bill 6 months after getting my CPAP. None of the previous bills were sent. This company is borderline criminal and needs to be looked into further. My primary care doctor set me up with them and now I can't get ahold of someone to get out of this. More concerning is they are not within my insurance network so I am trapped in a rental structure that no one is answering to get me out of.If you are reading this in advance - DO NOT use them!!!

      Waiting on phone for 45 minutes to talk to customer service and Noone ever came to phone. Mother has had oxygen machine for going on two years never been upgraded or serviced once .We make monthly payments for what exactly. The worst service from a company ever.

      This place is woefully incompetent. My husband has been awaiting the delivery of a desperately needed CPAP machine since November 2023. We have called repeatedly with no answer, or when someone finally does answer, we get nothing but the runaround with no answer as to when he might finally receive his machine. Unfortunately, they are the only company that has contracted with our insurance, and we cannot afford to pay out of pocket, so we are stuck.

      This is by far the worst medical service company to work with. The people are beyond unfriendly and incompetent, their customer service is a joke. They fail to carry out and deliver orders correctly, the staff is unreachable and its even impossible to pay bills. With this company literally nothing works so if your doctor suggests you to work with them please decline because you will have nothing but problems with your medical care if you work with them.

      I have been on auto pay, with monthly charges. Lincare says they had billing issues, now I am being re-charged for payments I have already made. I tried to call several times and have been on hold for hours. I want to remove my credit card from my file so they cannot randomly charge me, so far I have been on hold for over 2 hours. Choose any other company than Lincare.

      I've never dealt with a worse company. They couldn't care less if the patients live or die. Take your business elsewhere and don't waste your time on these people. They are inconsiderate liars.

      ordered oxygen services from Lincare; delivered and set up on time; doctor discontinued use on 7/10; 7/15 called their local number to schedule pickup of equipment; was advised it would be 7/17; no one showed up; called again on 7/18 and 7/19 and had to leave messages which were not returned; finally someone called from another Lincare facility and assured me equipment would be picked up on 7/29 (more than TEN days after original request); 7/29 spent almost THREE HOURS on phone and live chat trying to actually reach a person to confirm pick up. Even called corporate customer where they transferred me back to a call center. Same with live chat - I finally gave up. I cannot physically take the equipment back to them BUT I can give them a poor review. **************** is absolutely non-existent with this company. you are on your own. No idea when or if this stuff will get picked up. I would leave a NO STAR if possible

      I returned my equipment 8 months ago and continue to get bills - have spoken to customer representatives many times to stop the billing - they continue to say they are addressing yet the bills keep rolling in - would NEVER use this company, they honestly are in it to charge insurance and get money - wish I could leave zero stars
