      Contacted Lincare in Miami on July 17 that my husbands medically necessary nebulizer was not working. We were out of town so they agreed to deliver it on July 23 when we returned. No delivery by 3 PM so I attempted to call. Waited on hold 45 minutes. Was told they had no record of my call. They agreed to deliver today July 23, 2024. At 3 pm no delivery. Called Lincare - was advised by message that there is a 67 minute wait. This is unacceptable for a medical supply office. Contacted Lincare main office and was told they would have a supervisor call Miami office Thursday morning to resolve this issue. I am not confident this will occur. I do not want to wait on hold for 45 - 60 minutes. Medicare should not be using this company.

      I get my supply with no trouble I have a ***** home ventaler plus i use a nebultra thy call me & ask how many Albuterol sulfate I have left we set up a deliver.I've been using lincare for the last two years

      This business should be ashamed of the way they treat customers who are at the mercy of their services. ******* ******* ********* is life sustaining equipment and requires immediate attention, which you definitely will not receive here. I have pursued every avenue possible just to attempt to speak with someone & have not succeeded on any. •I have left message requesting a call back, got none. •Go to the office, the door to get in is locked. People are in there, but they don't open the door. You just stand in the hall waiting, until you give up and leave. •I have used ******, got nothing in return-3 times. •I tried to contact thru patient portal, won't let me log in. (I do have an account registered) •I have sent text to the equipment delivery person requesting them to please have someone in office call me. She tried, no one contacted me. •The doctors office has attempted to contact with no luck. •I have had Medicare 3 way call Lincare to find out why no one will contact me, The answer given was "I do not work at that office. Someone will contact you within 24-48 hours." They did not. Equipment went for over a year with no service. When they finally did come to service, the parts were obsolete! So the following week they brought another beat up, used machine to replace it with. Their billing website apparently has a glitch of some sort and now there's no bill coming- Insurance still gets theirs tho. Don't let the nice website fool you... none of what they advertise is true. Lincare has succeeded in taking away dignity and quality of life for our family, and they could care less. They say they offer peace of mind to customers by knowing they care- This is so not true. They have proven over and over to my family that those are just words on a paper, definitely not a practiced that's followed.

      I have awarded one star because this company would owe stars. My insurance co. droped the O2 supplier , the highest rate one in the area, and I replaced it with Preferred Health which was in their network. I have been with them for less than three months and they: Have not been able to supply my O2 needs and, at best, give me half of what I ordered and the delievery guy makes it seem as though they are doing my a huge favor. They refuse to supply me with a home fill unit like my pevious supplier. They refuse to supply me with a regulator that goes above 8/l per min., my previous supplier gave me regulators that went to 10/l per min and 15/l per min. They tell me that a D tank will only last me 10 to 15 minutes at 8/l per min when my experience is they last me 30 to 35 minutes. They are quick with excuses: People hoarding empty tanks, people stealing tanks. With my previous supplier had none of these problems in the four years I was with them. The customer service women I have spoken with when ordering are great, the delievery guy is O.K.. The fault seems to lie with a management team which appears to be made up of brain damaged junior high schoolers who have no idea of supply and demand. The company should change its name to Deffered Heath Care or Charlie Foxtrot (ask some one with military experience) Care.

      I attempted to return my Redmed CPAP machine. I stopped using it 4 months ago. I found that secure specialty tape that held my mouth shut. STOPPED my snoring. I did not need the machine any more. I physically took the machine back today, JULY 16th,, 2024. they wanted a letter from my Dr. I said NO, I am refusing treatment. They then took the machine back.However, in the meantime, I get a bill saying I owe 65.55.  There were items on there that I did NOT order. I actually returned them to the company. I did receive any letter or phone call except customer service wanting me to spend more $ on more products. Really? I was so upset, This is the 3rd time I attempted to call Lincare to speak to someone each time had me waiting 1 hr. I finally gave up and now am writing you. I am also writing and ready to send a major complaint letter to Lincare here in Clearwater. This is such a bogus company EVER! I will NOT pay the bill, I attempted 2 months ago 2 other times to no avail. Other people need to know what's going on with this company.

      My father in law passed away. We needed them to pick up his oxygen tanks and they gave my only one day a week to pick it up or I can bring it in to them. I have spine issues and cannot lift. I work on the day they said is the only day they can be there. The operator then hung up on me when I said i would have to report this to the BBB because they are giving no option to pick up the supplies and will continue to bill me for them.

      I was prescribed a suction machine. ****** came and delivered it to my house and wanted to set it up for me. He didnt just drop off the box with the kits, he did not want to leave the house until it was up and running, and I was happy with it. Well he couldnt get it to work and after a few phone calls he took it with him and said he would bring one back on Saturday all hooked up so I wouldnt have to worry about it. He showed up this morning with one all hooked up and would not leave until he had it up and running And working correctly. So professional, a true professional. I was very impressed with ****** and **** cares attention to detail.

      Keeps sending fraudulent bills to me a year after discontinuing services and when I call the I'm on hold for anywhere 30 min to 3 hours just for them to tell me they can't even explain my bill and I should just pay it.

      If I could give them a 0!!!!! I would!!!! They do not answer the phone and the bill with no itemized bill! TERRIBLE
