      Keeps sending fraudulent bills to me a year after discontinuing services and when I call the I'm on hold for anywhere 30 min to 3 hours just for them to tell me they can't even explain my bill and I should just pay it.

      If I could give them a 0!!!!! I would!!!! They do not answer the phone and the bill with no itemized bill! TERRIBLE

      If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely horrendous customer service. My husband’s CPAP mask broke while we were in Maine. (we are from Massachusetts) called Lincare in Caribou Maine , was required to obtain all of my husbands records, chart notes and sleep study as well as insurance information. We called his Dr in Ma and had all of that info sent up, was told he would be able to come in for his mask fitting later that week. Called Thursday and was told we were out of network and they could not help us. We explained that he was choking all night and this is a medical necessity. Told them we would pay for the headgear and mask ourselves, was told that was not possible. That was over 4 weeks ago. Fast forward to when we got back home to Ma. Called the Fall River, Ma. location explained the whole situation, again had to have my husband’s dr fax all his records to them. Was told to call Maine back and have them “transfer” him down to them. Called Maine , they said they would handle it. That was approx 2 weeks ago. Called Fall River today and was told that Maine has not transferred him, called Maine and was told that Fall River has to “pull him through”. He still has not been able to get a replacement and is still choking every night. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL LITERALLY PUT YOUR LIFE AT RISK

      Received a call on June 20 that I owe this company for supplies received in 2024 (shortly after my mother's death June 12). I was informed that I owe $648 and a demand for payment. After researching, I found that Lincare CEASED making automatic withdrawals from my bank account - not a debit, not a credit card but my BANK account itself - after Dec 2023. I had no notice, no contact explaining the change. No contact until the demand for full payment on June 20. I contacted Lincare online through its patient portal prior to July 4 with no response yet; I attempted to call twice on July 2 at 12:31 PM EST (7 mins 10 secs) and again at 2:32 PM EST (4 mins 52 secs) with NO RESPONSE. I cannot pay the full amount in one sum and the company patient portal will not accept smaller payments. This is the WORST company with which to do business. While its supplies and equipment are awesome, its business practices and customer service are horrendous.

      Worst customer service ever! They are quick to sell you more supplies and take your money, but trying to get help with a billing issue is impossible. Tried numerous times to register for their patient portal without success. Tells me to call a number only to get a recording and sit on hold indefinitely. Very frustrated!

      They are the most horrible company to deal with. They send invoices out of nowhere. They ship items not ordered and when returned they still invoice. Do not ever get have an account with them. They will scam you and you are at their mercy. The reviews are correct. They are scammers and take advantage of the consumer and insurance companies.

      Made my sister pay up front for medical supplies. Then, I called main office in Florida and found out that Medicare is supposed to be billed first and then an invoice sent. They said they could not send any further supplies because her first check had bounced. I called the bank and the check had never returned for a debit. I called to speak to a representative in billing. They would not speak to me until I sent the Healthcare POA. I sent it and was assured the representative would call me back, so I could speak with a billing manager. This was on July 3rd. I have not heard back and sent another email, today, Called to speak to a manager in billing. After four phone calls and pushing said automated buttons, only to be disconnected four times, I gave up. The incompetence, negligence is overwhelming. Who is running the company? Nobody apparently. I am, also, filing a grievance with my sister's insurance company who is no longer contracted with her previous enteral company and decided to contract with the worst company ever. ******* * **

      May 2024 and as of July 2024, I was STILL getting auto charges on my credit card for "supplies" they claimed to have sent out and I never received. Please note that in May when I turned my CPAP into the local Lincare office, I was told that this would cancel all supply orders. I told them that was fine as I found a place to order them for much cheaper. I placed multiple phone calls to lincare and was just shuffled around between different departments. I'm still trying to get it sorted out and my money back.
