      I am 72 have had a stroke, I have sever sleep apnea, and COPD I started with Lincare in 2021 and I have had nothing but problems with them. I was given 4 prescriptions for a portable oxygen machine and never received one first it was they are in short supply because of COVID After a few months I was told they lost my prescription I called the main branch and they told me the prescription was never submit by the Charleviox office to them to fill They did rent me one that you have to use tanks...2 different ones that were hard to carry/use They are suppose to service their equipment...THEY DO NOT and they do not even show you what to change nor tell you how to do it or supply you with the filters to do it Took me forever to get someone out over a month My at home large blue oxygen concentrator started making a noise There is a hidden filter lol THAT I WAS TOLD at that time..that should be changed every 3 months IT WAS BLACK to say the least They had not came out to service my machine in 3 YEARS and 2 months Come on people I HAVE A CHRONIC LUNG CONDITION I had pneumonia 4 times in the last year One I was hospitalized for days with Sepsis Pneumonia that took 4 months to get rid of and my bi-pap machine stopped recording events and shuts off whenever it wants when I ask the guy when they were coming to check it they words were They have to come from down state to service them

      This is the worst company ever! I hate that I have to deal with them. They don't know their insurances. I got a bill which they auto charged me on that was all wrong. I have United Healthcare Exchange and the bill was for United Healthcare Community, which is actually a Medicaid Plan. The bill double charged the month of June and didn't even apply their insurance allotment every month. On top of that they already charged my credit card and I can't get a refund! What a mess! I hate these people. Can't get anyone over the phone either, just the chat and they are all dumb and cannot help.

      I got a cpap in Feburary of 2024. In March, I got a call from Lincare asking if they could periodically send replacement parts. They said it would be good for my health and the machine if I got new parts due to mold and filters getting old. The schedule to send stuff seemed way more frequent than what was needed. However, I said I would agree to it as long as I was not charged anything. I repeated this condition multiple times during the call and was repeatedly assured that it was covered and I would not be charged. I received no bill or charges until July 1st, when all of a sudden I received a bill saying I owed almost $737.57!! This was the first I was hearing of this, there was no warning or other indication that I had been racking up charges for months! I called in and said that I was lied to and they need to remove the charges, not only that, but I now owe almost $950. $607.39 of the bill was not itemized. In summary, I was lied to, not sent a bill for months even though charges were racking up, and then they refused to make it right. Obviously, I canceled all future orders immediately. This is a classic example of deceptive billing practices.

      They NEVER answer the phone. I am disgusted. They say they have taken care of insurance filing and documents but after 3 months my insurance company has not received and my benefits are being denied due to receiving my reports.

      My mother is dependent on oxygen and needed a new portable oxygen machine. After calling and trying to call for almost a week, I finally drove to their office in OKC. They barely acknowledged me being there- the woman who “helped” me didn’t bother to stand up from behind her computer or even make eye contact. She said that she was sending a message to my mother’s doctor to get a prescription. After waiting for more than an hour, I finally asked to see a supervisor. The woman who came out had already walked through the office and had seen me there without bothering to find out why I was waiting there. She finally ascertained that I needed a portable device and provided me with one. The entire situation could have been handled in a timely manner but, despite the messages posted on their walls stating that they care about customers, they really don’t seem to care at all. I can’t believe that a business that people have to rely on for their lives puts so little effort into meeting their needs. I wish I could rate them with negative stars.

      Where do I start? There has been a multitude of issues with this company. I wish I would have read reviews before agreeing to use this company. My primary warned me of the complaints he had heard from this company and I thought, "Well they cant be too bad if your recommending them!." Wrong. I have had a total of *************************************************************** the incorrect amount and/or overbilling for supplies not received. 8 of those line items still need to be adjusted, 3 of which I have been going back and forth on since DECEMBER. Almost 7 whole months. Today I am writing a BBB review and tomorrow I will be reporting this business to the *********** of *********** I will be reaching out to my insurance company as well. Oh that's not all! I was locked out of my account for 3 months due to "non-compliance" for a paper they needed from my doctor following the 3 month follow up visit. My doctor sent the paper twice, once before the deadline even hit. I was told a few times that they didn't have it. They finally lifted the compliance a month or so (estimated) after the paper was sent a second time. Due to the non-compliance, I was unable to order supplies for 3 months even thought I provided what they needed more than once.Once the non-compliance was lifted, I called to order ONE month of supplies. They sent me 3 months of supplies for the 3 months I was locked out of my account. I do not trust them to make proper adjustments if I mailed back the extra 2 months worth of supplies so I kept them. I will be finishing up using these supplies and will no longer be ordering from them again. I will finish paying my rent for the machine and then I will be washing my hands of them. I am finding another source in the meantime for supplies.I was told by 3 or 4 people they would put in an adjustment for the 11/16 line items TO BE CONTINUED...

      My mom seemed to like the company during her lifetime. I'm not so impressed. They sent me a box to let me return the equipment postage-free. Today I found a statement I had set aside and tried to call for two purposes: 1. To confirm that their equipment had gotten back to them, and 2. To see if there's any outstanding balance, and if so, to pay it. After an hour and a half of hold music and repetitive announcements, I gave up and hung up. If they want any money, they can get in touch with me.

      If I could leave zero stars I would. I would not recommend lincare to anyone. This the the worst company I have ever seen. Its a shame when people depend on them to keep them alive. I am 100 percent G/J tube fed and its month after month I have to fight/argue/ beg and plead for them to send my supplies. Then they try to say my peptamen 1.5 is the same as my Jevity 1.5 standard. I dont see how someone could be so lazy and so selfish to not care for the patients. I am paying for there services its not the other way around.

      Lincare in Glendale az. Worst experience ever, concentrator gives out. I call and I get the answering service. I get a call from an agent, and he tells me I'm no longer a patient, have not been since 2022. I was shocked and said I need to get back on ASAP. This all-started June 12. 2024. I still have no oxygen, and they tell me it could be 24hrs or a month. I finally have had to rent a concentrator I could have had a heart attack who knows. This is Saturday the 22 June 2024. this company should be shut down and taken off a Medicare.
