      DO NOT trust this company. My mom was diagnosed with COPD in March of 2023. She was intubated and ventilated for 1.5 weeks due to RSV and was put on oxygen long term. When discharged from the hospital the doctor had recommended my mom use a Cpap machine at night. My mom did NOT WANT the machine and explained to the physician that ordered it she was claustrophobic. She explained she would try it overnight for one night and if she didn't like it she wanted it sent back immediately. She lasted with the machine on her face for 1 hour and had my dad call to have it picked up. The salesman or whoever brought it to the house NEVER came to get it...and left it there for 3 months. While it was sitting there, my dad told them continuously to come get it that she didn't want it and they charged him 200$$ for every month that it sat there at my house waiting to be picked up. They said they would refund him the 200$$ that was charged and never did...until weeks after the machine was picked up. Today... after this situation already happened and finalized...my dad was charged again $200 and contacted lincare who said he shouldn't have gotten a refund as it was a new billing cycle and he was charged for it. I spoke to 2 salesmen and told them MY mom did NOT WANT the machine to come get it and it sat there for 3 months.

      Some of the drivers give lazy a new meaning. Had a total of s bottles delivered today, and the driver could not bring thedelivery 50 feet from the road to my front door. My daughter happened to over and he told her that since my dog was inside she would have to bring them to my door. My dog was inside my house, behind a closed storm door and yet the driver used the excuse he is afraid of dogs. This is not the first time for this..My wife and I are both elderly and our health is not the best to be carring those bottles.There needs to have something done for the customer

      This is by far the absolute worst company as far as billing goes. I strongly suggest using a different company. They set you up for auto payment, then try to take it early, and if you do not yet have the money in your account, they will try to take the entire balance out, without notice to you. Calling and getting a person on the phone is an issue in itself. They assure you of the dates you are set up for, and then try to take out early. They refuse to admit to this, but I am convinced it is so they can take the full amount from your account. The absolute worst business I have ever dealt with, and I am unsure how they are still getting away with this, as it borders on fraud. Honestly, save yourself the headache and use literally anyone else. The other reviews here are all accurate as well, but the company will gaslight you into thinking you have set something up incorrectly EVEN IF you SPECIFICALLY have detailed notes of the last time you have to fix this issue.

      I had a horrible experience with Lincare immediately upon receiving their oxygen concentrator. A used, filthy, smoke-filled concentrator was delivered late in the day. It spewed smoke smells like a grimy, smoky bar. By the time we realized it was unusable we called and were told too bad they would not replace it for that nights use. We were told to use it and if we didnt they would note a refusal to use a perfectly good machine. I was just 4-days post open-heart surgery and have an auto-immune disease and a lung disease. So I went my first night without oxygen due to the potential danger the unit produced plus the smells. My Doctor was furious. I had a local sheriff come take swabs and photos of the unit to prove its was unfit for use. They finally delivered a unit late the next day. I finally returned the unit when no longer needed. I received a call today they were coming to pick it up. It was returned almost two months prior. Ill check to see if they continued to bill my insurance during that time. For ones health, seek another provider for these services as Lincare is dangerous and incompetent.

      Got my CPAP machine and order my first supplies. 2 nose pieces and 2 filters but was charged on 3 different EOBs for durable equipment and supplies x2. I didn't even get all my supplies and called about that to still not get them about a month later. They bill a month behind according to them and I have already paid a little over $200 for the original equipment and now they have charged me another $150 out of pocket for who knows.

      Horrible...trying to get a patient lift transfer chair for my disabled elderly father and they keep giving the round around. Nobody knows anything and every time you call you have to start over and explain what was sent, asked and still nothing gets down.

      I use Lincare for a number of years and I thought they were a bit pushy with sending supplies back when things were working. I had a gap when I wasnt using my CPAP machine, and when I started back up about two months ago, I contacted the company got a very helpful person on the phone, who knew what equipment I needed, and said he would order it as soon as he checked with insurance company, which has not changed since I started using the machine. Since I contacted the company three times and every time I was connected to someone who did not know anything about my case, including the last one who said that my account was closed. I was put on hold for a very long time and then shunted to some strange automated system that supposedly took my information and promise to have a human being call me back. No such luck. I am assuming that they have gone belly up, based on the other complaints I am seeing here. I am switching companies.

      My husband has serious lung issues and now has lung cancer. Have been dealing with this company for well over a year and they started out good but have completely gone downhill. I spent an HOUR on the phone last Wednesday, trying to schedule a call for maintenance on our oxygenator, new cords, etc. When I first called, the estimated wait time was 25 minutes,,,,really?? Spoke with FIVE different ppl. I know one girl, who was rude from the beginning, hung up on me on purpose (and I was being very nice.) . Thats an hour out of my life I cant get back. Suggestion. Add a prompt on your menu for them to call the CUSTOMER back.and follow thru. Thats the very least you can do to keep customers happy. VERY disappointed

      If I could give less than one star I would. After being promised that the hospital bed would be delivered on three different DAYS, they still have not delivered the bed. The driver even called to confirm that he was "on his way." They are horrible. Supposedly they are "too big to fail." I've requested a different provider from the physician. We only get the run around and a "sorry" that doesn't help at all....deliver the bed!
