      Cancelled earlier this year. I am still getting notifications to sign the contract several times a week. No stars for no service.

      If I could give less than one star I would. After being promised that the hospital bed would be delivered on three different DAYS, they still have not delivered the bed. The driver even called to confirm that he was "on his way." They are horrible. Supposedly they are "too big to fail." I've requested a different provider from the physician. We only get the run around and a "sorry" that doesn't help at all....deliver the bed!

      I have never dealt with such an incompetent company. It took over 6 months to get Lincare to pick up the oxygen equipment. I scheduled 4 different appointments for them to pick up the equipment but they never showed up. I spent many hours on the phone on hold. They do not give the customers an email address to contact them. They are running a scam where they have guaranteed income from ******** and the customer cant do a thing. Look at all these reviews - almost nothing higher than 1 star. Someone needs to look into a class action suit.

      The worst company to deal with. They do not respond to phone calls, have had Dr’s office fax Change of enteral feeding multiple times, they say they have not received it. I cannot get a change of food sent., Very unprofessional.

      Lincare has serviced my Cpap supplies for over 10 years. The last 4 months their service is terrible. I haven't received any of my supplies. They changed my insurance company and can't seem to correct. All I changed was my temporary address to our winter residence address. Lincare transferred my account to the ********************** office at my secondary residence location. Since that time I can't get any supplies. I changing providers. I've been on the phone multiple times with no resolution.

      hung up on 4 times. sends wrong equipment. Won't get in this century. You should be able to email this instead of wasting hours on the phone in 2024!

      ******* ***** Lincare has been so nasty to my mother. Unfortunately, my mom needs a CPAP to breathe at night. The doc who ordered it said she needs it asap. It took lincare many weeks to get it together. Then, someone spoke to her over FaceTime and measured her face over that. Provided a mask that didnt work. She went for a sleep study with that mask, they said it leaked a lot and needed a new one. Everytime my mom would call, no one would answer and it would be hold music for 30 mins before someone would answer. She went directly to the office to change out the first mask that leaked, they never once held up any plastic measuring device to her face, they gave her a different mask and sent her away. That one also leaked. She needed to try a third mask which they gave her an extremely hard time about because her insurance wont cover it. They claimed they did measure her face, they claimed they gave her hundreds of dollars of free things - ********* told me my mom is lying to me about everything. ********* said basically a patient gets one or two tries and if the mask doesnt work, then they cant really help them anymore. I just cant figure out how a facility that offers these services arent supposed to make sure their patient gets what they need to be compliant with a medical device? My mom even offered to pay out of pocket for additional needs to which she was shut down. The third mask seems pretty good, but she just needs an XL chin strap, and theyre telling her they dont have one and wont order one. Now they said theyre coming to take all her equipment back, not giving her a referral anywhere and doesnt care if she needs it to breathe at night. We arent quite sure, but *********************** my parents $1200 for the ************ care my late father provided, and my mom has never bugged her for it. But she knows she owes it and we cant help but wonder if shes being nasty because of that. Its just been a horrible experience since day one

      Absolutely awful!! Please do not use. Theyve never sent me a correct order. The employees are beyond incompetent. The company must be very poorly run. *** never encountered repeated mistakes by multiple employees from 1 company.
