      Absolutely awful!! Please do not use. Theyve never sent me a correct order. The employees are beyond incompetent. The company must be very poorly run. *** never encountered repeated mistakes by multiple employees from 1 company.

      I have not gotten a billing statement since November. When I called in March 2024 they stated that I was signed up for electronic billing statements but that they did not currently offer electronic billing statements. I asked for my statements from November until now to be mailed to me and still have not received them 2 weeks later. Very poor customer service. My credit card keeps getting charged and I have no clue what those charges are for since they will not provide me with a billing statement.

      The Staff at Lincare Oxygen supply section is horrible. While they are dealing with elderly patients on Oxygen. They are not responsive to their needs. Often give dishonest information to the patients (Staff named **** and ****). They do NOT respond to Their answering service messages. Monday Morning their staff is not available because they are in meetings. Frequently they promise to call you back but never do. If you want to complain to the higher *** , they do not give out information.The staff at Lincare should be given an education on Honesty and sensitivity training in dealing with elderly patients on Oxygen.

      Horrible customer service Nobody gives necessary information. Repeated transfers to people who dont have answers. Put on hold over and over with nothing but elevator music.

      I was contacted by lincare about a nebulizer for my husband who's going through chemo treatments and lincare helped supplied everything he needed,the woman helping him her name is *** ***** was very pleasant and walked us through the directions and made everything very simple for us.lincare is ??

      The Grants NM location closed early on Friday without warning and would not provide support with oxygen tanks until Monday. They are a worthless company I will be changing to HMe as soon as possible. They suggested I use the home concentrator but that ties me to the bedroom for the entire weekend. Worthless! If you have options chose another company

      Called to order a portable oxygen concentrator. Spoke with ******* in the ******** ******** office. She was extremely rude to my mother who is the customer. I guess the manager is fired because everytime I call she is gone. The manager prior said the order was there and we could call and order it anytime. Why does ******* say it's not there and the Manager said it's okay to call back and order it? Something is not right with this place.

      I cannot walk very well and mostly a wheelchair. On July 12th of 2019 I signed a Medicare agreement with Lincare oxygen in Marquette Michigan ninety miles from my residence. The current manager of the facility at that time was a woman named Adrian. Before I switched to Lincare I spoke at length to Adrian about my oxygen needs. I was assured that the amount of tanked oxygen I needed to sustain my lifestyle was not a issue. At that time it was 16 “E” tank cylinders a week and 4 “D” type cylinders a week. My oxygen usage increased after 2 years to 18 “E” cylinders a week with the same 4"D” cylinders. Everything was fine until the three year period of time into my 5 year Medicare agreement with Lincare. At that time Adrian the Manager of the Lincare store was replaced by a woman named Karen. In August of 2022 Karen called me and told me I was using too much oxygen.On March 4th 2024 store manager “Karen” called me and told me I would not receive a oxygen delivery that day at approx 9am, and I would get my normal delivery tomorrow the 5th. Later that day March 4th at 3:02 pm CST, I got another phone call from Karen the current store manager. She stated again that I was using too much oxygen and she was slashing my 18 “E” tanks a week and 4"D” tanks a week to 0 “D” tanks and 2.25 “E” tanks a week was totally unacceptable, seeing that I only had 4 more months of my 5 year greement left with their firm. I was receiving 4 years and 8 months of uninterrupted supply at my pulmonologist recommended amounts up until this time. Karen further stated that she cut me down to 10 “E” tanks total a Month! She also stated that I could receive my normal amount of tanks if I went up to their office in Marquette and picked them up, but she was only going to have 10 “E” tanks delivered a month!! I am in a wheelchair and was incensed by this statement. Would virtually be a invalid because of Karen’s Greed-flation to save the company Marquette, Michigan Lincare oxygen.

      I use Lincare to monitor my INR. The company REQUIRES testing weekly so they can bill the patients and their insurance companies and out of more money. My doctor does not think it is safe for me to test weekly and my insurance company told me they do not require periodic testing.It is all a scam.USE ANY OTHER PROVIDER.

      My name is ***********************, I have been a patient of this company for more than two years. I have not been able to use the service for almost a year. The machine they gave me at the beginning began one day to indicate an error. I called the company to report it and the people who answered were They were racist and hung up when I asked for someone in Spanish. Only once did they use an interpreter and the treatment was discriminatory and not empathetic. After more than three months, they sent me a new machine and I had to go get the strips from the El ***** office in *****. In this office they don't return the call either and apparently they don't send the messages. I have had the new machine for more than 5 months without the strips. I try in the application to go in and ask for them to be sent to me and it says it doesn't recognize me. I am an L-VAD patient. who does not understand I have a mechanical heart I suffer from dizziness and I cannot drive these months I have had to go TO LABCORP to do laboratories for which I have to bother my sisters to take me this company is a terrible service for which I do not speak English Aside from that, the service is terrible, the staff is not empathetic, if the person does not speak English, they should provide an interpreter instead, they will let you. on the line without attention Thank you
