      When attempting to call your billing department, I was transferred, waited 10 minutes, then someone picked up, then hung up without a word. I tried doing this again, waited another 10 minutes, same thing. I made the mistake a third time, to call, talked to your receptionist, and simply asked for an email to send an inquiry for an itemized bill and records, and I was told that your company does NOT have any email addresses (which I found at least this email address experience-at-lincare.com, and this one compliancereporting-at-lincare.com, yet your hot-headed employee insisted that no email was available and said only a fax would work. I stated I was already on hold twice, wasted 20 minutes, hung up on without a word, and that this is the year 2025, there has to be an email address -and in the middle of this, I was hung up on, mid-sentence. I was not aware that a company could have such bad reviews, but now I fully understand it. Now add a fourth time, I talked to a nice man named P--, who tried his best to help transfer me, then tried to transfer, and hung up on me instead of transferring me. At least he just made a mistake. I will not be paying for any bills until I am provided with a full record of all itemized statements for all shipping and medical equipment billing and equipment agreement from the date of first service until today's date. At least two years of records. Since your company does not know how to handle phones, I sent an email -when an employee said you don't have email addresses. Shocker.

      I called and was told I would qualify for financial assistance gor my cpap like i did for my hospital bed. Same time I said medicaid only pays for part B premium of Medicare. Repeated this 2xs when I went to pickup the machine. Again told, they'll take care of it. I will get financial assist-ance. Never was given a financial form. Had machine for 5 months and I get the 1st bill! Becausd they just billed Medicaid anyhow. Their error. Now told that the assistance is only good prior to any charges?? This is their error and they refuse to fix it. They sent bills to Medicaid for 4/5 months worth of chargds before they got them back and sent me a bill because it was uncollectable! I supposedly owe that now. I am a senior citizen of proverty level. Don't have any extra to spend.

      Preferred Homecare is quite possibly the worst medical supply distributor I have ever seen.
      Their customer service is horrible. If you have Humana Insurance look for someone else to get your Cpap supplies from. These people are terrible! They don't seem to care about supplying needed CPAP supplies. Just horrendous!

      Recently signed up for a breathing device through ********************. I was put on an auto-ship program for future equipment. I have tried to cancel this auto ship program and cannot get a call back and replies to their text message say they Cannot Be Processed. Terrible customer service from this particular group.

      Lincare continued to deduct our monthly premium for a year before we found out the contracted amount had been paid. In addition, we are now on 2 months of trying to get the refund on the amount they owe to us. absolutely unethical business practices. you will not get the same information each time you call. They are the only option in many areas but please know your business will not be handled in a professional or ethical manner.

      Shut this place down! The worker FOLLOWED US OUT TO THE PARKING LOT TO VERBALLY ASSAULT US for returning too much equipment because my grandmother died.

      Horrible customer service on January 17, 2025 I contacted Lincare, it took over 1 hour to speak to someone. First Monica transferred my call, was disconnected, then a Tamika answered who hung up on me , then a Angela who was so nasty I cannot believe this company has such a nasty person working for them, Then Carlos, then a manager Miss Daniel’s, who was worse than all of them! Found out they were forced to pay millions to Medicaid for over charging. Many complaints and lawsuits. Very uneducated customer service.

      The customer service rates an F-. I have been trying to contact them for over a month. Their system only allows me to leave a message, and no one has returned my messages so far. This is inexcusable for a company that provides durable medical products. The website offers no other options than the phone number on my device.If I could, I would leave a rating of zero stars. I can see their rating is averaging a less than impressive 1.27 out of 5 stars.

      I am being denied medical equipment for my cpap machine because I owe $1600 plus for a previous respiratory machine. I have completed 2 hardship forms because I have a disability and I can't afford to pay for this. Because I completed a hardship form I am now being denied my cp equipment. I have done everything they have asked of me and still they will not give me a new mask the one I have leaks, my hoses need to be replaced and they are refusing to help me. They deny ever talking to me. I am 68 years old and have been diagnosed with asthma and sleep apnea

      Here is what it is like to place an order in early November for CPAP supplies: You order equipment. It does not arrive. You call to find out they did not send supplies because they need a new prescription for your CPAP supplies. No one ever called to give you this information. You call your provider and have a prescription sent. You order the supplies again. You wait. Supplies never come. You call to find out they did not ship supplies because they want to download the data from your device. They never call or send a letter that they will not fill your order. You drive to Tilton from Cissna Park to hand them the memory chip. They cannot send it to the insurance company because their computer does not work today. They will have a respiratory therapist try to send the data tomorrow. Still no supplies. No idea if they will ever be delivered. It is now December 30 and no supplies. Lincare is like a giant black hole. You send in orders but nothing comes out. This why with 863 customer reviews their score is 1.3 out of 5.
