      Receptionist at the **** **** office was very rude and condescending. She had no customer service skills and had an I dont care attitude who didnt know much about helping. Will be looking for a new provider

      Horrible company. My Philips CPAP stopped working on 12/09/2021 and was under warranty. Due to the recall, Lincare refused to repair or replace my machine. I am using a 14 year old CPAP I bought at an estate sale. I was getting supplies for the mask but in October 2022, they cancelled my order as it was on backorder. They did not notify me. I went online and found ******* has recalled my mask. I just was notified my new ******** machine should be shipped in late April 2023. The Lincare office in ****** doesn't help at all. I wait about one-half hour on the phone to either transfer me to customer service or tell me they can't do anything. I am in the process of switching to another provider. Lincare has the worst customer service I have ever sees and I hope this review will warn others away.

      I have been trying to return oxygen tanks for over two weeks. Nobody will answer the phone. I will dispute any bills I receive after date of trying to return for negligence on your part. There is no sense in such poor customer service! Please please answer the phone. How do you expect us to return equipment if your not interested in picking it up.

      Trying to return supplies that were sent to me without consent and for the wrong machine. My original CPAP machine was recalled and was put in touch by my doctor with Lincare in Pennington who for some reason sent me a box of supplies for the machine that was recalled and received my new machine a few weeks later. The filers , hose and dehumidifier chamber won't fit new machine, called on Friday to return items but forgot to include hose, call back this morning and now being told I can't return hose without part number ? I'm at work and didn't bring along parts, by the time I get home they close for the day. The hose clearly doesn't work in my machine, I've ben using a CPAP for over 8 years. If i could leave zero stars I would.

      lincare in ****** ** replaced my black small concentrator with huge heavy blue one I can not handle!! Have called numerous times! No response!

      They have no record of what anyone said earlier, each person says something different, and they never call back, although often promise to! I'm at about a month of trying to replace my cpap. 12/28 someone will call me. Jan 9, this is the wrong office, but the machine is on order, Jan 11 we need a faxed from your doctor, Jan 24 you are approved by insurance, Jan 26, we just sent it to insurance yesterday. I have to admit it must be hard working there with no records of any previous calls. And I'd really like to have a replacement cpap so I can sleep!

      WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I have been trying to resolve a billing issue since December 20th. I have kept detailed notes as to date, times and names of individuals I have spoken with. Everyone passes the buck IF you can even get through to them. I have called at least a dozen times. Many times only to hold for 20 plus minutes and then be hung up on. Do yourself a favor and ask your primary care physician to refer you to someone other than LinCare. Lincare, call your office??? You dont answer! On one call yesterday I waited on hold for 48 minutes and had to hang up! I spent over 3 hours yesterday trying to resolve my issue. From the minute we started the process in May, you guys have been horrible to deal with. If your doctor recommends Lincare DO NOT use them. They are horrible. Ive been trying to get the amount owed on the machine since we no longer have insurance since early December and no one has been able to give me what I need. I have received notices that we are past due even though we have called to try to pay them out right. The letter that was sent list a phone number and an extension but the extension provided is an invalid entry. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH LINCARE!! I would have given them a zero stars if it had been an option.

      I went to the Lincare yesterday on Treeline in Fort Mers, FL. I was treated with respect & kindness. Heather the Manager took care of me. I explained to her what I needed & she cordially went to get it. Prior to me going I called on the phone I spoke to My a she was so very nice to me. I want to Thank both of them.

      this business is so delinquent. I took my dad's portable in for repair over four months ago and they still have not gotten back to us. They do not respond to calls and have not provided my 90 year old father with an alternative oxygen concentrator! I would not recommend them and if I could have given a lower rating, would have given zero.

      We have attempted to return oxygen equipment to Lincare for several weeks. On multiple occasions, they have stated that the truck will come to our home to pickup the equipment. We were required to stay at our house all day because they could not gives us a time frame for arrival nor would they give us a call to state when the truck would arrive. Multiple days were spent at home with no truck arriving. We have received no call, text, email in response to our multiple faxes to their office. Phone calls require 20 to 30 minutes of hold time and they have no email. God help anyone who would need they oxygen replenished!
