      This company has tried to tell me I am not compliant, their reasoning is that they started my compliance period 5 days before I received my CPAP machine in the mail. I missed compliance by one day due to this. I have tried contacting their customer service and multiple managers and I always get the same response "we will call you back". I never received calls back and they continue to s**** me over and try to collect the machine despite me actually being compliant over the 90-day period from the day they sent me the machine. This is a ridiculous company that has no business dealing with medical equipment. Steer clear of them if you can.

      I randomly get invoices from this company with a balance due. I have paid this balance off several months ago. I felt like had overpaid the last time and expressed this. I was told by the representative back then, this was the last installment and he would make sure it was noted. Well, I just got another invoice, saying I owe another small amount. I called them and was told, "The Robots" are sending these out and I would need to call back in a couple weeks to ensure it has been removed from my account. I hope this is not some kind of scam. I am posting this so people can be aware and not get scammed or cheated. Maybe this is really just a Robotic mistake.

      RUN! Lincare does not care about you or your love ones. My son's milk supplies is never correct, they always send the wrong items. They're always send 10 days worth of supplies due to an error someone made on their end or someone NEVER entered the information. I'm alway on hold for more than an hour trying to place a refill for supplies.My son has been out of feeding bags and extension since December. Im told everyday a shipment has been place. Then when I call back and speak to someone, ** told a shipment was never made. The company does not care about you nor your love ones. It's always something with them.My son needs his feeding port change every three months, I was told the only send one out every 6 months cause thats when is pose to be change. I have the orders in front of me along with his doctors, nobody can understand why they will not send them out. The insurance has said the same thing.

      I'm given the run around every time I contact them. I spoke to 6 diff people in 6 diff states an still Noone has a clue. Still being billed but still no supplys. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with.

      HORRIBLE COMPANY-CPAP issues from the moment I stepped into the office. - I had prepaid for cpap. The Tech would not let me leave without paying. He had no record of my pre pay, so I paid again. -No one is ever available to answer questions. They never return calls. - The wrong supplies were delivered. The person I spoke with in Supplies insisted I received the correct supplies. After a long conversation, she admitted the wrong supplies had been delivered.I get more helpful information from you tubes than from this company.

      Sister and I cannot get Lincare to stop calling at all hours day or night regardless of multiple requests. Are rude and the most unhelpful on the planet.

      I have made multiple calls and attempts to communicate with this company. Nothing gets resolved. They are sending me bills for equipment that I haven't received, asking for money when I have zero copay, andcharging me rent on a cpap that I OWN!!! I started a ******** fraud filing with my Med-c provider and asked for a new DME company. Absolutely unacceptable.

      Lincare supplied Durable Medical Equipment that did not work for me so I followed their express instructions for return. I had the device in my possession for less than two weeks, but as the dates straddled two months (end of July ************************************* August 2022) I received bills for both months. I paid both in full and retain copies of the canceled checks.Each month since then, Lincare bills both my ****************** and me. ******** has been paying. I have not. Now they send letters threatening collection for my ***pay.Countless hours waiting on hold are fruitless. One cannot speak to the same person twice. It is impossible to break through the Lincare "customer service" desk where the staff is only authorized to read a computer screen with incorrect information. Lincare claims they have a document from September with my signature authorizing all bills. However, they refuse to supply a copy of said documentation, which is little wonder because it cannot possibly exist. On the September date of this purported documentation, I was on a transatlantic flight. I was out of ***************** the entire of September and can prove it with travel documents. I signed nothing in September.I filed a complaint on three separate occasions with my ******** Supplemental PPO. They refer me back to Lincare as the only source of relief. The only remedy Lincare offers is referral back to my local office, which is wholly disinterested. The local Lincare telephone number here in ********** is relayed to the Lincare boiler room in ********. And the circle continues. I am an unwell man in my 70s. How many of Lincare's victims simply pay fraudulent bills because they are too weak to fight? Lincare "prefers a credit card on file." You bet they do. I pay by check. My case does not stem from a simple error. This behavior is entrenched in Lincare's business model.When does such behavior become criminal fraud?

      This place needs shut down!! It took 7 months to get my CPAP! Then when I get there after calling a lawyer the lady at front desk decided to yell ya he's the one that threatened to sue us,as I yell back well it's only been 7 months after doctor orders and insurance approval! They let the phone just ring and ring at the front desk! This place should have nothing to do with medical machines or supplies!
