      I hope I am leaving a zero star. My CPap has been ordered for months. I have called and been promised a return call. None. When I do reach someone, it is the same: not enough staff; doctors office fault; ******** fault; busy and overwhelmed.. I hate to leave even one star.

      Good products but shady business practices. Unreliable customer service to say the least. After 3 calls and promised actions to correct our bill, still nothing done and getting bills for equipment that was returned. I guess well have to call BCBST.

      Worst company ever! Failed to deliver supplies for 3 months. Every month I called and was given the same exact reponse, "I don't know why they were not sent. Will ship them today." Each call took more than 30 minutes. After the 3RD CALL (3 months no supplies), I told them to cancel, I would get supplies somewhere else. 2 months later, the supplies showed up!!! It took another 3 months for them to send a label to retrieve them. Another batch of 30+ minute calls. Understand that this set of supplies I cancelled, was billed and paid by my insurance even after they were returned!!!!! And then, they sent me a bill for $15.50!!!!! Another 3 phone calls of 30+ minutes, each being told the bill would be cancelled. I AM STILL GETTING A ****!!!!!IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SO UNORGANIZED AND PATHETIC IT IS INSANE HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!

      I had an AirSense 10 and it stopped reporting due to the 3G to 5G changeover in cell towers. So, I called in June 2022 to order a new one. I was told 6-8 weeks and there would be no charge since I already hit my deductible for my health insurance. I checked back 8 weeks later in August and was told that they had no order in the system. They had to contact my doctor again and get the order. With the supply chain issues and weekly calls to the local ************. OH office, it finally came in end of Sept. 2022. I had to go to a class to learn how to use a CPAP even though I've had a CPAP since 2009. A new mask was supposed to be ordered as well and when I arrived at the class, there was no mask. Luckily, they had an extra one to give me. Then a regular tubing was ordered and was told my doctor needed to call in a Rx for the heated tubing separately. Now I have to wait until end of December to get that tubing. So now I've been getting EOBs for equipment rental each month (2 months so far) and says $90.64 per month. I have been calling them for over a month, was able to get through only once to leave a message. I talked to them today finally and they had no message to call me. UGH! I was now told that there is a rental fee, but I didn't owe anything as of now because I already hit my deductible for the year. But that there would be a total of 13 monthly charges and with January coming & a new deductible to be met, I will be billed $90.64/month for 10 months or until I hit my new deductible. While I was at the class, there was an entire pack of papers that they had us sign & I've been requesting a copy of those papers and was told today, finally, they would be mailed. Not sure why I was not provided with them the day I signed them.I refuse to buy supplies from them. They are the worst company I've had to deal with & unfortunately, the only one in Ohio that I can go to for CPAP supplies.BEWARE and good luck when working with Lincare in Garfield Hts., OH!

      This company is absolutely the worst. They don't care about their patients care at all. You can call and talk to a representative and they still cannot get your order right. This company will let you die before they ever get anything right. This company should be shut down. Any company that cares less about their patients then their profit should be shut down in the United States. In my opinion this is medical neglect. The people running this company should be arrested. This is my opinion and only my opinion. I know my opinion doesn't matter but I just wanted to let you know what it was.

      After my husband's laryngectomy in January, he had a nebulizer and suction machine from Lincare. In April he was done with the equipment and called to have it picked up. After waiting two separate days waiting for them to come when they said they would, we returned it in person at their  West Springfield, Massachusetts facility on 4/15/22. They are still trying to bill ** for money we don't owe and threaten us with a collection agency. I have called and written several times, the last time being a phone call to someone in New York state on 10-17-22. It was my second time calling that number, and the person I spoke to said that "******" had already taken care of the matter and to disregard any further bills. But they are still coming as of 11/12.We have never had this much trouble with any business we have dealt with. We would not recommend them to anyone for any service.

      my mother had Lincare Willowbrook, IL for her oxygen. the concentrator stopped working about 10:30 Saturday night. the answering service said they would reach the office. they did and the technician came to help right away. he brought a different concentrator and switched it out. she was taken care of within two hours. she is older and he took his time to make sure she was alright with the new unit before he left her. he couldnt have been nicer. thank you Lincare for taking such great care of my Mother. :

      Lincare never has employees to deliver oxygen cylinders to the elderly people that need them! It takes anywhere from 1 week to 3 weeks and then they "claim" the order was never placed. At one point family visiting from Florida had to go there and get the tanks for her because it had been weeks and they still had not shown up. Two different doctors have done testing and ordered the portable over the shoulder concentrator and they will maje one excuse after another to keep from giving it to her. But they can't seem to get her tanks either! Something needs to be done about this company!!

      Lincare will lie to their customers! The made up criteria to get a Portable Oxygen Concentrator . They wouldn't even submit order to insurance company. When I went directly to Portable Oxygen Concentrator company got passed through insurance right away. I don't recommend anyone uses them for supplies.
