Was demanding my checking account information. Then was told if I didn't have money for supplies every month I can get them in 3 do to I am on fix budget. Instead they have call me 10 times for me get supplies. Then when I call them I get put on hold until they get tired hearing phone ring then they hang up. Trying to get information how much my supplies is want tell me. That's so they can change price when they want to. I did hate this company in *****. And I still hate them in 2022. Cause they have got worst.Lincare Inc.

I have been calling for 3 weeks trying to get a new internal filter for my oxygen concentrator. They have promised ever week that they would be here and never show. I spent 11 days in hospital earlier this year because my concentrator wasn't working properly. This company it the worst ever. Go anywhere else. *******************Lincare Inc.

1 starThis is a very dysfunctional company. I was promised delivery of a **** machine back in August of 2021, Never received it and now after 15 months of not receiving a bill, they are billing me nearly $300. for a concentrator that I was not able (and did not use) because I do not have the **** machine. Tried numerous times to call them but like many of the others on this site, there was either no answer, put on hold, or disconnected. They are telling me I owe this money because I was in possession of the machine, even though I received no bill or return phone calls in regard to this matter. I don't understand how they can stay in business when they are dealing with the health and welfare of us people. This company needs to be investigated for all of their wrong doings.Review fromSharon B

1 starThis is one of the worst medical supply companies I think ever. I have called at least 15 times in the last 4 months at least 10 hours on the phone. one time I was on hold for 59 minutes once it hit 60 minutes I got disconnected the other times that I've called I'd be on hold for a good 45 minutes somebody would answer they would put me on hold 15 minutes once that hour came up I got disconnected I am trying to get my CPAP supply i have finally ordered my supply but they will not send my bills over to my insurance company. I have called ALOT of time just for this . They claim my Dr. Will not reach out to them... Im not in the business to buy supply and sell them i need them. I'm trying to have them straighten out my medical bill they will not send the bills to my insurance company! Worst people ever..... why are these people still working from home!!! This is a MEDICAL necessity... We need another company that we can get real service from!Review fromScott D

1 starI’m not a crowd follower but try to be objective in my thoughts on everything. I just read a dozen reviews after wondering if I was just the dummy the Lincare nurse in Spearfish South Dakota made me believe I was. I try to be as polite as possible and understanding of situations, however having struggled with my sleep more than before my cpap for 2 weeks and having had visited Lincare in Gillette twice, Rappid City once, and now Spearfish three times, obviously I was either a hard case or someone didn’t know how to set up a new customer new to their equipment. Beginning with Gillette, unfortunately the nurse was gone when I made my 2nd visit. I had some neat looking headgear (bulky however)that the air supply came through from the top of your head. Neat idea. Bad for me. When you lay on your side it cuts off the air on one side and goes to the other side blowing out the mask unless you cinched it down like you would an old Afork saddle onto a barreled back horse. Isn’t long and you are “afootback” as we used to say. Your teeth and your entire face go numb. I suspected that a “semi nasal cannula” might just be the ticket.It was on display but the office lady said I couldn’t have it even after I told her I couldn’t legally drive without this machine or “mask” working. She seemed entirely disinterested in helping me resolve my issue and proceeded to give me too small of head gear of the same type and a nose mask that proved later to do exactly the same thing. Not to mention when I walked in the door instead of a greeting you got an unwelcome stare and then interrogated on weather I was even a Lincare customer(exactly the same “greeting” in Rappid City worse in Spearfish). What happened at the Spearfish office could have easily been averted…lucky for the Lincare associates I’m running out of characters…stay tuned for the Spearfish chapter of my “Lincare Nightmare Saga” but will finish by saying that SIMPLE MANNERS forgive all kinds of inexperience. 1 starI would like to file a complaint against Lincare Inc for their continued harassment of me by continuing to bill me for products that I have paid for. I am including a letter that I sent to them through their billing department and I also took a copy to the local office in Hickory, NC. I have tried to explain and resolve this issue several times and have tried to call Jessica Haskett the regional training coordinator that I mention in the letter as the person who established my payoff amounts. She has refused to call me back, email or text about this situation. My complaint is that I received a payoff amount of past due rent up to 6/2/2022 and the payoff of the machine on 6/2/2022 from Jessica H. and made a decision to pay both bills in full on that date. Jessica then charged my credit card twice that day, one for the rent and the other for machine payoff. I paid all my debts to this company on 6/2/2022 and have receipt “Purchased In Full” handwritten and signed by Jessica Haskett. Cust ID ****-****Review fromRonda R

1 starLincare Gainesville GA is run by a bunch of clowns. They have screwed up everything that I have tried to do with them. They never call you back “if” you are able to leave a voicemail. I confirmed an order for CPAP equipment on I October 3, 2022 and was told it would ship out on October 20, 2022. It is now November 1st and no equipment. There is no record of it th we local company never verified my insurance. Although the lady on October 3rd said “Anthem allows this”. I got hung up on by 1 customer representative who never even made a note about talking to me today. She lied and then hung up. I am still waiting for a call back from the local office, a call back from a supervisor which I’m sure neither will happen. It took me 2 months of calling and calling to the local office to finally get an appointment. I even called corporate and talked to a Sara who was amazed at how I was treated. I’m going to try and call corporate again but I’m sure nobody will answer. And to think I changed from one bad CPAP company Care Medical to this circus! Not my circus, not my monkeys! The CEO is Crispen T. and earns $700,000. You think he would run a better company than the circus that is goin on right now. Lincare is not accredited with the BBB. My Oxygen Concentrator broke down on a Saturday Morning and I tried calling my local Lincare Office (Stevens Point, WI) and recording told me to hold if after hours and a rep would take my call. I held for 45 minutes and no answer. Oxygen is life sustaining for me and Lincare obviously could care less. This is a despicable company as far as customer service is concerned.Lincare Inc.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They are nothing short of a stressful nightmare! They send you wrong supplies all the time and bill you for them and then you have to call them numerous times to get reimbursed. It takes you 45 minutes to get a billing agent on the phone. They also bill you for equipment that's paid off! I called Cigna and told them to investigate them for insurance fraud.They call you continually wanting you to buy more supplies or get on auto ship so they can send you wrong supplies to bill you for. I told them put me on do not call list and they still call you even when supplies aren't covered every 3 months. They don't even deserve 1 star rating!!Lincare Inc.

My wife and I recently went to Las Vegas on September 20th for a week. Three weeks prior to taking the trip we called Lincare to have a oxygen concentrator delivered to the hotel we would be staying at. We were referred to the Las Vegas branch and talked with a very agreeable person who took my information and assured me that the equipment would be waiting for me. Upon arriving in Vegas we called the hotel and were told that there was no concentrator delivered. We called the Vegas branch the next morning and after being on hold for over an hour spoke with a very disagreeable person who finally told us to call our supplier in Maine. We called the Hermon office twice, waited on hold for 30 to 45 minutes were referred to the office manager who hung up on us both times without any resolution to the problem. Thankfully I had my portable concentrator to use but was unable to enjoy the local area as I spent most of my time charging batteries for the POC. I found the service to be rude and without knowledgeable individuals who were either unable or unwilling to resolve the issue.Lincare Inc.
