      This company is the absolute worst to deal with. They did not send me supplies for a year because they forgot to enter the authorization letter that my doctor sent to them. I spent over a week trying to get ahold of a human and they assured me it would all be taken care of and mailed out supplies. I mentioned many times that after the recall I have a different machine and they still sent supplies for the old one. Fast forward another month I get another human on the line finally. They said I would get an email with a return shipping label. That too two weeks to receive the email. I promptly mailed back the wrong stuff and I never received the shipment with the proper supplies. Another round of waiting for over an hour after being disconnected before even reaching a human I finally talked to a person and got a tracking number and found out my supplies were shipped and promptly redirected back to the warehouse This has been a nightmare and today I received a bill even though everything is covered by my insurance. Such a joke of a company. I am typing this as I am again on hold for over 40 minutes after being on hold for 25 minutes only to be hung up on.

      I do not not trust this company. Numerous mix **** delayed call backs on my supply orders past five years. Recently had my old machine air pressure increased and they removed my ** memory card so I don't have a record of my compliance. My insurance and Dr. ****** getting a new machine, but the Lincare technician failed to tell me that there was an electronic chip shortage so my new machine had no modem and could not connect with the my air website. Some supplies were also unavailable, (large face mask, heated hose and chin strap). The new machine also was missing the ** memory card so there is no record of my compliance which the authorities require in order reduce the cost of the cpap equipment monitoring my online progress report. Wish I could blame incompetence on their part, but I suspect dishonesty.

      I called lincare to set up my oxygen concentrator in my motel on Sept 28 2022 This was a 2weeks notice but between ****** office and ******** offices they didn't make set up till the thurs. October 13 which it needed to be set up for the 16th of October they finally got it.after I to make numerous calls.Now they were suppose to have picked it up on Tuesday October 18.... Well I called ******** to order my oxygen cylinders. They won't deliver to me until the concentrator is picked so now I've been on phone numerous calls again.I don't think I should be having to make any calls.

      My mother broke her hip and this company was suppose to deliver a hospital bed and never showed. I have called ask for the manager to call me and no has. This company is the worst.

      I had to get a nebulizer back in October 2019; I wanted to pay for it outright but they said I’d have to make 7 payments. Here it is October 2022 & they are still billing me for this; I have called our insurance company & told them what Lincare is doing & I have spoke to Lincare Multiple times about this situation & was told they would get back w/ me in a couple of weeks; that’s Not Happened!! The last payment I made I was told that was it, which was about 4 months ago & I put paid in full on the check. I’m still receiving bills from them & I already had threatened an attorney on them as I feel not only do they owe me money but our insurance company as well . They are threatening me w/ collections & I wanted people to know just how Lincare is; I’m not the only one dealing w/ this ; a friend of mine at the bank is also having the self same issue on her mothers behalf. I’m sick & tired of the lies that they spew & really feel they are taking advantage of people & the insurance companies! From their prospective I can totally understand why they don’t want anyone to pay outright so they can screw them over !!!!

      This company is not professional. I cant speak with any representative, they send equip I dont need and they charge me for it. When I call, they hang up, and God forbid that you are on the line and they put you on hold, get comfortable! Because you are going to grow roots. If I dont get a hold of a representative a week from now, I will see no other choice than to fix it with legal actions. Be better or step aside to let real companies do their job.

      When calling Lincare/MRB Acquistion Copr on 10/14/22, I waited 48 minutes before anyone picked up the phone and was transferred three times, and each time was put on hold only to return to the original person who said "this Company recently went through a new purchase and "no one knows what they are doing" We are being charged for equipment we are not using, I can't get through to billing and I did accomplish to leave a message with no return phone call. The customer service department is ridiculous, they tols me I can't help you. I'll transfer your call and no picked up. We recieved two bills both different and have not yet been able to resolve this situation. I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Donald D

      My mother has been a patient of Lincare for many years and has received excellent service from the **********, ** office and most recently the **********, ******** office.This morning (2am), my mother's concentrator stopped working and we had to make an emergency call. Upon our call to the after hours service, we were assisted by a ************** who was very patient and professional in getting our information so that he could get us in direct contact with her regular oxygen delivery man, **************.************** was able to assist us in getting the machine working and made a follow-up appointment to stop by later on today to check the machine. I appreciate the professionalism shown by both employees. If these employees were not available, this situation could have resulted in a more severe situation. These services were needed and we are grateful that Lincare provided them.Thank you Lincare Company.******************

      Worst equipment and service. Lives depend on their services and they dont answer phones, dont show up when theyre supposed to, recycle old equipment to the next poor needy slob. Its all about the money to them.

      Too bad they don’t have zero stars this is the worst company that I have ever done business with in my life I am in the process of leaving Lincare and going with another company because of the piss poor service and being lied to. The sooner this company goes out of business the better off the American public will be!
