      I would not even give them 1 star. It is sad that this company is going to **** fast. They have problems delivering and picking up equipment. They are impossible to deal with concerning billing. It is a nightmare dealing with this local company. The communication between departments is not even working including messages getting to where they have to go. Delivery people seem clueless when they drop off or pick up an item. Then trying to get reimbursed for my small copay was going on from August 24 until now, I guess. Expecting a check with my small copay reimbursement. We have been on the phone too many times to count reminding them to deliver a machine or pick it up. This company needs to reconstruct before their incompetency cost a patient their life or worsens their condition. My heart goes out to all the customers who deal with the local Lincare in Willsboro, NC and other areas. Thank You Donna M.

      Terrible!!!! Absolutely do not trust this company. They promise you brand new equipment and if they eventually deliver something to you its going to be used and completely contaminated by other peoples body fluids. They employ the bait and switch promising brand new equipment and deliver completely unacceptable unusable medical equipment. The staff there is rude, uncaring, and its all about money. They dont care if they leave you with nothing for months at a time even though youve given them a clear current prescription showing you need 24 hour a day oxygen! I cant believe theyre still in business because of the way they treat customers/patients! Ive already gotten an attorney and will be filing a complaint with the ** Department of Health and the Office of the Inspector General along with a full complaint to the BBB. They promised me brand new, during this pandemic and because I am a immune compromised elderly person, POC and now say they did not promise me that. Then they stole my then current paid-for-in-full POC and refused to give it back to me. That is theft!!! They are deceptive liars! Now whenever I leave my home I am having oxygen deprivation dizzy spells because they months later have not given me the brand new portable oxygen equipment prescribed as life-saving to me. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

      This company should be called LinUNcare! So many problems I could speak on when it comes to Lincare and their lack of service and care! I will just say I called after hours on call (for emergency equipment issues per the recording) bc my moms oxygen concentrator was not working properly. I called TEN times and waited THREE HOURS for someone to come and then he was rude saying they arent an emergency service. He left no additional portable tanks for the ones used during the long wait time. This is oxygen we are talking about and I clearly told them we only had 2 portable tanks on a high oxygen flow and we were minutes away from having to go to the *** You may play about your loved ones health but I dont and I dont appreciate you playing with mine either. Excuse me as I look elsewhere for services!

      WARNING; WARNING; WARNING: NEVER USE LINCARE FOR YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS Lincare provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I called for almost a month now trying to obtain my C-PAP supplies. Spoke with 5 different individuals in just the last 2 weeks. Got put into "Escalations" and Cenia was to resolve the issue , naturally to no avail. Finally got thru today to the actual warehouse today and the lady said she would send within 5 to 10 business days. Note that I have actually paid for supplies in May, August and September and never received any supplies. Thus, I cancelled auto pay today since I keep paying but do not receive the supplies I pay for. I am going to look for another provider to avoid spending hours on the phone. Initially I was told these would be sent automatically and thus I set up auto pay. If there was a negative star rating I would use one. I had to use 1 star to complete the review, that is way overrated. WARNING TO NEVER USE LINCARE FOR ANY OF YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS.

      This company sent me the wrong mask for my CPAP machine over and over again. I sent them back. They kept sending me the wrong mask. They told me my doctor ordered the mask they kept delivering. My doctor never prescribed a mask. I informed me of this. They sent me to collections, when I never kept what they sent me. Today, I hired an attorney to represent me against them in slander and defamation case in Jackson County, Missouri because of their damage to my credit. Do not ever do business with this company. ******* ******

      Horrid is not a strong enough word for this company. Liars! They care zero about clients. They are completely inept and don't deserve anybody's business. I have been using dirty equipment for over a month and can't get an answer to why my order has not arrived. Promises to call me with an update are totally meaningless. Nobody ever calls. I will be talking to the proper folks at Medicare about them in detail. They don't care about bad reviews. They just keep marching on to the beat of a very bad drummer. How did they get an A+ rating from the BBB. Whatever I can do to put them out of business, I will do. Too bad there is no place or NO stars or negative stars.

      I was completely mislead when my doctor prescribed me a CPAP machine and he sent the prescription to this company. I was told by Lincare on 3 different occasions that my insurance covered everything associated with the cPAP machine was covered at 100 percent. Only to then receive a bill a month later for a monthly rental charge. I was never told I was renting this machine. I was never told the monthly amount. Nothing. Now when I try and call I can't get anyone to answer a phone to discuss this issue. I have called 9 times in the past two months and have held on hold for up to 1 hour and 48 minutes before I finally hung up. Avoid this company at all costs. My bill is now up to $250.85 for something I want to return and cancel with this terrible company only I can't get ahold of anyone to get this all figured out. One more thing, on thier billing statement, there is not a phone number or email to contact anyone about questions with your bill. You have to search on line to find that information. But like I said, no one ever answers anyways. Terrible Company.

      Home oxygen concentrator stopped working Weds 9/28 the day before Hurricane Ian. Called Lincare all day and never got past the recorded message. Called today and same thing. I evacuated to relative who has a concentrator I can use. At this point I dont know what to do to get my concentrator replaced and am panicked since I am on oxygen 24 hrs a day. I have called twice in the previous 2 months for routine maintenance and their response was we will schedule it - they never followed up with that and now its not working at all.

      They are unable to schedule timely pick up of equipment and continue charging this family! They have tried to schedule this pickup several times but are given inconsistent information ! I scheduled pickup for today for bed and they came but only wanted the wheel chair so I called and was told that they are getting bed tomorrow ! I spoke to three people - one yesterday and two today assuring me the bed would be picked up today!!! If this is how this company treats people that are sick, struggling and in need of support then they are in the wrong business!!!

      Horrid company, horrid customer service. Good luck getting oxygen supplies easily and on time, doesn't happen. I have no idea how BBB can rate them A+, just boggles the mind. Very rude customer service people. Once you order you sometimes get it, sometimes get the wrong supplies, something you get nothing. Worse ever.
