      These people are terrible. Can't get them on the phone. Can't get them to correct billing mistakes. Can't get them to cancel standing orders.

      Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. they call every day, twice, to see if I need supplies. When I ask how much they are the say they don't know how much. But they expect me to buy from them. This has been going on for almost a year, since I got my Cpap machine.

      If you think disappointment, annoyance, and aggravation should form major elements of your medical care, then Medical West should be YOUR device supplier. Twice I have left messages for their rep who had invited me to call him directly. No response. Three times hospital personnel have called them and asked them to phone me. No response. Twice I've been put on hold for thirty minutes and gave up. Two weeks ago I actually spoke to a living, breathing person there after being on hold for 15 minutes; I asked her what was wrong with her company. She said "staffing problems," but promised that someone would "reach out to me." I was foolishly optimistic. No response.

      Avoid Lincare like the plague. Scores of negative reviews and hundreds of specific complaints gets a BBB A+ rating. Really? In my case, Lincare/mdINR provided anticoagulation testing equipment for a 15 month period. The first problem is that although their sales person claimed the services/equipment/supplies were 100% covered by my medicare advantage plan, that turned out to be false. Of course Lincare/mdINR never put "100% covered" in writing, it was just cheap talk on the phone. That is their specialty. Leave no written evidence! Despite advertised committments, Lincare/mdINR overrides doctor control of testing frequency, forcing a frequency to maximize income from Medicare. One thing after another led to total dissatisfaction with their lack of support and broken reporting mechanism. So I personally returned the device to the Lincare office. In an outrageous display of deceptive behavior they refused to sign an acknowledgement of the return. When I tried to photograph the device on their counter an employee (name tag reversed to hide identity), grabbed the box and hid it around a corner, returning to wave his hands in front of the camera. As punishment for dropping their service Lincare now attacks my phone with daily calls, leaving daily messages asking me to send test results to them. Nothing more than harassment! Return of the device did not work. Email message to their tech group did not work. A certified letter to their offices revoking any authority to contact me by phone did not work. They seem to think that humans have no rights, should have no expectation of respect, and that Lincare can force them to continue as customers. Their M.O. is promises and lies over the phone combined with ****** service. They have paid millions in fines/settlements for Medicare fraud, and last year their incompetence led to unauthorized patient data leakage. If you have read the reviews, you know the response is always "phone us". Forget it! Incompetence! Deception!

      This company is never on time, often I get multiple months bills at once, or not at all until I call, of course they say they were sent, but I have always received every other company bills and packages, have mailbox sensor so I know no one is just taking their bills. Have called several times about pick of equipment, and so far they have missed 2 days in a row. Called several times this afternoon and after 15 minutes on hold someone answers that does know anything. Truly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

      What an awful company! They lied to me and strung me along for 2 months on getting portable oxygen machine. They then told me it was a Medicare denial which is false. Dealing with "Emily" on the phone was a nightmare. She was so rude, talking over me instead of actually listening. A terrible company and one to avoid at all costs

      With oxygen being a vital component to support life, you'd think a company that offers oxygen & other such medical necessities to the public would take into account the poor reviews being written and why and then tke positive action to remedy the easily fixable issues. The branch serving the Tri-Cities in WA state desperately needs guidance, revision and implementation of such revisions to their practices & policies. The management has openly lied to me on more than one occasion regarding missing & or delayed delivery of oxygen tanks, masks & etc.... They do not offer professional, adequate or acceptable customer service. Just read the comments left here by suffering patients & note the worthless generic apologies from Lincare, they really should be ashamed of themselves.

      Highway robbery is the only explanation as to how Lincare has reached the pricing scheme for **** supplies. For example, a ResMed Airshift F20 cushion **** mask retails online for $57 (amazon prime, so no shipping costs). Lincare is charging $512.16 for the exact same mask (same brand name and size, no knock-offs). The same is true for all of the **** supplies. The **** headgear retails for $16.49, but Lincare is charging $50.43, and the list continues. How can you justify this pricing scheme? Worst still, the automatic charge on your credit card hits without warning. I was unable to reach a real-life person to ask about the charge for two days. When I called the Lincare customer service line, I experienced extended hold times and was unable to reach a representative. At one point, I left the phone on speaker and let it wait. I stayed on hold for just about an hour and gave up after that. It wasn't until two days later (and selecting every automated option I could) that I finally reached a person who was not very helpful. I cannot even confirm if they removed the automated billing function at my request. In short, I am very unhappy with this experience and question the business practices that are akin to price gouging.

      Delivery horrendous! I'm on oxygen 24/7. I've been out of tanks for 8 days. Wound up in hospital at 79%:blood oxygen. No Thanks to ******! As I couldn't get a call or even a message to the RELIABLE ******. NEEDED EMERGENCY HELP BUT COULD NOT GET IT!! HAD TO GO TO E.R. 2x this week while my pulsOx dropped into the 78%. ****** would answer but refused to help because I was stranded 10 miles from home (even closer to the ************ I can't get help from Lincare because ****** was out & ****** would Not give him a call. Never had Anyone to help because ****** would Not give message to anyone about my Emergency Needs or even call me back himself NOT EVEN ONCE !!! Have him call me now? Not at all.
