Lincare of Chattanooga, TN has had a hospital bed order for my family member for over 3 weeks now and we have yet to receive a bed. I have called every week and keep being told it will be delivered “next week”. “Next week” hasn’t came yet apparently, even tho it’s been 3. I called yesterday because now that family member is is the hospital and let them know that we desperately need this bed asap because we need it before she comes home. I was assured I would have a call back “as soon as the driver came back into the office” before closing. No call back AGAIN. It is now the next day at noon and I still have not received that call. I’m over it. This is TERRIBLE customer service and treatment of their patients. We are having our order sent elsewhere and I would encourage anyone else to do that right from the start and not even waste their time with this company. They apparently do not care about their patients or business.Lincare Inc.

This company displayed negligence and disregard for my personal, private medical records, medical treatments, dates of service, diagnosis/procedures and account numbers and information by not taking important steps to protect my personal information. My personal information is part of a data breach that occurred September, 2021, and I was not notified until September, 2022 by receiving a letter in regular mail dated August 30th, 2022. Due to insurances restrictions, I am forced to use this company as it is my insurance provider for durable medical supplies. This company violated HIPAA in my eyes as they did not protect my information by securing my records in addition to taking a year to notify me of this breach of my most private medical and financial records. My private information has now been on the dark web for a year without my knowledge. Further, a will spend my lifetime monitoring my information because of their negligence. Kindness, apologies, and regrets are not sufficient for this negligence. Beware of this company. They do not take your personal privacy seriously and seek to protect their own interests when issues arise.Lincare Inc.

These people are answerable to no one. They think they are all that matters. I have repeatedly asked for a copy of what I am being charged for along with my insurance and ********* $64.56 is not chump change to a retired senior. All they do is threaten me with collections and lawsuits. All I ask is that they itemize what I am being billed for so I can compare the charges or other options. They tell me they can't do that? I think it is only fair. Keeping mind that I have been a customer for years and my insurance and ******** pays for this and I still have to shell out $64.56 plus late charges I am we all are entitled to know what the * Pap supplies consist of and if we are getting safe materials.********Lincare Inc.

I was sent home from the hospital with an oxygen machine and a back up tank. After a follow up visit with the doctor, I was told I no longer needed the machine. I have been trying for over a month to return the equipment. They only service my area every other week. They schedule me for pick up then never show up. When I call, they always have an excuse. First time it was raining. Then they lost the ticket, then the driver forgot to put me on the schedule. then I was told a supervisor had gotten involved and they promised theyd pick it up the next day, which was a Friday. When they didnt show up I called. I was told they didnt service my area on Fridays. At one time they asked if I could meet the driver half way. Really? This place is an hour away from me. Yesterday I called and they scheduled a pick up for today. Once again they never showed. When I called I was told due to the weather they put off servicing my area till tomorrow. I asked what weather? She couldnt answer that. There is a fire here, but It is several miles away. I told them I put the equipment on the front porch because I was tired of tripping over it and would not be responsible for it if it disappeared. She didnt seem to care. I really want this equipment gone! Im about ready to drop it off at an urgent care, or the goodwill!!! I just hope they are not still billing my insurance!!!Lincare Inc.

They are trying very hard to get my portable concentrator when I was turned down by apria because I am on ********* ******* seemed very concerned also **** was kind and helpful. How is this place still in business. Lincare as a whole, not just the Niceville location, has atrocious customer service. They keep sending me bills for stuff that my insurance is supposed to cover. I don't even think they process it through insurance. Good luck trying to contact the billing department. If you call any department that results in them making more money somebody answers right away but it you call with questions about your bill you will be on hold forever. On top of all that they keep sending me the wrong parts to me cpap no matter how many times I call and they tell me it's fixed. I finally gave up and call them to cancel my automatic shipment and the lady that answered kept beating around the bush trying to check into why I was getting incorrect parts. After telling her to cancel my shipments several times she finally says I have removed from the call list and tries to say her required departure message and disconnect the call. I fortunately was able to catch her and I told her I did not ask to be removed from the call list, I do not want to receive anymore automatic shipments. She said she stopped my automatic shipments but we'll see. Anyway, run from this business.Lincare Inc.

1 starIt has been 9 weeks since an order was submitted for my CPAP. Every time I call, I get a different excuse as to why the paperwork has not been processed. Each time I call, I'm on hold for at least 20+ minutes and typically transfered to at least 3 different people. No one takes responsibility for any of it. My wife has been using Lincare for her oxygen supplies for over ten years and the service had always been okay. Now her concentrator dies on Saturday and find out there is no way to contact anyone over the weekend. So she used her 5 little tanks of o2 that we had for emergency to get into Sunday morning and then switch to a 6 year old Inogen portable unit that's only meant for short periods of use. On Monday morning after an hour and a half of calling we finally get someone to talk to us and explain everything to them. They say they have a driver bringing another concentrator with one stop to make on the way. This is at about 11 am. At 1:30pm We call back to see if the driver had a problem finding the house. Now this guy doesn't know what happened to the driver but says he will bring a concentrator himself at 5pm. We get a call a little after 3pm telling us that my wife is no longer in their system and we must have the equipment of another company because they now have no record of my wife. After explaining to them the machine is covered in their name and phone number and then telling them the names of three employees we have worked with in the past they admit they can now see where the concentrator dropped off to us two years ago to replace one that was going bad but say they can't bring one now or any oxygen tanks because she is not in their system. They say they need a new form from her doctor first. It's Tuesday now the doctors sent the forms this morning but we never heard anything so we called her doctor, who then called Lincare and was told by them that now they don't want the forms that they asked because now she is a new patient and needs to have a new assessment done by her doctor. The doctors office tells Lincare they will do that asap but asks can they take her an oxygen tank or something to get her through a day or two, but they refuse. So while we get test run and wait to see a doctor I will stay up at night making sure the portable doesn't give out.Lincare Inc.

Lincare will not stop sending me supplies after I asked them to stop repeatedly. said I wanted to send product back I did not ask for. I was told they would send shipping label. All I got was a letter threating collections. This has gotten ridiculous!!Lincare Inc.
