My experience was fantastic. I did all the scheduling online, the only voice communication was when the driver called to drop the Pod and to picked it up. The online instructions were clear on the space needed for the tow truck and Payments were set online as well, no issues. I will use them again.

From 1st contact with customer service to set up the rental of the pods & all drivers I dealt with they were courteous easy to deal with. Price was reasonable from what I expected to pay. All drivers very helpful with placement of the **** Overall experience was very good & professional. Highly recommend POD's for those do it yourself movers.PODS Moving & Storage

I used the pod to clear out my garage and clean and declutter it was the easiest way. Pod was available right away and delivered quick and both drop off n pick up was done by super friendly quick staff members. I loved it and will recommend to family and friends.PODS Moving & Storage

Always on time, flexible, professional. Love the Podzilla device that picks up and delivers your POD keeping the contents level. Always placed it exactly where I indicated online and between the markers I left on the driveway. Very satisfied.PODS Moving & Storage

Well, I'm hoping PODS can still make this right, and if they do, I'll update this review. We reserved three PODS for a cross-country move for our family. They were supposed to be delivered on 6/19 to our old house, picked up on 6/23, and dropped off at our new house on 6/8 (tomorrow!). We put airtags in them so we could track them. First, PODS canceled our drop off of two PODS. I called and called and even drove out to the warehouse! And eventually, all three PODS were delivered and picked up on schedule. BUT!!! AFTER TWO WEEKS!!! ONLY ONE POD HAS EVEN LEFT THE EAST COAST. TWO OF OUR PODS ARE STILL SITTING TEN MILES FROM OUR OLD HOUSE. WE HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THEY WILL ARRIVE. Apparently PODS is suffering from a shortage of drivers. Maybe they should pay their drivers more? Maybe they should not take reservations they can't fulfill? Meanwhile, here we are, waiting for one POD to be delivered tomorrow, thinking about how to set up a house for our kids without their clothing, toys, beds, any furniture....we might have to go to a hotel. But also we have a dog, so that makes it trickier too. PODS: PLEASE GET OUR PODS ON THE ROAD!!!PODS Moving & Storage

The delivery was okay at best. They said they could not put if further in the driveway even though I asked when I booked it. The back edge of the pod was even with the street. Then the pick up, that's when the nightmare began. It was scheduled, then they canceled the pick up. The next available was FOUR weeks later!! I needed it moved before that due to contractors showing up to begin the remodel. I was delayed 4 days on starting the project because of it.PODS Moving & Storage

PODS customer service is the worst and has lied to me on multiple occasions. They changed my delivery date past when I needed it, and so I called to cancel the shipment. They guaranteed me I wouldn’t be charged and that the order was fully canceled. After I had left my house they delivered a POD to me with no notice, and then charged me for it. They are now reviewing the charges and said that it will take two weeks. I have been misled multiple times by their customer service, and I am about to file a credit card dispute to clear the charges because they were unauthorized.PODS Moving & Storage

I loved working with Pods… They were extremely professional... They emailed and texted me every time with pick up and drop off times and they made it so easy!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a safe secure way to move their belongings cross country??????PODS Moving & Storage
