      Using pods where I move was definitely a great decision. Having the pods several weeks to be able to load at our own pace was helpful. Being able to manipulate the pick up or drop off dates on the app was convenient. The staff that delivered the pods and picked the pots up were all very skilled. I would do this again.

      Extremely difficult experience getting the name on a weight ticket changed. Im a military member that requested specific information to be put on the weight ticket for reimbursement purposes. PODS did not do this and cancelled my request to do so. They informed me that my name alone was enough (to get reimbursed I need rank and service number on the weight tickets). I would not recommend to any service member. The customer support is useless.

      I am rating the ground staff only: the storage manager, ****, is an awesome person. He looks out for all storage customers. He checks on us to make sure if assistance is needed. His demeanor would make anyone feel comfortable and appreciated. Whole operation runs like clockwork under his manager skills. The drivers were very personable, and ****, one of your employees, provided me with water when he noticed I was dehydrated. I hate moving, but ****'s team made it worry free. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I would bond them. Very trustworthy. Happy moving experience. *****

      PODS is a bait and switch. Too long of a story to type. But customer service was very unhelpful, delays, more money spent due to an extra month add cause they were late. Stay away. The business concept is great. The business model sucks! You have no leverage. They have your stuff and your money and they know youre vulnerable. Simply put *** this place. Crooks!

      I have used PODS as a source for safe, temporary storage for the past several years and will use again. Easy to work with. Communication good, web site easy to navigate and on time. I feel it's a good value.

      I had no problem with delivery and/or pickup. However a key in the lock as part of the package broke off and I was unable to secure my household goods until a locksmith was obtained. PODS offered no solution.

      I ordered a pod shortly after my family escaped our burning house. This company took advantage of my emotional state and signed me to a contract that I did not understand and they didn't attempt to explain it to me. I had the pod for about 4 months before I had them pick it up. I was charged $230 on top of the $165 for the pick up and I wasn't told why when I called. They told me that the $230 charge was only pending, and that it would not go through. They told me this on 3 separate occasions when I called and asked why the charge was not cleared yet. 3 different days, same story. When the charges finally went through and was taken from my account, they told me that they're was no more of a promised refund or charge back and that they would not begin one. Then I was told that I was supposed to keep the pods for 6 months and that's why I was charged $230. I never would have agreed to that. And I can't find one form that I signed that says I was in a discount. I'm reaching out to my bank and I'll never use or recommend this service again.

      I am in receipt of your correspondence concerning PODS customer, ****** ********.   On July 12th, 2025, contact to discuss the issue was initiated with ****** ******** in order to address billing concerns and work toward a resolution. 



      We place tremendous value on our customers and strive to attain the highest standards in the industry. We sincerely regret any inconvenience that ****** ******** may have endured. PODS Enterprises, LLC prides itself on its quality customer service and we regret that ****** ******** experienced anything less.
