5 starsPODS did a great job for me. My basement flooded and I had to move everything out, They delivered it to my driveway on time and placed it exactly where I needed it. Then they picked it up on time. All in all they did a great job!!!Review fromDaniel L

I will never use this company again. They moved my pod across the country for x amount of money and six months later I want my pod (that was in storage) to be moved back (long story) and they want 3x!!!! for no real reason. Their ***** customer representive was incompetent. After getting a quote for the movie of the pod I called to tell them to move it and what should have a been a 2 min. call turned into a 90 minute call of waiting while they were plugging things into their system, what is their to plug-in? Long story short, once you put your belongings in their storage they hold it hostage for 3x costs. I will never use this company again.

Not a horrible experience, but not great either. Seems like overall they deliver for most people, but literally everything we tried to accomplish was under communicated, under delivered, and took way more time than we expected. For what we paid, and the burden to deal with the brand, we would likely consider other options. I will say, everyone we spoke to was wonderfully nice, but just didn't have the tools to assist and each interaction was incredibly long and pricing was never straightforward. 1 Star - Started great, ended in a week-long nightmare Pods worked well initially - pickup, delivery, and storage access were mostly smooth. However, our final pickup experience was disastrous. We arranged pickup the day after delivery at our downtown Portland address with only a 48-hour parking permit. No one showed up on the scheduled day despite multiple calls. Customer service assured me someone would come and I'd get a 30-minute heads-up text. One rep put me on hold for 30 minutes and never returned. By Tuesday, their system showed the pod as "picked up" - except it was still in front of our building. When I called, they asked me to "double check" it was there. The warehouse manager had left at 4pm and couldn't verify the error. They promised pickup Wednesday. No one came. The pod sat illegally parked for nearly a week. We constantly monitored and reserved 40 feet around it, disrupting us and our neighbors. I spent over two hours on calls trying to resolve this. They finally came the following Wednesday - six days late. When things go wrong, their customer service and logistics completely fail. Missed appointments, poor communication, inaccurate tracking, and leaving customers with illegally parked pods shows unreliability. Cannot recommend based on this experience.PODS Moving & Storage

PODS storage containers is now my go to container storage company from now on. I recently used their service to store some of my home furnishings in order to renovate my home. Their staff from my initial call to the people who dropped off and picked up my container were very efficient, professional, and mostly very friendly throughout my whole experience. Love Podzilla. The machine who carefully drops off the container and picks it up without any damage to your property. Additionally, their prices were better than their competitors. PODS was great to work with. From the beginning to the end. I had no problems. The guys who brought it was very friendly and professional. On the return, the scheduling was smooth. He was on time and very professional. He made sure everything was safe before he left.PODS Moving & Storage

First time Pods experience. We remodeled a large portion of our house and used Pods to store our furniture and belongings. User friendly website, great communication regarding delivery and pick up once it was scheduled. I will definitely use them again for the next phase of remodel.
