      PODs made our coast-to-coast shipping a pleasant experience. They dropped the PODs off on time and picked up on time. They stored our product until our house was ready. They delivered our stuff on schedule. PODS was easy to work with, and although moving coast-to-coast is pricey, PODS is the way to go.

      Avoid PODS if you value honesty and reliable service. I rented a PODS container, stored it at their facility, and was assured multiple times that delivery to my new home would not be an issue — a move of less than 100 miles. Now, PODS is refusing to deliver, claiming they “no longer service this area.” Their own representative admitted this area was previously serviced when I stored my container, but they’re now forcing me to either drive back to the storage facility and unload everything myself or hire movers at my own expense. It gets worse: Their local phone number is disconnected, The address printed on my contract is incorrect, Their website says deliveries outside normal areas can be arranged by calling a number that doesn’t work, And I’ve found dozens of other customers with the same issue. Meanwhile, PODS continues to bill me for storage while refusing to provide the delivery service explicitly documented in my agreement (“Redeliver Container to Your Location”). This feels like a bait-and-switch and a breach of trust. If you’re planning a move or storage and want your belongings delivered as promised, look elsewhere.

      POD had to be stored in Eagan for 18 months- was dry, clean -despite containing antiques, artwork, antique mirrors and china. One broken plate appeared to be result of packing rather than transport or storage. Delivery and pickup were both precise and smooth. The woman who delivered it , and Abu, who picked it up were very careful not to damage even any small branches of the crabapple tree by the front door, nor any yard. Great service! Only comment was that was hard to get anyone by phone, but email scheduling worked well, although confirmation wasn’t instantaneous. Got delivered and picked up when wanted.

      The drivers were great, everything else, not so much. PODS was scheduled to pick up the full POD on June 14th. I did not get an email the day before so I started calling them to make certain they were still coming. I was told they were definitely picking it up ... no one ever showed up nor did anyone call us. I called eight times, given excuses such as "there's just not enough hours in the day". SERIOUSLY?! We paid you to pick up the POD on a certain day for a specific reason .. we were selling our home that coming Monday and needed the POD gone. We were told they'd opened a case, one rep told me they would waive the extra mileage charge as compensation, a manager would call, etc. We are the ones who had to continuously call, no one called us. The compensation we were given was less than half of what we were told we would receive. The POD was finally picked up Monday morning, luckily before the final walk thru. The POD was scheduled to be delivered on July 2nd & picked back up, empty, on July 9th. I received an email saying I needed to schedule the delivery. Somehow the delivery & subsequent pick up were wiped from my account?! I spoke to a rep who couldn't figure out why or how that happened &, unfortunately, the 2nd was no longer an option. It was now scheduled for delivery on the 9th & pick up on the 16th. That now put us into another month which meant more fees. The only good thing that came out of this experience is, after adamantly telling the rep I would NOT pay another months fee as it was not our fault they messed up AGAIN, I did not get charged. PODS needs to stick with the original dates a customer has been scheduled for! Your company created complete chaos, made it very difficult to get any sort of resolution &, basically, acted like it was no big deal.

      Everything went well with pods, from the phone call setting up the account in delivery dates, the container delivery and pick up went very smoothly. The price was right, but the extra months rent on the container was a little expensive.. the delivery and pick *** of the containers on dates and times were perfect. Thank you so much for all of your help.

      I find it odd my pods are scheduled to be deliver next Monday, Wednesday and Friday and today i can't sign in to my account. And I get a congrats email before they're delivered. No email confirming delivery. I'm concerned. Please contact me to correct. And I'll increase the rating.

      From beginning to end, it was smooth and professional. The most outstanding driver and employee is Steve from the ******* WA location! Whoever hired him did the company a favor. He is a REAL ASSET to your firm. Although I never met him, he was an absolute hero!! His boss is David if you’d like to verify this review!
