      I purchased a spa cover on 4/24 online from Florida spa covers.com. It had been months that have gone by have tried to contact them numerous times but have received zero response. Yesterday June 20th I got an email saying they cancelled my order and refund but I did not receive the refund. No refund on my credit card. They have stolen $538 from me. They need to refund me my money and be shut down for fraud.

      item arrived damaged, I refused delivery. Florida Spa covers stated they would send me replacement. months later, no replacement and have not been able to get back in touch with Florida Spa.

      I am acting on behalf of my 85 year old mother, ***********************. She ordered a spa cover from Florida Spa covers online on April 3, 2023. The order number is #*****. She was told it would take about 6 weeks. She received a message on 4/25/23 via email that the order is being processed and that was the last thing she heard. She has called, emailed and texted numerous times. Most recently, we left a phone message on 6/9/2023 and she sent another message this week on 6/13/23. I have attached her credit card statement with the $459.00 charged on her credit card. If there is anyway that you can please assist her getting her money back, that would be great.

      I ordered an and paid extra for expedited delivery which was supposed to be shipped within 10 business days and sent out for delivery, they charged my credit card and have not heard anything back about my order which was placed April 24 2023 and now were half through June. I called left voicemails and numerous emails with no communication back and Im out almost ****** with out my product or a peep from this company

      Spa cover ordered February 2, 2023.... Credit card charge of $488 posted on 2.3.23. Several calls made in March to check on delivery date. FINALLY arrangements were made for delivery March 29, 2023. Cover arrived damaged. Refused delivery as directed. Called Florida ****** as directed. Call was returned stating new cover would be shipped immediately. Have left several messages and sent several texts and filed messages on company website "customer service" form since. NO REPLIES!

      Spa cover ordered online 4/20/23. My credit card was charged on 4/20/23. Per email confirmation "Our covers are all custom made to order per customers request. Production time on custom covers is 3.5 to 4.5 weeks until a brand new custom cover made to your specifications ships out from our factory." Have sent several emails, nobody responds. Have made several phone calls. The first one was answered by a live person. All calls since then have gone to an answering machine. No spa cover yet. I wish I had checked them out at the BBB site before I ordered. It's difficult to do business with people who refuse to communicate with you.

      Florida Spa Covers sent me email on 6/19/23 stating that my order had been cancelled and my credit card had been refunded. My account was credited for the full amount today. Thank you.

      I ordered a hot tub cover on April 20th from Florida Spa Covers with an expected delivery date of 4 weeks from the purchase but it still has not arrived over 2 months later. I have reached out to the company over 15 times but they have not returned my calls or emails. The total amount of my purchase was $459. The order number is *****.

      on 4/17/2023 an order was placed for a spa cover. A confirmation email was received with an order number of *****. on 4/19/2023 the charge for $459 was processed against my card. in the 5 weeks since I have recieved no further communications from Florida Spa Covers. estimated production time was 3.5 to 4.5 weeks. I have tried numerous times to call and the phone goes straight to a voicemail program where I get no response. I have not received a return phone call.

      I ordered a custom made spa cover and valet cover lifter on March 30, 2023. I paid for expedited processing. The cover was delivered, but I never received the valet cover lifter ($200 plus tax). I sent two online contact requests, four emails, and left multiple voicemails with no response.       I ordered a cover April 24th, 2023. I was told it would take 4 weeks to manufacture and deliver. In the middle of May I emailed them asking for an update, I received an email back stating it would be delivered during the last week of May. Its June 14th, I have not received the cover and they will not respond to emails or voicemails.
