      This company is totally fraudulent! They show a price. After you buy the ticket, they call you. They ask you to agree to the terms and remind you that your ticket is non-refundable. Then they tell you the promotional ticket price you purchased is not available. You are then asked if you would like to upgrade, doubling the price of the ticket. You are then told in you do not upgrade, your ticket (that you can not use because half of the leg of the trip is not available) your ticket is non-refundable and you will loose the money. RUN AWAY, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM TRIED TO POST 0 STARTS BUT COULD NOT

      BEWARE! Three of us from work bought our tickets through BestTicketFare and were blown away by the scam they tried to pull. None of the employees spoke clear English so I suspect they were outsourced. The manager outright lied and said the rep I spoke to was from ******* so that's why I didn't understand him. (I know German and it wasn't even close) All of their accents were clearly from ***** or somewhere closely located. Each of us purchased our ticket separately and they tried pulling the same "bait and switch" or "Up-sell" scam on each of us. They first stated they left multiple emails and voicemails to reach us (outright lie) and then they send an email stating they couldn't reach us and cancelled our ticket. Email says to call their number immediately. They then state during the phone call that the cheap ticket that we purchased is no longer available and that in order to keep from losing the money they already charged our cards, we had to book a ticket through them at that moment... which just happened to be hundreds of dollars more, way over double of the ticket they originally advertised online and we purchased. They tried playing the same game with all 3 of us. Luckily I listened to my gut instinct and told them that something didn't feel right about this, that I would NOT buy one of their more expensive tickets (upsell) and that my credit card better not be charged. They are a complete scam. PLEASE investigate this company BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! I'm reading all of these reviews on here and other review sites and so many people are being scammed out of hundreds of dollars!!! It's best to buy your airline ticket directly through the airline or a trusted travel agent.

      STAY AWAY.What else can I say about these crooks. When something is too good to be true it usually is. Me and my girlfriend were planning a trip to go to ****** for her birthday and I was able to find lower priced tickets by going through cheapflights.com. When comparing prices on cheapflights I came across a good deal on Bestticketfare. My Girlfriend was a little skeptical but I didn't think too much of it. I should have listened to her. After purchasing the tickets a woman from the company called me and immediately started telling me that I would not be able to bring any luggage, carry on bag, or even a small personal bag. I was so shocked because I've never heard of any airline not allowing any sort of bags. She then told me it was a "restricted ticket". I asked for a supervisor right away and a guy named "***********************" came on the phone. That definitely wasn't his real name. He told me that in order to get bags that I had to upgrade my tickets and it would cost $1596. He also was asking me if I could go to another airport. ****** has more than one island and he actually was suggesting on going on a different island than the one me and my girlfriend were supposed to land in. I was so mad and went back and forth with the guy calling them scammers which he of course denied. I asked for my money back and he refused. After hanging up with this fraudulent company I immediately canceled my card. Thankfully it was a one time card from ****** where I would have just made 4 biweekly payments to Klarna to pay off the value of the card. ****** was able to let me cancel the card with no issues and I didn't have to cancel any of my actual debit or credit cards. I called the airline today to double check if a ticket was booked and they never even purchased any tickets. That's fine by me though because I was able to easily cancel my card since no payment was processed. I'll never book plane tickets with these unknown sites again. I'll just stick with Expedia.

      I do not recommend them to purchase tickets. Classic bait and switch tactics! They told me my ticket was going to cost $406 then provided me with a booking number. I knew something was wrong when they did not provide me with the ticket information instantly. I called them and they told me I needed to pay another fee to confirm my purchase and then they would give me the ticket information then proceeded. to tell me not call American Airlines to confirm my tickets through them. I hung up on the customer service rep and told them I would call them back within ******************************************************************** to make an additional purchase. I called my card and blocked the purchase. They also said it was no guarantee the person I purchased the ticket for would be able to board the plane. They are true scammers and need to be removed from online.

      I agreed to a great rate at the time of purchase. The next day they called and said the rate increased - doubled the rate. Then while arguing the price went up over 389% from the original rate. Literally. I spent 40 minutes going back and forth with a supervisor. I asked for both transactions I made to be voided. He said he could not do that and would need to ask the airlines for approval to issue a refund. (The charges had not hit my credit card yet so there is no reason the airlines needed to approve the refund. This was after telling me the airlines were not given my reservation information.) SCAMMERS! Avoid this company. They are unethical, shady, and despicable. One star is too many.

      BUYER BEWARE -- SCAM ARTISTS! Same story as others, different victim. $1,750 charged to my credit card for tickets with AA that are supposedly on "standby" and in order to get confirmed tickets it was 3 times that amount. I'm taking my losses and running! Book directly with AA.

      I do not reccommend. Classic bait and switch tactics! Looking for an international flight, used cheapflights.com to compare pricing. Found a low cost option for United Airline through Bestticketfare. I read through the fine print saw there were no hidden fees, biggest warning was that ticket names had to match the name on the ID. No problem, purchased the ticket for my mother and I. That afternoon, receieved a call from Bestticket, they received my booking request, and they were making the booking but needed to review 3 caveats 1. After booking, no cancellation or changes 2. This reservation does not allow for seat selection, checked baggage, or a carry-on over 3lbs I didn't make it to the caveat #3. I stated that the site makes no mention of seat or bag restrictions. why wouldn't this UA ticket not follow the UA baggage guidelines? (Note: Since this conversation, I have taken screenshots of what informaiton is provided when you are booking, the site does not provide ANY detail restricting seating or baggage before booking.) The agent "Henry Williams" said if we wanted to have checked bags, seat selection and trip insurance capability it would cost us an additional $1220/ passenger, which all together was a higher price than if I had just gone through United. Said "No, that's too much." He said for an additional $500 more he found a flight that would get me those things but I would have to fly out of an airport 100+miles away (which means paying for tolls and long term parking) I said this was also not acceptable and we did not want to proceed with the booking. At this point we were told the ticket had already been purchased and could not be cancelled. Asked for a manager, "Cody" came on and told us if we cancelled, our money would not be refunded and if we escalated we would just be retold the same thing. We called our credit card to block this purchase. Called United, there is no ticket under our names. Don't know if there ever was a booking.

      This company play games with the customers. You buy a ticket and they do not confirm your ticket right away and they do not give you the tickets because their plan is to call you later and tell you that there are problems with your ticket and that now you need to pay more money for so many things that there were not disclosed in their website, like seats, carry-on, suitcases. They rob people and they do not deserve to be operating and hurting so many people. And if you want to cancel, they do not let you and threaten you to charge you extra money if you cancel. All the airlines give you 24 hours for free cancelation. They are lying when they say the airline is going to add a penalty if you cancel.

      After booking online, received an email saying my reservation has been made and that a confirmation email would be sent once the booking is confirmed and ticket issued. After not receiving anything by the next day, called and was told that my ticket's "cabin" (aka class) wouldn't allow for a carry-on or personal item. If I wanted one or both, then I need to upgrade tickets. No mention on their website about such conditions. The travel agent (supposedly "*************************") was very rude and argued with me. I contacted American Airlines (who the tickets would be for) - both their website and a representative confirmed that ALL cabins allowed for a carry-on and a personal item. I called Best Airfares back and was transferred to the same agent. I told him what I learned and wanted to proceed with purchasing the ticket. He said he'd take care of it. I then received an email saying my boarding pass would be sent 24-hours prior to departure, but haven't received a ticket. I then checked with AA and learned my reservation had been canceled. I've called Best Airfares back and asked to speak with a supervisor, but was told it would be 3-4 hours before I would be called back.
