      Horrible horrible company. I got ripped off. They told me that I couldnt cancel my ticket told me that the ticket that I purchased online was no luggage or no carry-on and then when I they said I had to upgrade and it was $300 more would never use this again.

      This is a SCAM! Thought I was purchasing a discount airline ticket. They said you have to pay $150.00 more for carry on luggage. Called Delta. They did have the ticket in their system. However, I am still WAITING for my boarding pass!! They said if I rate them on trust pilot.com, 4 or 5 stars, they will send Free boarding Pass. I WIll NEVER buy a ticket from them again. I will only buy from airlines.By the way, I rated them back in February,2024. Leave tomorrow. Have Not received my boarding pass(free) yet. Don't buy from best ticket fare!!!

      The only reason I give them 1 star is because I can't give them 0 starts. They are a complete scam!! you will end up paying more with them than if you were to purchase directly from the airline. When I brought this to their attention, ***** stated that the fares I was looking at on the airline website is not an accurate depiction of whats available which was complete GARBAGE. they need to be shut down

      This site is a scam. - I was trying to find the cheapest airfare I could for my family of four to an island in the ***********. After booking my flight I received an email from ***************************** which I am sure is not his right name stating that they have tried to reach me a couple times regarding my reservations. Once I saw the email I knew instantly that something was not right because the email did not even look legit or from a reputable company, so I replied how have you tried to reach me. He called 10 mins later. That is when everything was confirmed that these people are scammers. He then disclosed that they are some restrictions on the ticket. 1) cannot chose your seat/ 2) no checked bag or carryon allowed. So that is when I was like no please cancel this how can a family travel to an island for 8 days with no luggage. He proceeded to say hold let me see what I can do. He then came back online with a price double the amount that I originally book my flight for just so I can have a carry on and checked bag. We ended up being on the call for over and he going back and forth without any resolution. Because I booed my tickets through Affirm I cannot cancel or stop the card payment at this time and I cannot afford to lose $2723 because of these crooks. Please help us. I am not sure how I can get this resolved without loosing this money. Shut these people downs

      Purchased ticket through website. Then they called to tell us no luggage (carry on or check in) without paying additional $400. When we called it took over week to get to team member. He kept telling me he could cancel but he could not guarantee we would get money back SCAM

      BESTTICKETFARE IS THE WORST SERVICE FOR PURCHASING ONLINE FLIGHT TICKETS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. THEY QUOTE ONE PRICE THEN CALL TO STATE THAT THEY SELL DISCOUNT TICKETS WITHOUT LUGGAGE CHECK IN. THERE IS NOTHING LISTED IN THEIR SERVICES REGARDING NO LUGGAGE CHECK IN INCLUDED. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TOTAL RIP OFF COMPANY.

      I had the same experience as everyone else. Was called back once the flight got confirmed and was told I was being taken through some restrictions and would I please agree to each one. I agreed to all of them until they got to the last one.... you can't bring a piece of luggage on board. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Who travels without a bag?! I said that wouldn't work and they said "well your ticket has already been charged and there are no refunds, but we can upgrade you to elite status". NONE of this is stated anywhere, nor on the confirmation you receive. My upgrade fees were more than the original ticket cost itself. I was dumbfounded but didn't know what else to do. So they sent me the confirmation and told me I had to reply "yes" to it in order to get my flight. Thank goodness I noticed the guy had booked me to and from the WRONG AIRPORT. I called them on it, gave them the right airport, and then was charged DOUBLE for that upgrade, as it's a more expensive location to fly in and out of. This is absolute robbery and something needs to be done about this company. I gave a trustpilot review already but am still completely horrified. I am now paying 2.5 times what this flight should be for my work trip and am losing money (that I don't have) out of my own pocket. Can I dispute this on my credit card??!!

      Like everyone else said, this site is a complete scam. Selling tickets with restrictions on not being able to carry a bag or purchase additional carry on, then attempting to upsell you to purchase a new ticket. I put a dispute on the charge and reported them as a fraudulent company. I don't know how they are still in business, and *********** and Cheaptickets are just as responsible for collaborating with that besticketfare garbage.
