      Same story as many others - bought the ticket - then was called 3 hours later to be told you cannot bring carry on or any luggage. They tell you you cannot even pay for for your checked luggage. with the airline. Basically a bait and switch. When they call you back there is a huge upcharge for everything. Costs more than buying from any other site. If I could give a zero I would. PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN - COMPLETE RIP OFF.Yes you do agree to the terms , none of which are specified, then all the extra fees get tacked on. If you try and cancel they you will lose all your money. Someone please help us.

      Everything that you are reading about the terrible service, being scammers is absolutely true. I have had the same scenarios played out for my wife and myself. Worse still, the * **** agent changed our arrival time in ****** so instead of a 1 hour layover we have a 6 hour layover. Sadly we didn't catch it in time with all the other *** that was being thrown at us. For your own safety DO NOT USE THEM.

      This company is horrible. Very rude people. They will not give you a clear answer. When they get frustrated with you they will hang up on you. Absolutely do not use this company. Not sure if this company is even real. I think its ran out of someone's garage. Wish I could give negative stars.

      I was sucker in end up paying 707 instead of ******. I thought i was booking through American Airlines. I am going to contact ********************* CEO of ******** and let him know what happened. there is no star rating for this company.

      Just got ripped off by BestTicketFare. Purchased a plane ticket for ******* , turns out they charged me $1523.40 without confirming with me first. I dont even have a confirmation yet. I called before they charged me because I was concerned about the delay of my confirmation, one person tells me I was only charged for a one way ticket, then the other tells me they increased it because Im on a standby flight and if I pay extra I get a meal. Thats a lot of BS because every international flight gives you a meal. I hope everyone wakes up and stops supporting this ripoff of a business.

      This is a total scam. They are liars, I booked a flight on Southwest and they immediately called me back and explained I had tickets that would only allow us to carry on one personal item. No baggage or carry-on allowed. And the I had not seat assignment. They almost demanded that I change it or it would cancel. My fare for 3 people was about $830. They tried to talk me into upgrading my ticket for and additional $650. Of course Southwest doesn't assign seats, only groups and they certainly allow you to carry on or check a bag. If this happens to you. Call Southwest directly and tell them what happened. Make sure they have your correct email address because when Bestticketfares books the flight, they provide their own email. So they get the original confirmation from Southwest. Meaning they can cancel the flight, which they will do if you don't upgrade your ticket. Southwest can give you a new confirmation number and send it to you at your email address. But Bestfaretickets doesn't stop, they will still keep calling you and saying your flight will cancel. Southwest has the best reservation agents and will help you out.

      This company deserves ZERO stars. It's the worst company on the internet. Made reservations for my trip on 3/28 for $382. The airline for the ticket through them was American, Economy Class (which now allows a free carry-on bag). I received an itinerary that states this is not confirmation of your trip, you will receive confirmation in 24hrs and your card has not been charged. The confirmation email never happened. I called the company and the ticket agent proceeded to try to upgrade my flight for a carry-on for an additional $327. I refused the upgrade and then she told me my ticket was on stand-by. WTF? Nope. I read the entire site and T&C. Not stated anywhere. Then, she told me that my card was charged. How did you charge a card for a ticket that hasn't been confirmed? I was transferred to the flr mgr. (Stefan S****-not his real name b/c that's not what he initially stated). He continued with the lies of a standby ticket and that this information is disclosed on their site. IT IS NOT!! I took a screenshot of the T&C in case they try to sneak it in on their T&C page after the fact. I build sites, I know the tricks of the trade. I know how to use review software (I won't state any 3rd party review names) and create bogus reviews (which they have done). I asked him to send me an email with the link to the page that states that I purchased a stand-by ticket...I'll wait. Never happened. He transferred me back to the original agent and this woman continued to try and upsell me to a higher ticket. Also,Stefan stated that I purchased a Basic Economy Fare, I did not. The Fare states Class: Economy for AA. The rules of an economy flight on AA state that you are now allowed a personal item and a carry-on. He said that his company has different definitions for classes. B.S. They are playing with semantics. This is nothing more than a bogus retail arbitrage site. They lie and bait and switch their customers. DON'T purchase from them, lock your credit card. Shut them down NOW.

      I purchased a ticket, after reading everything, and in good faith had purchased a ticket for an upcoming event in May. It did email me my first re-confirmation email- and it did say that I would get a confirmation email with my itinerary # within 24-48 hours. I never did. Nor any phone calls or voicemail messages, or emails. 13 days later, I get a person who asked me if I remembered the requirements of this role- like I would not be able to pick seats, transfer my ticket to another, no refunds etc. I said yes. He then said- you also know about the carry-on requirement. He then told me that someone had tried calling me after I PURCHASED my ticket & I told him no, no one had contacted me. He brushed me off, forcefully speaking how I am not able to take any luggage or a carry on. If I wanted to do this- I would have to change my ticket cost& it would cost me an additional $165.00 EACH way- and my flight would change. He said- why would I assume I could bring luggage or a carry on After he was bullying me into making a decision & that I only have 10 minutes to make a decision- I hung up. They made me only talk to this guy- and he said Delta will charge me, nevertheless. I called talked with their live ticket help & they said, "We work w/ several airlines so every airline as its own policies so it's not easy for us to put all the information over there that's why our agents CALL specifically to the passenger who have BOOKED w/ us to let them know the restriction". I contacted Delta & they had no ticket under my name, nor any info on me-they offer free luggage/carry-ons to all. They said that they said I could dispute this w/CC company. Contacted CC company- and there were no pending charges and that this fraudulent. They entered notes- and if I saw any future pending charges- to contact them and I will not have to pay for this. I ended up finding another ticket- cheaper than what the additional charges w/ BestTicket would have been and will be reporting them to the BBB.

      DO NOT book any airline tickets with BestTicketFare !! This is a scam! They call you the day after you book a flight and try to tell you that your price has increased since yesterday, and your luggage fee is now over $400 ($414). This will be added to your original ticket price. They claim that "it's not their rules or regulations, it's the airlines". This is also so false, as most airlines charge between $35 to $50 dollars for adding a checked in piece of luggage. They also claimed that they can't give you, and THEY WON'T give you a refund. I had to call the credit card company and the bank ASAP to get this charge blocked, and cancel the card before the card info could be used illegally, and the card charged illegally. Just a heads up; avoid using "BestTicketFare .com"
