      Scammers! They promote one thing on their website, get your card information and try to steal money from you. They need to be shut down. I only put one star because I cannot put 0.

      These people are the worse. I gave them one start because there was not a zero star. You book your flight and then they call and add all these other fees. When you refuse they say you ticket is not refundable. I still DO NOT have my ticket in hand unless I pay the extra money. At this point I will rebook with American Airline directly and loose the 450.00 the stole from me.

      My "Best Ticket Fare" experience was horrible. Two days after the initial booking, in late November 2023 for a trip on 4Mar24, I was called back and told the initial fare was wrong and I must pay significantly more. Fast forward to 4Mar24, due to a death in the family on the same day of the original travel plan, the original travel plans were cancelled. The airline refunded $364 to me instantly but Best Ticket Fare refused to refund their portion on the initial fare ($157). On 11Mar24, I called Best Ticket Fare customer service agent (*****) who I talked to back in November about the fare increase. During this 11Mar24 conversation, he (*****) said that after talking to his team, that Best Ticket Fare would issue my credit card a $78 credit. After some additional conversation we agreed to a $100 credit on my credit card. ***** said it would take an hour to process. 4 days later and no credit card refund, I called back and spoke to ***** who said he was unable to issue this credit, contrary to what he said 4 days earlier. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he (*****) placed me on hold until I hung up 45 minutes later. No one should do business with Best Ticket Fare. Not only are they incompetent, but they also lied to me.

      WHY CAN'T THIS BUSINESS BE SHUT DOWN!!!!! Flights are expensive - so when you think you've paid for a flight that is still $1058 for two people, you feel happy you can go on the trip only to find out you can take a carry on, a purse, nothing, not a bag, nothing - and you CANNOT CANCEL. So my extra total was $587!!! Unforgivable!!!! Not reading every single word - I can tell you READ EVERY SINGLE WORD AND DO NOT BOOK!!!!! I am unclear after reading all these reviews if we have a seat on a plane or standby! I am making them confirm this is not a standby seat and a regular seat - and no charges will be given to me should they have to change flights. I'm on hold forever with them right now! BBB - SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN FOR GOODNESS SAKE - They are a SCAM

      Horrible! Don't book with these scammers! You aren't allowed ANY luggage, even a personal item; you're lucky they let you wear clothing. You can't check in online; you have to go to the airport 3 hours early. If they cancel, you are out of luck and you don't get your money back. What a joke.

      SCAM, SCAM,SCAM They quote you a low fare, charge the ticket with the airline with your credit card at a price higher than what they quoted on the internet then call you to add on charges. They actually told me I couldn't take anything onto the plane, not even a carry on without paying them extra. Told me I couldn't verify my ticket with the airline or get an eticket without paying extra. And that I had to go to the airport 4 hours in advance and could only get a ticket from the counter. I called the airlines immediately, got a refund and rebooked directly through the airline. Also I cancelled the card.

      DO NOT BOOK! This site is a SCAM! They show you a low ticket rate to make you book with them and then they call back with all these additional fees doubling the price, your flight may be a stand by flight which they do not disclose upon booking, and they do not refund you if you try to cancel.

      In March 1, 2024 I went online to book a flight. I received an email stating my reservation was in process and would receive another email with confirmation. I never received it so the next afternoon I called them and learned that my returning flight was no longer available and it would cost me another $300.00 for another flight. I refused and the agent was to try different airlines and call me in three hours. That didnt happen, I again called them. Same response only this time it was $400.00, I was livid! Then was told I couldnt cancel because tickets were non refundable. This company should not be allowed to be in business!

      This place is a scam! I purchased a round trip ticket on line for Alaska Airlines from Santa Ana, CA, to Sab=n Francisco, CA. Moments after I clicked the purchase button, i received a text message asking me to call best ticket fare. When I called, they told me the flight had been cancelled and I can't have my money back. Then I called Alaska and they confirmed the flight had not been cancelled and was not full. I called best ticket fare back, and they refused to speak with me. They put me on hold and after 30 minutes of being on hold, I hung up and called right back. This time, the automated recording told to leave a message. I haven't heard back from them. They stole 251.03 from me and I am reporting them to the district attorney and I am filing civil action. *****
