  If I could go 0 I would. They not only changed my original flight, they added an 8 hour layover flight, change airlines, and charged me an extra $120. Somehow, the flight I had booked through them all of a sudden became a standby flight and I could pay an extra $00 to keep those flights or only $120 extra to move airlines and flight times. And there was no way to get my money back. SCAM!!!!

  I went online to book a flight a couple days ago, and when I noticed that I didn’t get a confirmation right away that my flight was booked, I thought it was fishy. I then called the company and was told that somebody had to call me back to go over things with me about my flight before it was official. I quickly called my credit card company and put a freeze on my card. The rep called me back. He told me that I just had a standby flight and there was no flight for the price that was listed and he was going to find another flight for me and I would have to pay more. I told him I didn’t want any other flight and if that was advertised that is the flight that I wanted. He told me he couldn’t confirm the flight and that I had a 70% chance of having that flight and to just go to the airport and see if I was able to get on the flight. I said that is ridiculous. I don’t want standby flight and I have to take time off for work and people are dropping me off at the airport and picking me up. I proceeded to say that I wanted my money back and he said you can’t have your money back didn’t you read the information before you your flight? I told him I didn’t see anything where he said that it was nonrefundable, and that you had to pay for luggage as well after I hung up, I called my credit card company and reported fraud and they canceled my credit card

  Bestticketfare is a total scam!! Don’t ever use them! I wish I would have looked at this site because every single review is negative. They sold me a ticket and a flight then called me right after saying it was only for the flight and no bags! I was flying to South America for 3 weeks and will need to bring some clothes just like anyone else would. The scam is the fact that they charge you like $500 per bag or more!! I’ve learned my lesson and will never deal with these shabby travel sites!! If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!!!

  Was quoted a price for airline tickets which to me was a binding contract. Company called later stating there was a problem with booking and need an additional $150 for fair. Reduced to $110, after haggling. Did some reviews after and find out they are known for this tactic. Always review a company before purchasing through them. $70 dollar tickets elsewhere end up costing us $340. I do not recommend doing business with them.

  On 2/15/2024 I went on this website to book flights and just like everyone else, once I hit book ticket it kicked me out and told me to wait for a phone call. Once the phone call came, they informed me that my tickets were a "online special price" and they did not include the luggage fees. They them told me my luggage fees would be $750 dollars and I could not cancel the flights. I did not know what to do, I felt trapped, so I allowed them to charge my card. They charged my card 3 separate times and one of the charges was from a unknown vendor. I knew I had been scammed at that point. I called them back and they gave me the run around for 2 hours. I then called the airlines who let me know that the tickets I purchased DID include luggage. And the extra charge that was put on my card was what they had scammed me with. They also sent me emails telling me that I would not be issued my boarding passes unless I gave them a 5-star review using the first and last name. That is why when you go to trust piolet it shows they have such good reviews. They are blackmailing people to leave the reviews, or you can't fly. I got my boarding pass from the airline directly. This company needs to be shut down asap.

  This company is a scammer. Let me tell you what happened to me. I did reservation for two passengers at a specific rate but after that they pooled out the hidden scamming tactics and asked me additional payment. They gave me two options, either to add more or loose the money. Finally only one passenger was confirmed for the same amount All the workers do not have any discipline or professional experience. Please avoid them. Do not do any business with this company. I hope one day they might be investigated and proved being scammer by law.

  Just like everybody's review here they are indeed a scam, They kept on calling me explaining stuff like additional charge for the 5 seats I booked, then William W**** (he's Indian though) emailed me asking for a callback, the email looks very suspicious. When I called him he said only 3 out of the 5 tickets are confirmed and tje 2 seats needs to be moved to another airlines for a higher price. I should've checked the reviews before booking with them, this is a nightmare

  Bestticketfare scam Bait and Switch Just purchased air fare through this site and a CSR called to tell me that I could not take any luggage with me at all and that I could not pay for it when I got to the airport either. Who take a week long trip with no luggage??? NO ONE does. Then they said that they will not cancel this even though their web site says full refund if canceled 24 hr after reservation. So I had to pay 300 more for them to change my ticket. This business is a scam!!!!

  why are these companies allowed to stay in business?I saw a low fare online through BESTTICKETFARE but when I called them they tried to Upsale me and tell me the $125 one way fare from ****** to *** was not available and that I would have to pay for a carry on.I then called ****** to confirm their policy is no charge for a carry on was correct.Thank God I did not book through them and hung up abruptly.Sharing so others won't get scammed.

  I don't have enough words to use to describe this scam. Booked the tickets for a 6 am flight on Delta.I got e-tickets 4 days later with a different time like 2: 54 pm departure. I called them and told them I did not authorize a change in times. They came back and said the 6 am flight had been cancelled. I called ******** two or three times trying to get my orginal departure time back. The agent said she could not help me but she would have a supervisor call. Never did.I called Delta and I am booked on the 2:54 pm flight. ****, ****, ****. WARNING, DO NOT USE BESTFAIRE AS A TRAVEL AGENT. I have lost extra money and not response from them. And every agent I talked with at ******** was foreign. Could hardly understand them.
