NEVER,NEVER use this company!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with in 45 years of business. They can not even solve a simple problem. I have sent them all the documents that are needed to switch the primary account holder name, which is me. I have sent them on 12 different occasions , this information with NO result. I have escalated this issue to their management with ZERO results. Everyone spends the time on the phone apologizing and saying they understand. But NOTHING ever gets done!! Do yourself a huge favor and don't use this company for ANYTHING! Wish I could give them a 0Network Solutions

They should be getting 0 stars. Worst customer support ever. For a week now, I have not been able to receive emails in Outlook. First I was told to make DNS changes, which I did. Then I was told to make server configuration changes, which I did. Then I was told that it was a ********* problem since webmail was working. They suggested I get a MyTime subscription for $200. Now guess what, webmail is no longer working either. I have been told 3 times a supervisor was going to call me. First time was within an hour. Second time was within 4 hours. Third time was within 24 hours. Guess what, it has no been 48 hours and NO call back. I am constantly told there is no supervisors available. I asked to talk to someone in billing as I feel I should be getting a refund. Oh wait, there is no way to contact billing. AVOID AVOID AVOID.Network Solutions

I responded 5 days ago with the info that the business requested. Even with 2 follow-up emails, there has been nothing from the business. I have been without email for 3 weeks and counting. I have multiple I-tickets open and 4 S-tickets (each a different issue) open. I was able to talk to a supervisor once but over the last week+, I have requested a call back from the same supervisor at least 4 times. Each time I am told that I will get a call back in 24 hours (the last rep said ***** hours). So far, nothing even with it being well past even 48 hours. I am anxiously awaiting a response from the business here or is this just more of a run around. Let's see...K. L.

I have been a customer of ********************** for approximately 23 years. Maybe longer and have multiple domains and email accounts housed through them. Last year, during their upgrade, I lost everything, including my archived files. Years worth. **************** says there is not back up on their end. No relief coming from customer services. I find it hard to believe, that an organization doing such as major upgrade does not back up their client emails prior to a system upgrade. Especially when THATS THEIR BUSINESS!JZNetwork Solutions

Network Solutions has completely gone down the drain. I've been a happy customer for 17 years but NOW...My website has been down for SEVEN DAYS due to their errors and the customer service folks sound very nice but do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to actually fix the problems with THIER BUILDER. They upcharged me HUNDREDS of dollars for services that did NOT help the problem. My website has been down for a week and after over TEN HOURS on the phone (over multiple calls) with them they have NOT solved my problem, no matter how many times they say "Yes Mam, we are going to fix this for you". Their system of "handling" problems is a JOKE.Negative starts.Damaging my business.DO NOT USE.Network Solutions

Network Solutions support could not find their you know what with both hands and a flashlight!The latest is they messed up and did not auto renew my SSL now unknown to me until the other day so my site has been inaccessible to most people for two weeks.I contacted them well over two days ago and was told the SSl would be taken care of and escalated to high priority just tried to access my site again and still could not so I recontacted them it was SSl, what SSl!It is now almost 5:00 on a Friday now and I know from experience nothing happens with these clowns over the week end, but they tell me someone will contact me with updates in 24 hours which is total BS .. I really after over 30 years need to find another service provider. Ever since Web.com purchased them they have gone to h*** in a hand basket, between this and all the email delivery issues I dont think I could even calculate how much money they have cost me.Avoid them at all cost!Network Solutions

I have been running a business and utilizing web sales via a 3rd party host for years. The domain I use was setup by someone who is no longer with the company and was incapacitated and moved to whereabouts unknown. Network Solutions was more than happy to take my money to renew the account after it lapsed last time, but will not give me access to the account, even after I provided ample proof that the business was indeed mine and is still active years after the previous employee departed. Since the previous account manager did not renew and, in fact, let the account lapse -- and the website went offline as a result, I believe I should be entitled to manage the account --especially since I am the one paying for it. It is bad form for a company to charge a customer and then not let them have the product.Network Solutions

DO NOT USE THEM! You will regret it. Worst customer service on the planet! Im a digital marketer and this is what I do for a living. We bought a domain and they are making it nearly impossible to transfer the domain. We started the transfer Feb 25 and we are still waiting for approval. ******** service agent claims it is an automated process and can take ***** days. We that range, t is not automated. They hold you hostage. They wont even let you do domain forwarding without an additional fee. They have taken advantage of the people that had the domain by charging them for items they didnt use or need. Companies like these take advantage of people that dont understand what they need or what they have. AGAIN, DO NOT USE THEM you will regret it. Im actually going to reach out to an attorney to see if a class action lawsuit is in order.Network Solutions

This is not our policy, this is a policy across all registrars worldwide since it's a regulatory requirement that is strictly moderated.
