This is the most horrific, terrifying, appalling customer service experience anyone on the planet will ever endure in the web world. We are 25 year old web firm representing over **** business. We have seen domains stolen out of their system without any authorization it has cost our clients thousands. Even with 2 factor identification on. They most likely have an insider in their offshore tech support that is passing off authentication transfer codes to hijackers and collecting commissions since they are probably paid like $4.00 and hour or less . When you call tech support you can hear hundreds of them in a boiler room atmosphere in the background. Their foreign support personnel are the most incompetent group ever assembled. It appears their front line support have a policy to get you off the call as quick as possible not to allow you to speak with the proper personnel that can fix your issue in a second. The simply say a ticket is set up someone will reach out within 48 hours. We never see that happen its days if not weeks. If you have an e-commerce website you will be out of biz.com during such times. We have sent ***** package to their corporate offices to their Director of **************** ***************** with direct documentation of the above we got nothing back. Its just a matter of time before another class action suit will be filed. We have even seen them billing our clients for services they don't even use. Its like they just added items to their bills. Insane! Stay away from this firm. Get your domains transferred out as quick as possible or they may just disappear!

Below is information on our tickets and a copy of the letter we sent to the director of customer support ***************** Stolen Domain name fantastichomes.com ticket # S-******* Locked out of our account ticket # I-****** Cant get transfer codes marylandsbestdentist.com Ticket # ******** here is a copy of the letter that was ******* tp ***************** that got no response January 12, 2023 ***************** ********************** ************************************************************ RE: Fraud at Network Solutions Dear **************,I am writing to you as a 25 year old customer of ********************** and President of one of Marylands oldest and most successful award winning digital agencies / web application development firms. One of the domains I own was recently transferred out of my NSI account without any authorization from me whatsoever. This is not the first time. Ticket #S-2969827 To say the least it has been nothing less than a nightmare dealing with your firms horrific support in trying to it get it back. I have been at it for over a month now. To make matters worse we are now locked out of our admin panel that houses many of our and our clients domains. Your phone support team cannot get it unlocked even though they fully authenticated us Ticket #I-******. Your policy of encouraging your front level support personnel not to immediately escalate these issues to an urgent, priority, high tier fraud level person for fear of rebuking, is causing hundreds if not thousands of firms a great deal of pain and suffering. I use pain and suffering as these circumstances in many cases cause major losses in revenue time and businesses reputations. My lost domain (one of hundreds I own) is a very valuable one www.fantastichomes.com Again, I am not a novice to the web word but a leader in it! ****** MY NAME!. I have 2 factor identification enabled no one can get into our admin with out a ping of a code to my cell phone. No-one can request a transfer without my email lighting up with notifications from you all. Your support people can not provide any detail when I had my phone pinged and I logged in to do a transfer request. Nor are there any records or emails that were sent to me to verify a transfer request to a new owner / registrant of my domain fantastichomes.com was made by me. There is a reason for this, IT NEVER HAPPENED! I never did it! Since this happens quite often with NSI it is most likely you have an insider being paid to offload domains to someone who is most likely holding them for ****** or resell and getting compensated for that. You all are an active participant in domain name high jacking fraud. Its most likely you already know this! Again, I am not a novice of technology we know how to track if you all sent a code to my phone to login and what I did when I logged in using that code. We know how to trace an email to our servers from NSI that states you You requested a transfer this never happened! Neither of those two actions ever took place. Your support people already know this and are hiding it as they would not provide any details of when such actions took place. They have none because it never happened. The attached notice from NSI that the transferred followed ICANN guidelines is an absolute error! Most likely fraudulent attempt to cover up the security breach you all have going on. One of many! NOTE my correspondence with your support on the matter attached as well. NSI has negligently let one of my domain names be transferred out of my account. A valuable one. I respectfully request this be returned to my account immediately or be compensated for the loss of a very valuable domain. I estimate the value at least $50,000 USD. I expect a call regarding this matter within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of this letter to my registered number with NSI ************ I also expect to be reimbursed for the roughly $150 for the 3 ***** packages being sent to you and the respective ICANN officials concerned with these matters. I conclude with I cannot tell you (as I be at it for months) of how many horrific experiences we and our clients have had with your support the last decade or so. We used to have what you all called *** service was fantastic. When the *** program for agencies like ours was discontinued and your company off shored all your support it has become nothing less than an absolute fiasco when dealing with your firm. Not to mention all the class action lawsuits you have against you. I beg of you please can you let me know when the one for unauthorizing giving clients domains away takes place. I am certain its in the works. Again, I await your immediate response as I pen this letter per above we are locked out of our account!Respectfully

Weve been unable to access our website builder for almost two weeks, which means our time-sensitive content is already stale. A supposed phone call-back from a supervisor at customer relations has never come. How can we explain our situation to our customers if we have no way of reaching them? This is the message we get when we try to launch our builder. ??Sorry, a system error has occurred. Please try your request again. If you continue to experience difficulties, please email or contact us at ***** and one of our consultants will be happy to assist you.We apologize for the inconvenience. My organization purchased a WordPress package from Network Solutions and I spent 3 months creating a website. After initial unsuccessful transfer of my staging website to our domain name, the site was finally up but not secure, which we paid for. When trying to apply the security certificate 2 weeks ago they broke my site. Theres just a home page with no color, no photos, no formatting, no links. Its HORRIBLE!!! Since 12/16/2022 Ive called every day and spoke to fourteen (14) different people. Each one says its not within their scope of support and escalates it to the back office and Ill hear from them in ***** hours. After 2 weeks the site is still broken AND Im not able to access WordPress!! It wont accept my password even when I change it!!! Several tickets have been opened but they close them because they said they fixed it. And they havent!!! Im so afraid the website I worked on for 3 months is gone!! I spoke to my ***** of ********* this evening and theyre furious!! But what can I do?? Theres no one who will take responsibility. Someone needs to be held accountable. I need to speak to someone at NS who will help me. I would never recommend this company. Does anyone out there know how I can get this taken care of?

I purchased a hosting package for my client with Wordpress, which was installed and setup via the ** interface. From the start, I received 'fatal error' messages, and basic functionality in WordPress was unavailable. I ran a Site Health report, which stated that modules were missing on the server, required for WordPress to run. I contacted Customer Support but they told me the install was my problem to resolve. I did extensive research, removed and reinstalled Wordpress multiple times, and learned that the missing modules have to be restored by the Host, Network Solutions. Not only could I not access those directories, but the technical expertise required was EXTE**IVE and required a serious webmaster. I contacted CS again via chat, but no one responded, despite it being a 24 hr service. I tried again the next morning, and another rep told me again that it was my job to figure this out. No help, no instructions other than 'load the module you need.' What???!!! I sent screenshots, and explained that I couldn't and didn't have access and that I had a reasonable expectation that what I purchased would actually work. I was told again that it was my problem. I called back and canceled hosting and requested a refund. Refund denied. This is simply unacceptable. To sell a product that isn't properly supported and doesn't work, and then tell the customer that it is THEIR problem to fix, and not issue a refund when the service is immediately canceled, and with an explanation, is inexcusable. This is not the first major issue with this company, and I would avoid them at all costs. Go with Bluehost.

Worst support I have ever dealt with. Constant reassurances that the suspended domain name (due to their admitted error) would be reactivated in "***** hours". I have been told that repeatedly for two weeks. And it is still not corrected. Don't fall for the "we will call you back" lie. I have been told that several times and have never once received a call. The only way I have made any progress has been to loudly insist on speaking to a manager, who are unavailable until you get louder and more insistent. Even when reaching a "manager", all they do is "escalate" the issue. And they abjectly refuse me to speak to "engineers" at the higher level. We have twice received emails that told us that the issue was corrected, which it wasn't. And still isn't.Because they have suspended the domain names, we are not able to function. Nor can we transfer them to a competent service. There was a time when NS was the premier domain hosting service. Those days are long gone. If you use them, get away immediately. They are clearly just another greedy corporation milking the public.

This company is despicable. They allowed my domain name *******************.com to be released and purchased by a domain shark who is trying to charge my small company thousands of Dollars to get back. This company had the nerve to say they didnt have a revised card on file to renew our domain..however they billed me for other services all along on our credit card, the email from them stating our domain was going to expire that had my personal name, and our web.com username on it was a phishing email, however it was not as all the links brought you to their actual web address. I replied back to this email stating our card is in file and to please bill it so our domain is renewed, but they said it was a phishing email, I am an internet savvy person, it was not. In addition this was the only email received about our expiring domain and they said it was fake. So if it were fake that means we received no email, no phone call, no warning whatsoever about our domain, and all emails tied too it literally given away, and all they could say was it was our fault. Remember they were billing us for other services all along on our card that never expired. Right now my small company is in disarray all because this horrible excuse for a company either got hacked, or accidentally gave our domain away. Do yourself a favor and avoid web.com, domain.com, or network solutions as they are all the same at all costs. Please please do not go through what our company has to go through I beg you.

We apologize for any inconvenience that occurred. In the event of a payment failure for a domain renewal, we will send an email to the address on file requesting to update payment information or attempt the renewal with another payment method. Unfortunately, these automated emails come from an automated inbox that is not monitored for responses and instead provide a support number to contact. After a domain is expired, we will hold it for at least 30 days, but unfortunately, domains may be registered to a new owner after that grace ****** expires. We strongly encourage customers to be mindful of their expiration dates and always keep payment information updated if possible.

I pay Network Solutions for my Domain names and HOST the email accounts and I pay for extra storage as I have a lot of emails. Now all my trash emails are gone...Network Solutions deleted and removed them from my email accounts and they can't retrieve them. I have to way of getting them back. This is my email account, I own it and Network Solutions deletes my emails and they can't retrieve and they are not even taking the blame. Then then tried to sell me more Network Solutions products while I'm having a meltdown needing my email back that they can't help me with.*****

I made a comment on a travel blog in 2012, and have received spam from their domain manager(s) ever since. I had the website/blog creator delete my comment in 2018 when I discovered the root of the spam, but still cannot get the domain manager who goes by MANY different names/LLCsm , including Network Solutions, and all located at: ***********************************************************************. I do not have a website, nor need one, and yet this company harasses me about my domain and refuses to stop.

Hello and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We can confirm your daughter not being on the account and for security reasons, would need you to call our support offices to speak with an agent. Once on the phone and verified, we would be more than happy to stop all billing associated with the account. We would also note that canceling your billing through your bank would deactivate all services associated with that card.

THIEFS AND FALSE ADVERTISING! Signed up for 12 months for specific price and the 1st month was great. Then the second month.........Not even close. Customer support is a joke. Was told everything was squared away and I would receive an email for conformation and **** business days for money to be refunded and the rest of my 12-month period would be original advertised pricing. Get a ticket number for reference to what was supposed to be solved. Today (day 11), still no email or refund. I contact customer service on the "chat" services and give all my info for them to pull up account as well as the ticket number, which is apparently no good because I was told that this particular form of customer service does not have access to the "My Time customer service" notes! Smells like what it is, BS! Then the customer service rep ******** to tell me that the pricing fluctuates!? Then he provided a totally separate ticket number. Gee thanks for all the help. NOT HARDLY! I'm sorry but what was advertised says, "x amount for 12-months". NOT "x amount for 1 month and then we just charge you whatever we want after you sign up and we get your bank card information". FALSE ADVERTISING!!! DO NOT USE NETWORK SOLUTIONS! A star is not deserved but unfortunately its required to leave a review. Too bad they don't offer the sh** emoji instead of stars. CROOKS AND THIEFS. I bet nothing gets resolved here either.

The only support that your company can facilitate is refunding me my money for the now, 2 months Ive paid for something that wasnt what was signed up for. I feel like that is more than an acceptable agreement between a customer and a seller, as would anyone else. If you cant agree to do so then you do not need my domain nor ticket #s.
